Top of the world (open)

It was getting late, a long day had been over, and on one of the tall building, a person was sitting watching as the sun was about to set in the distance, this was one of the places Lavi had discovered in his attempts be alone, even though he was never really alone anymore.
After returning from Rukongai, he had a little companion wherever he went, even though it had proven to be able to leave his side it rarely did.
Lavi was just sitting on the edge of the building, bot really doing much, but the little cat human was not much for being there, it was lying on the roof behind Lavi trying to keep itself under control, as it stared into the sky. Because Lavi was not sure how people would react, he kept Yoru hidden from others, much to Yoru's dismay as Yoru would rather be out having fun, doing pranks or something else much more fun than sitting around starring.

The sun began it's descend in the distance. Bishamon had made it a hobby or rather a pass time watching the sunset whenever he had time; and fortunately he had some spare time on his hands, the sun was a blood lit red as it slowly plunged into the earth; it was such a magnificent sight that he felt he needed to get higher and take a good look, he saw a suitable building which overlooked it perfectly. He jumped up the building only taking him a few jumps until he reached the top, he raised his head to see the sun set in all its glory, however there was figure sitting on the edge of the building a few metres away, "damn", he whispered, he wasn't in the mood to socialise; he enjoyed watching the sun set in solitude. Well he has probably noticed me already so i better go say hi. He approached the figure, he instantly recognised him; he filled in for an instructor a few months back, he couldn't remember the name of the shinigami however, he rubbed the back of his head and stood next to the shinigami "Hi...a good view from up here huh?"

Muttering under his breath, Shioshi moved quickly through the Seireitei, casting his gaze around, looking for a place to watch the sunset, an odd ritual he'd begun to follow not that long ago. It helped to enhance his calm, the beauty of the sun at the end of the day, as it descended from the sky. However, he couldn't help but veer off course when he felt a familiar face, a person he'd actually seen a week ago, before his meeting with Captain Enjel, head of the 7th Division, to introduce himself, when they'd sparred and ended up unable to continue because of their injuries. He saw him up on the roof of a nearby building; Bishamon Saitou, a friend from his days at the Academy, although Bishamon had been a Shinigami already when Shioshi had met him. Grinning, he headed in that direction.

"Hey, Bishamon! What're you doing up there?" he cried, before he got close enough to see the other another figure up there up there as well. He came to a stop, puzzled, and then gave a shrug and jumped up the roof, having to use a few lower buildings to reach it. As he landed on the roof, he jogged over to Bishamon and the other Shinigami, trying to think of a way to make this introduction less awkward than he knew it would be. "Er, nice to meet you. The name is Shioshi Reinuu, recent graduate of the Academy," he continued, speaking to the other man this time, though. He truly hated introductions, as they were always the most awkward part of a conversation. He threw Bishamon a sheepish grin, and then turned it onto the other man as well, as he waited for either of them to respond.

As soon as Yoru heard someone approaching, he hurried over to Lavi and went into his pocket, he had promised Lavi not to be seen by anyone, as it could be dangerous, being as unusual as he was. Lavi decided not to react to much to it, as he could not seem too suspicious, when Bishamon talked to him, he turned to look at him, he took a second to run through names and faces in his head when he remembered him "Yes this is the second best view in all of seretei, my little piece of heaven" He looked out towards the sunset again "So did the sun bring you here as well Bishamon or did you come here to ask for something?" Lavi just wanted it to be straight forward, he prefered being alone, but a single person to converse with could not hurt, he just disliked greater social gatherings, it was for that reason he choose this spot over the other.

However someone else appeared as well, it was getting a little too crowded for Lavi, but for now he could put up with it hoping no more would show up, in that case he would be leaving "Lavi 11th squad" He just replied shortly to Shioshi, returning his focus to the sun once more

Bishamon let out a slight chuckle "no i didn't come up here for anything from you" he said, "to be honest i had no idea you were up here" he turned his attention back to the sun, "so, am i going crazy or did a cat just take cover in your pocket?" truthfully he thought he was just seeing things, but it was a conversation starter to say the least, he then heard a faint shout from the distance, but he just shrugged it off, and then looked at Lavi in wait for an answer, but then he felt a presence of another person.

