It's and idea but it to get all the Shinigami together for a day of fun even the captains for tests of speed, strength, intelligence, and skill. Something like the Olympics that we have but allot harder.

The teams are simple ether Lt. vs Captains or it can be Male vs Female or we can make it where they are randomly selected.

hmmm randomly selected i'm voting for...or we could select a few team leaders and then randomly select others or people could sign up for teams... Very Happy

I say get the team leaders by vote of them or the team leaders could be the weaker people so they can get good leadership training. Then the can have people picked by a little pre tournament thats nothing like the real one. Then after they get the teams Captain Commander comes out and screams let the games begin lol.
