Personality: Ikuto is enigmatic, aloof, stoic and a little naughty. He can also be sweet and kind, though he likes teasing people. Ikuto is selfless and protective thus he is willing to distance himself from those he cares in order to protect them and stop them from getting embroiled in his own troubles. Although he may seem to have a passive personality, Ikuto is quite perceptive and honest.
Appearance: Ikuto has blue hair and eyes. He also has a choker with a silver cross. He is most often seen in his black school uniform, but he has been seen in other black (or indigo) outfits.

History/Background: Ikuto grew up with his uncle, his parents having long-since abandoned him. They knew what he'd become and for some reason feared it as well. He never knew why they'd been so against Quincies, not that he really cared anymore. He was always fascinated by stories of the Quincies, having heard them from his uncle. The man hadn't been one himself but knew several people who had. Most of their tales were of hollows and their vendetta against them, but some of them told of soul reapers. They weren't the most pleasant of stories, he admitted, but at least he had some action to look forward to when he got older.
When he was twelve years old Ikuto met an old Quincy that agreed to help train him. Though he was to elderly to move much, the wisdom that flowed from the man's mouth gave Ikuto all the instruction he'd ever need. Once the man had left, Ikuto practiced his art on his own. He attended high school like every other human being, though in his free time he'd sneak off to go fight a hollow or work on his aim in the old orchard outside of his village. (About 45 minutes from Karakuta) When he turned seventeen, the only birthday gift he received was his uncle's house, for he'd passed away the night before. Now Ikuto lived a life of solitude, working on his studies at home rather than at Karakura High... His life, for now, would prove to be a lonely one...
Three years had passed and time had proven an excellent teacher for the boy. His skills as a Quincy honed to perfection he was appointed to the position of leader. Now the strongest Quincy in existence he strives to further advance the Quincy order, keeping a close eye on the number of hollow his order exterminates. Ikuto knows that if the Shinigami should declare another war on the Quincy this time they may not recover. He attempts to balance his College studies with his obligation to the Quincy order.

The first ability should be
1st ability. Adaptation: As more and more arrows collide with any form of armor or deflection all outgoing abilities from Ikuto gain in effectiveness, ginto receiving half the bonus as his own custom abilities and arrows do. As enemies are hit by arrows their own abilities begin to have less of an effect on Ikuto as well. This is due to Ikuto’s Reiryoku making slight adjustments in the composition of all techniques, his second ability responsible to all reductions of incoming damage. This ability increases the effectiveness of all attacks and decreases the effectiveness of all incoming attacks by a maximum of 15%, .2 percent for each arrow that is deflected or blocked
2nd ability. Repulsion: Ikuto is constantly coated in a thin layer of Reishi. Whenever he is struck but an attack that he cannot block these Reishi repulse some of the damage dealt and completely negate the attacks of those with 20 less Reiatsu and blows them back on impact. Someone with 5 more Reiatsu than Ikuto will negate 1/5 of the damage. This ability will hardly affect those with more than 20 Reiatsu than Ikuto.
3rd ability. 6th sense: The Reishi around Ikuto now act as early warning devices for Ikuto. He can predict attacks and abilities due to early warning signs provided by the Reishi. This ability is rather like Neji Hyuuga’s Byakugan with a blind spot in the same location as said, Byakugan. This ability has a 100 foot Radius and will allow tracing as accurate as the visual tracing of a Shunpo and other such abilities even though Ikuto’s eyes could normally never accomplish such a feat.
4th ability. Implosion: Ikuto is constantly surrounded by a field of Reishi, from this he can spend two to five posts constantly thickening this shield, meanwhile being unable to use other abilities. Once charged this ability creates a massive blue sphere of energy expanding from Ikuto that obliterates all caught within its wake. This ability has a 20-50 foot radius depending on how much time is spent charging. Ikuto also receives ¼ of the damage back as recoil.
Its base strength is achieved after charging for 2 posts with more power being put behind it the longer he charges, something like this.
