A sharp gust of wind blew rain against the glass of Tariasha’s bedroom window. Somehow or other he was going to have to obtain a seat in the squad, there was barely enough order to keep the squad running, let alone keeping people in order; it had seemed like this was not a division filled with the trained Shinigami, but a group of kindergarten children. It was not that anybody didn’t do what they were meant to do, it was the punctuality, the attire, and most importantly the manners. Tariasha had only been in the squad for a couple of months now, and had already seen the failed hierarchy of the squad. The captain of the squad and his lieutenant was barely about, they were pre-occupied with other work and it was left to the 3rd seat down to look after small issues within the squad. The ceiling of Tariasha’s room was the plain old white that it had always been, he closed his eyes, not intending to sleep but just to rest, he thought of his past, like usual, how things may have been if he had odne something just that little bit differently, like, what would he be doing now if he hadn't become a shinigami?; his plans were interrupted by a clatter of metal pots outside and men chanting 'Fight, Fight, Fight'. Tariasha - who was rather annoyed, peered out of his bedroom window to see two men with their fists up, looking like actual brawlers ready to beat one another into a bloody pulp; the two men grabbed each other and tugged at their garments, trying to tip their opponent on the floor so that they would gian the advantage in the fight. Tariasha was unsure whether this was an actual fight or just two men mucking about, but there was nobody there to stop it if it did become an actual fight. One of them threw the other to the floor then place his knee on top of the other one, pinning him to the ground; this seemed comical to the other Shinigami about, who cheered and yelled for more, a counter-attack of the grounded man caught the other on his chin knocking him over and to the floor, both were now covered in mud. This fight continued for a while, but Tariasha felt that he should stop them, showing the other squad 5 members a little bit of authority, because if no seated officer was going to stop them, then who would?.Tariasha hurried down the halls and out into the rain, it seemed bad weather to be fighting, on his way he pondered into how he would stop them, most of them could be stronger than him; but it was all about the will which made people back down.

As he turned the corner the two men now had their Zanpakutos drawn, they were shouting obscenities at each other, it had seemed that it had started as a classic school yard scrap, but had twisted out of control into an actual fight, where somebody may end up killed. Tariasha stepped into the circle the men had formed What do you thugs think you are playing at! shouted Tariasha, he knowing full well that if he drew his zanpakuto would be in more trouble than he would be if he didn't. Who do you think you are? Telling us what to do! the adrenaline was pumping through the men, blood was trickling down one of their foreheads, where he had been caught with a rather heavy blow to the head. Tariasha knew that he did not have any power over the men, they were big guys, but already he could tell that they were not to smart. 'I thought I would give you a heads-up before the captain came, and saw you two boneheads brawling with one another' . The two men pondered this thought, slowly sheathing their zanpaktuos they walked inside, the circle had broken and the only person left outside was Tariasha; he felt only a little bit better knowing that they had stopped because of him, and he may have potentially saved someone's life, but this was not due to him, it was because they were more scarred of what the captain might do if he caught them. Tariasha headed inside now wet and cold, following the muddy footsteps that led inside, unlike any of the other meat heads, he took off his sandals before entering, to ease the work load of the person who had to clean the mess. He went into his room and changed out of the sodden clothes, into a rather comfortable attire, he once again lay down where he had been before the incident and closed his eyes, falling into a deep slumber.

He dreamed of the one day where he may don a Haori, and would join the captains in the halls with the captain-commander, his dream was to bring justice to all those that had opposed the Soul Society, such as the vast hordes of the hollows, the bounts which always seemed threatening and the Quincy, who dreamt of destroying the souls society. There he was stood in the squad 5 halls, in his Haori, his lieutenant at his side, the squad had risen to become one of the top ranks in the whole Seireitei, this had been because of the way he had changed the hierarchy, his squad members were now always on time, their work ethics had been changed in the most positive of manner and they always looked smart as they boasted their triumphs around the Soul Society. this was his ultimate goal for his squad, he was tired of people looking down on him, just because he wasn't from any of the larger squads like squad eleven or even squad 4 who had renown titles.