He turned around to see Shioshi introducing himself to Lavi, Bishamon looked curiously at him, is he stalking me? Truth be told he didn't mind that Shioshi was here, he did talk nonstop which may make it a bit more annoying, however it does make it less awkward; Bishamon couldn't stand awkward situations, so it was a good thing, even though he did have a slight concern about how many times they supposedly ran into each other. He returned Shioshi's smile with a smile of his own "hey Shioshi, what brings you here?"

"Nice to meet you, Lavi," Shioshi said warmly to the Shinigami, and then he turned to answer Bishamon's question. "Well, I recently started this thing at the end of the day, where I watch the sunset. It makes me feel calm, although I don't really need help with that, especially if I manage to get in some practice with my Zanpakutou," he explained, smiling the entire time. Lavi, of course, wouldn't understand the part about his calm, but Bishamon would, since he'd seen it firsthand. He threw Bishamon another grin, and then moved over to the edge of the building and sat, his legs dangling over the ground not too far below, but still quite a drop. Not liking the awkward silence that followed, though, he turned to speak once more, this time to Lavi.

"So, Lavi, you're from the 11th Division. Are you a seated member? Better yet, do you have a Shikai? Me and another friend of mine, Draylon, were talking about what our Shikai might be in the future, so I wanted to know if you do, as then I'll have met someone other than a Captain who has a Shikai," he said, grinning. He hoped his words wouldn't make the moment even more awkward, as he hated awkward moments to the extreme. "I mean, I understand if you'd rather it be silent right now, because I'm sure that's why you started watching the sunset in the first place. However, if you wouldn't mind having a conversation while we watch..." he continued, feeling the need to explain himself just a bit more. He waited for a response, either from Lavi, or from Bishamon.

Draylon was walking back from a kido training session, he hadn't expected to be gone this long. The Sun was already about to set. At least it proves that I am getting stronger, and able to use more energy, there was a time when I would have been exausted hours ago.

As he was walking along he heard his name being said, curious he looked around and didnt see anyone, closing his eyes and focusing on his ears he managed to hear a voice coming from up above him, apparently on top of a building, it sounded like Shioshi. Maybe i should give him a suprise, heh this will be fun. .

Draylon focused on his Reiatsu mumbled a few incantations and said, "Bakudo 26, Curving light." Draylon cloaked himself in light so that he would be invisible to the eye. Focused his energy into his legs and lept up towards the building, chanting and casting Bakudo 19 as well, muffling his Reiatsu so they wouldn't be able to sense him at all.

He landed on the roof silently and looked around, for some reason it looked like Shioshi, Bishamon and Lavi were all hanging out on the roof. He decided to stick around for a bit, staying cloaked and silent to see what they were doing.

Lavi kept looking out towards the sun, he really wanted to just ignore the new arrivals, but then again he could not help but focus on what they said "18th seat, and as for the shi--" Lavi stopped as he was about to say it, and turned towards the end of the building where he had heard a sound "Who is there?" He had quickly drawn his sword, his paranoia was still not tottaly dulled from back at the rukongai, he had only been able to keep it to a minimum, but right now it was good, it made the attention go away from Bishamons question, as he was going to say what cat or deny the subject, but this worked even better as Bishamon would most likely forget all about his question by this.

But who could be trying to sneak up on them and for what reason, they where in Seretei, so there was no way Sal could have followed him there, the place was too well protected, and the other hoded man never concealed his presence when making an appearance, so just who was this person, he was sure the spiritual waves was somewhat familiar, but he still was not sure about it.

After Shioshi’s small distraction, Bishamon still awaited Lavi's answer to his question, he was about to ask again, until Lavi quickly jumped up and drew his sword, Bishamon also jumped up, and placed his hands on the hilt of his sheathed blade, did he really detect someone? Bishamon was impressed, he had no idea anyone was there, he tried sensing for this person's spiritual pressure, but couldn't sense anything, why would anyone sneak up on us like this, surely it can't be an ambush, that would be suicide inside the seireitei, maybe it's just another soul reaper coming to say hello, but why is he or she hiding their spiritual pressure? at this point Bishamon completely forgot about the cat like figure he saw.

Bishamon's eyes scanned around but couldn't see anyone, he unsheathed half of his blade, and tensed up "i would suggest showing yourself" he still wasn't sure if anyone was there however, this was entirely on Lavi's call.

