Personality: Junko is a very dutiful person, and takes her shinigami training very seriously. She is not overly aggressive but does not condone assassination type tactics. She prefers facing her enemies head on. When dealing with a hollow of comparable power to herself for instance she would present herself before the enemy but not charge, waiting for them to make the first move and analyzing what the strengths or weaknesses are of their move, and react accordingly with smooth and precisely controlled movements.

However, due to her exile, she has become reserved and tight lipped. She also seems remorseless, and cold, perhaps not appealing to a humanitarian sense, but not with out humanity. She does however have a tendancy to flash with rage, perhaps the concequence for keeping it contained.

Junko is a maverick of sorts, preferring western chainmail armor and a white and green tabard with gold embellishments. She prefers this because she died in them and thinks that the shinigami uniform is particularly unprotective. However when required she will don shinigami robes instead of a tabard, for situations that it is needed, but never the chainmail in public(this meaning to say that she takes it off to sleep). Also if preparing for a certain battle, junko will most certainly don her plate armor. Junko doesn't wear make up in daily life, only for formal occasions and things that require it.

Sealed Zanpakutō : The sealed zanpaktou is a Schiavona, or Basket Hilted Sword with a blade 38 inches long, and modeled after a broad sword. The handle spans 10.5 inches long, and the basket hilt is steel, providing suitable protection for the hand(s).

Abilities: A few abilities are baseline, between the two parts of the blades there are flames, which respond to her emotions in color. Red for anger, Blue for Sadness, Gold for Happyness. Any mixture of emotions results in a mixture of colors. Her flames also are sticky, and will burn until extiquished with water or until shikai is sealed. Also, Junko has a limiter on the time on her shikai, her age is reduced upon the sealing of her shikai, with at a rate of 1 post to = 1 year in appearance. She gets her age back at a rational rate, at a year every 10 days. I will account for this by keeping track of time between threads.

Ability 1: Fenikkusu Kaen Houshaki
Description of ability: The flame in the middle or the blade shoots out of the tip, and keeps going for a theoretically infinite distance. The sword can be moved and it will come out in an arc.

Ability 2: Paji(Purge)
When Junko's mind is devoid of turbulent emotions suge as rage, fear, happyness or sadness, her fire's power is increased significantly. The fire must be a pure white, no tint of any color in the flames. The occasions of this will be fairly rare, as Junko is by nature, and at the moment, a very turbulent person. Solo's will be contributed in this thread to track the progress of Junko's change in personality, and her return to her 'original' self. This heightened state of being grants +7 to Spirit Power, and + 3 to speed temporarily.

History/Background: Junko was born in about 1234 and was born to a poor English knight. Her father died and her family lost their royal status and with it the majority of their lands, as Junko, then known as Serra, was the only child of him. Serra lived by fairy tale versions of knights honor while not having one of her own. At the time Women serving in any army was unheard of. But Serra, being young and tall enough to pass for a young man if dressed correctly. She embarked on the 7th crusade. She was part of the foot division and was launched into battle a few days after joining and receiving minimal armor and weapons in the form of leather garmets and a tabard . She was violently lunged into a fight that was different from even her wildest daydreams. She was injured during the fight after being clubbed in the back and fell unconscious she picked up a sword that one of the French opponents was wielding and started after the army which had assumed her dead. She caught up to them and was refitted with armor and weapons.

As the campain went on she grew, in all areas expected of a woman, and was clearly defined as one. She was reported to the king leading the campain and he figured he needed every hand he could get, an had her remain with the army. She survived, and after fending off attracted men of the army she established a place, in the army but and over the course of the campain there and back, she obtained her custom fitted mail and plate.

She died on the way back, an arrow through the heart tends to do that. It was nearly 200 years of wandering as a soul and fending off hollows that were her fallen comrades she was sent to soul society.

She remembered nothing, Not a scrap, but she had the armor she was wearing and the sword in her scabbard. So she moved on, wandering around the place called Soul Society. She was hungry during those years. And ate what she could find, eventually wandering several districts away from where she was put into soul society.

She was told that she should go to the center to seek training as a “death god” and she followed the advice, thinking that she could always quit if she wanted. And that’s where you will find her today, finishing up her rigorous training to be a shinigami, to save souls from the hollows and to protect soul society.