Tariasha was rudely awakened by a sharp knock at the door, he rose to the door, and opened it. Much to his surprise the lieutenant was stood in front of him. She wasa rather attractive woman, a slender form and her crystal blue eyes. 'The captain wishes to see you, hurry up', Tariasha shut the door and got changed as fast as he could into his robes, he also took his zanpakuto. He rushed down the hall, sorting out his hair and his robes as he slowly reached the captains office. Tariasha knocked gently on the door, only to replied to Come in please, the door is not locked'. Tariasha opened the door and stepped inside; doing so he kneeled on the floor in front of the captain and bowed his head, awaiting the captain to speak. My lieutenant informed me about what you have done earlier on this evening, I am glad that somebody in this squad has some senses. She reported to me there was a brawl and it got out of hand, to where two members drew their zanpakutos, she was just about to stop it, when you intervened and stopped it yourself. Tariasha was unsure what to say, he knew that he had done the right thing, but the captain had left the sentence so open that Tariasha could not reply. 'I am grateful for what you have done, as this would not have gone down well with the Captain-commander if someone had gotten seriously injured, I will be keeping an eye on you and your actions' Tariasha looked up at the captain he simply nodded towards him 'Thank you sir' he stood up, bowed once more to the captain and left the room. Silently he walked back to his room, his joy overcame him as he reached his room and a huge grin appeared over his face as he lay back to his bed, ready to get his well deserved sleep that he sought for so long.

The next morning was glorius, the evenings rain had already dried up; leaving small dew drops on the grass which complemented the warm weather. He walked into the food hall of the barracks, he collected his breakfast and sat down at a table. He laid his food and drik out in a very specific way, his cup on the right of his bento box, and his chopsticks on the left, the same as every morning. Sometimes he would be joined by the occasional person from the squad, just to keep mutual friendships in the sqaud. He looked down at his meal, the rice hadn't been cooked very well this morning, it was sludgy, and still very hard; he was hungry and there was nothing to it, so he sat and ate his food. He looked around the room, the two men from yesterday had not turned up for breakfast, and he knew that they had already been punished by the captain, maybe transfered to different squads under the authority of captain-commander, it had become a bgi issue of two shinigami actually fighting one another over nothing. Nobody had come to sit with him this morning, after all who would want to sit with someone who doesn't know how to have fun?

He knew today would be a long day, most of the squad members wouldn't talk to him, let alone look at him. 'Heres your job lists today!' as usual the seated members went handing out who had what jobs to complete by the end of the day, otherwise they would have a gradual build up of jobs, resulting in no time for training. Tariasha received his list of jobs, but instead of receving his usual list, he had only two jobs - Supervise other jobs and Supervise the training of new academy students. He started immediatly by making sure that the barracks was spotless, he had a real thing for cleaning, Tariasha spotted two shingami with a bucket and mop, one leaning on the mop. 'Hey if you've got time to lean, you got time to clean!' the two lept up in suprise and carried on cleaning. He knew that only being here for a total of two months would not be enough to recevie a seat, but damn, he was gonna try his best to bring squad 5 to redemption.

The day was going well, he had supervised most of the cleaning in the barracks and went out for a walk, spotting any squad 5 to see if they were doing their given jobs. He actually felt good for once, the sun was high in the sky, the warm breeze through his hair and some authprity had been restored. The sparring grounds were full of academy students some were already practicing, and some were standing around waiting for something to happen, Tariasha wanted to make the best of this time he had to teach somebody some techniques that really helped him as an academy student. (see - https://thebleachworld.darkbb.com/t3798-less-than-a-rookie-open). It had been a tiring day, who knew that the seated officers had such hard jobs, not only were they given the job to watch over and supervise the other jobs being done by their own squad, but they also had to help look after the shinigami academy students as well. He lay done on his bed, his Zanpakuto laying next to him, he turned over to look at it. 'I wonder what your name is my friend; one day I will know, and I cannot wait until that day' He closed his eyes and sundered into that well known place that was called sleep.
