| Mechanical Eye Invention App: Appearance: A metallic sphere the size of an eyeball. It has two pupils which have a very slight red glow to each one. The two pupils are spaced apart from the center of the eye horizontally. Description (how it works): The eye runs on reiatsu, so it can’t be short-circuited. It connects to Ryouta’s optic nerve via several small nodes roughly opposite the pupils. The eye is waterproof, immune to temperatures including and between -200 and 200 degrees Celsius, and shock-resistant. Function: If for some reason Ryouta’s organic eye were to be damaged beyond repair, he could still perceive depth with this eye as it has two pupils. It also has the capability of allowing him to see in the infrared and ultraviolet spectrums of light, as well as magnifying his sight or acting like a telescope so he can see farther away. It has an automatic shutdown system that shuts down the eye’s function in the visible light spectrum if a light is too intense for Ryouta’s brain to handle. It also allows Ryouta to fire energy, reiatsu, fire, electricity-based hado spells, of the projectile or beam type from the eye, though, unlike spells fired from his left arm, they will not be stronger than normal. Special Note( Cero Doble): The eye also, when Ryouta is using his Visored mask, functions as a way for him to passively store energy to be released instantaneously at his discretion in the form of a Cero Doble. He can do this once every other post. After the firing of a Cero Doble, the eye will cease to provide vision for the duration of one post.

| see response in other app; as for weakness- each of these items is essentially a new tech on par with a custom cero or something, and i have incorporated limitations on both. there would be no point in using an invention that was detrimental to oneself- who in god's name would be insane enough to do that? | |

| Thats awesome to know, i'm going to create an impenetrable armour that covers me from head to toe and its only weakness is that the joints squeak a little thus making me less stealthy.
You see what I'm saying here? Create stuff that's awesome, that's the point, however this is still a game and as such there must be balance. All I'm saying is, keep the durability however mark down the resistances to the elements. | |

| I do agree that you shouldn't make something both godly in ability and in durability...
Make it powerful yet breakable, or weak and near-indestructible....
Worst-case-scenario, repair the eye if it shorts out... Won't need an app to do that but it'll at least give some one a chance to remove your advantage in a single thread... | |

| I have read the roleplay and stuff... and saying as Mayuri... that creepy bastard... has a scythe thing that comes out of his head and a detachable arm, all of his organs are artifical... I say that a arm like this one is within bounds of 12 squad captain...
I am reinterainting my APPROVED stamp
And an easy way to get around it is use bakuto 5, it disables his eye temporarily, shunpo swish swish death... and Shock Resistant Punch him in the face hard enough and it will break... and as far as it works, it means he has lost an eye, so break that one, and his real eye is F'ed on depth perception... its full of weaknesses...
And as far as the channeling crap through it like reiatsu and storage... think of it like a ginto, it stores energy, then you use it later...
and break the eye... and again, he loses that ablity...
Also... the tempature resistance.... and candle burns at 760 degree's C, so... yeah, make contact with hado 8, and its not gonna work so well... as in, not at all... and well... Marly you might have at tough time freezing his eye out, but if hes frozen... then he is frozen...

| this applies for the other invention too- but since i've been waiting forever on this and there seemed to be a general air of approval even before i nerfed both inventions, i will use them in rp unless notified i cannot. | |
