Arrancar abilities

Upon becoming an Arrancar, a Hollow eventually gets 3 abilities, right?

would these abilities be like the abilities demonstrated by arrancar in the series?

because if so, would that mean we choose from the following list, or make one up and wait for admin approval on an idea

1) Cero Doble (demonstrated by Neliel Tu Oderschvank)
2) Bala barrage (demonstrated by Findor Carias)
3) Seeing Through Illusions (said can be done by Ulquiorra Cifer)
4) Replaying images he has seen (demonstrated by Ulquiorra Cifer)
5) Cero Sincrético (demonstrated by Pesche Guatiche and Dondochakka Bilstin)
6) Infinite Slick (demonstrated by Pesche Guatiche)
7) Stomach Contaiment (demonstrated by Dondochakka Bilstin)

^I may have missed some, but anyway...yeah, what's the deal with these?

No mate, you need to read the revised system and ignore the template that is up in the hollow section atm as it is outdated.
