Looks: Basil Cesili is a moderately tall 137 year old who likes to wear a grey button up shirt, the top 3 button undone. A necklace can be found around his neck with a blank silver coin attached. He wears khaki shorts during the summer time, and khaki pants in the winter. During a very formal event however, Basil will be seen in a tuxedo. Regardless of the situation, he will always wear his favorite pair of sandals, because they're comfortable.

Personality: Basil makes his own personality special, in that he makes it up as he goes. He is slightly angry more often than not, due to the inability of his subordinates to do the simplest of tasks.

Occupation: Since he's close enough to looking like an adult, Basil does not attend any school, since his education was taken care of while he was human. Basil gets his money through an underground market, the product of which no one knows.

Special Characteristics: He studied karate and kendo in Japan after being accepted into the Bount Mansion, but other than that no special training had occured.

Doll Description:

Sealed form: It's sealed form is that of Basil's necklace, so that it can stay close to his heart.

Released form: Niou Koke takes on a human-like form, but is a purely ethereal being, with a faint white glow to its body. Its legs seem to disappear into a puddle of its essence.

Doll Powers: Electricity

First Power: Niou Koke can fire off amounts of its body in a bullet-like attack. Each bullet holds a charge of electricity that is fatal to non-spiritual beings. After the bullet has stopped moving, it slides back to Niou Koke's body via whatever substance is below it, since it is part of its body. This concept in mind, Niou Koke can essentially fire off a limitless amount of shots, but must wait to gather its body if it fires off too many.

History: Born in 1873 to a middle-class bakery family in Marina di Ginosa, Italy, Basil got his name from the special buns his family made their living from. As a little boy Basil had good times, running through the streets of his home town and making many childhood friends. At the age of 7, his mother came down with a rare illness and passed away, leaving his father and himself to manage the shop. Unfortunately, the business soon went under because of a depression, and the two were forced to live in the streets. Basil was later sold to a restaurant in order for the father to eat a few meals. Basil was left behind to clean after the unkind patrons and restaurant owner, and eventually was forced to cook for no wage whatsoever.Until one day, at the age of 19, Basil ran away from the restaurant, and was chased all the way to Venice, where the restaurant owner and his lackies took aim to end the pitiful human's life.

At that moment however, a vial dropped from the sky onto Basil's head and cracked open, its contents seeping directly into Basil's brain. The lackies opened fire, kicking up a cloud of dust from the debris chipped off the wall behind Basil. When they had finally stopped and waited for the dust to settle, they found two things. One: Basil was not dead. Two: they were dead. Unknown to everyone involved, Basil's doll had appeared and protected its owner, and had fired its bullets through the attackers. Frightened, Basil ran away, only to be stopped by the soul reaper that had dropped the vial. The soul reaper unsheathed his sword, apologized to Basil, and swung his blade.

That blade was stopped a split second later as Niou Koke blocked the blade and wrapped itself around the soul reaper's body, shocking it to the point of paralysis. Noiu Koke then disappeared and a necklace formed around Basil's neck. Completely lost, Basil ran. He ran and ran, all the way to Japan, where he was found by Bounts from the Bount Mansion, and was taken in.

Role Playing Sample:

"Whadya mean there's no more flour?!" Basil yelled from the kitchen. That afternoon Basil had decided to bake some bread, since the store-bought kind was never that satisfying. Having put in every ingredient, Basil asked his helper to pass the flour, only to find there was none. "Dammit, now I have to go get some. Put the batter in the fridge and don't move an inch until I get back." With that he left, leaving a deathly feeling in the room.
