No one likes the middle numbers... I think there should be another 1 or 2 captains or at least Lt. but they are MIA...

As far as captain's meetings and filling up captain spots let the great Captain's advancement begin! As I said to Marl, I'm also going to be making a new shinigami and will be trying to rp my way up the ranks. Should be fun.
