Appearance: Taichi is a tall, somewhat muscular man. His midlength, blonde hair is often pushed back to a spiky style. His eyes are a crimson red color often holding a condecending gaze. He walks with an air of superiority.



Personality: Taichi is arrogant. Coming from a family of nobility, he feels he is owed a higher position in the world. Anyone who stands against him should just lay down and die to save themself the humiliation of a crushing defeat. To that end, his mere presents invokes admiration in some and fear in others. However, such arrogance comes at a cost. If Taichi should suffer a loss at the hands of a "lesser being", it will haunt him. Every fiber of his being will be hellbent on reclaiming his domineering status over them. (This does not mean he believes himself to be the strongest person in every situation. Just the strongest of his level. As he rises in the ranks of the Gotei 13, surely the masses will recognize his greatness.)

Sealed Zanpakto: Taichi's asauchi is a 70cm katana with gold coating the edge of the blade. The guard is a brass rectangle engraved with two feathers. The wrap is a fine silky white cloth.
History: Taichi is a noble from the Seireitei. His upbringing gave him a feeling of superiority. Coupled with a prodigal ability for learning, Taichi stood tall on a pedestal above all others. But he longed for something greater. The admiration that only comes from being a Shinigami. This desire drove him to train until he was ready to join the academy and start a life as a Shinigami.