Shioshi whirled as well, Zanpakutou suddenly drawn, although still down at his side. He felt in the direction they were facing, but couldn't feel any Reiatsu. His eyes closed to slits, and he crept forward, deciding that he may as well take a look. He kept his blade drawn as he moved, and as he got closer and closer to the edge of the roof. He couldn't see anyone, and nor could he sense anyone. That didn't make the feeling that he was being watched leave him. He turned slowly, examining everything around him. Nothing seemed out of place, and yet, he just knew there was someone there. Suddenly, Shioshi thought of something. The only person with such skill in Kidou as to be able to completely conceal himself that would be spying on him, Bishamon, and apparently Lavi as well, could only be a certain Shinigami that took quite a bit of enjoyment from crushing him in a sparring match.

"Draylon? Is that you? Or am I insane for even thinking that?" he asked, his Zanpakutou still up just in case this did end up being someone else, someone dangerous. He continued spinning, examining every single inch of the roof, and then allowing his gaze to move to other buildings. There was nothing. Whether this was who he thought it was, or not, he was quite skilled with his Kidou to be able to conceal himself so completely. Sighing, he shook his head and sheathed his Zanpakutou. "Well, whoever you are, you may as well come on out," he said, no longer believing that his theory had any credence. He sighed and turned, heading back towards Bishamon and Lavi. He still had the feeling that someone was watching him, so it was pretty much an issue of whether or not whoever it was would show himself or not. He hoped it wasn't an enemy of any kind, because he truly wasn't in the mood for any fighting right now, although he would if he had to.

Draylon looked at Lavi in surprise and thought about how he could possibly detect him, then came to a sudden realization. He walked over to the empty side of the roof and released both kido's uncloaking himself. He sat down on the ledge and looked at Shioshi and said, "If someone is Cloaked and watching you, and you can't tell where they are, you shouldn't walk over to where they were indicated to be, I could have easily slipped behind you and held you hostage. Think about what you are doing before you act. Assume it is hostile until you can confirm otherwise, even if you are pretty sure it is a friendly." He shook his head in disappointment. "If it is really hard to think about it, try to think of what you would do if you were hostile and in that person's position. See the battlefield from both sides. It will save your life someday."

He turned and looked over at Bishamon and said, "Pretty good, you assumed I was hostile and held your position while trying to locate me, as well as being prepared to fight. Tactically sound, and what Shioshi should have done."

He looked over at Lavi and said, "To be completely honest, I am quite impressed you were even able to sense me, I'm not quite sure what gave me away, it was either a sound or you felt the residual energy maintaining my cloaking. Either way you impressed me."

Draylon sighed and said, "I didn't mean for this to become a lecture or anything. Bleh, So what are you guy's doing up here anyways?" He looked around the rooftop at them.

Lavi sheated his sword once more and turned his back to Draylon, it was getting way too crowded, it was exactly because few came here that he had decided to rest here and watch the sunset, but somehow people just kept appearing, it was quite annoying.
"I was enjoying a nice sunset in peace until people got here and started ruining the mood for me, but no matter, as I cant have peace and quite" Lavi slowly drew his sword again with a smile on his face "We will just have to get a little training session going, who is up first?" Lavi held out his sword towards Draylon, but the challenge was directed at them all, he got there to relax, and when he could not do that, he got very irritated and into a really bad mood where he just needs to get it out of his system, and the easiest way would be to fight

Bishamon sheathed his swords as Lavi did, and then he scratched his head, and laughed "look at you, acting like a teacher." This was getting much too crowded for his liking, he could deal with two people, but now Dray turned up, he was looking for an excuse to get out of there, he turned to Lavi to give him a reason to leave; he could see the frustration on his face also, he thought that he might do the same thing as Bishamon was intending, but then Lavi proposal for a fight, was surprising to say the least, i came here to relax, but at least watching a little fight will provide me with some entertainment, Bishamon took a few paces away from Lavi "well, i'm pretty tired, so i fight doesn't suit me, however i'm sure Dray, or Shioshi would love to have a fight with you" Bishamon kept walking back to give whoever was fighting enough space, and then sat down, and awaited to see who would say yes to his challenge.
