Anna's Kido Training (Solo)

Anna was standing in the middle of the training area, her sword in hand. She was holding her sword in front of her with both hands, and her hair was covering her closed eyes. Anybody looking at her would think that she's merely practicing stance, but in reality she was concentrating on focusing energy into the way she wanted it. She felt a slight build up, and smiled as she looked towards the training dummy. Anna raised the tip of her sword to its head, and then suddenly the energy fades away. This was disappointing to Anna, and she got back into concentration. She started to build energy up again, and this time it was a bit easier due to her try before. Her eyes were closed and the dummy before her seemed almost to be whimpering to itself with the frown somebody cut into it earlier. She lifted her sword again, still building up energy, and pointed the tip of it towards the practice dummy.

"Hado #11: Denko baindo sa!" she said, and suddenly there was electricity flowing from her hand and onto her blade. She smiles, and taps the head of the dummy with her sword. The electricity flows from the blade and singes it lightly. After casting the spell, she sits down for about ten minutes before continuing her practice in the same way, but with more success now that she knows she can cast it.

In the middle of the training area there was a female shinigami surrounded by a multitude of practice dummies. She was currently practising the use of Hado #12, and was standing with concentration of the area around her. Hado #12 needed the use of firing spikes towards the enemy. Her long red hair symbolically showed that it was yet again Anna whom was training. She managed to build up energy rather quickly this time, but knew it was because she was trying to gather a higher amount of it. Her concentration was partially on the practice dummies and partially on the kido. If she stopped paying attention to the dummies her aim would be off, and if she stopped focusing on the Kido she wouldn't be able to manage the spell.

"From my skin, I release the porcupine's spines. Inject the target." she said, and the energy built even more, and she knew she was ready. She looked up and tried to get all targets located.

"Hado #12: Hari shimasu hatsubai!" she said with a smile. The needles formed and dispersed from her skin, solidifying in the air towards the target. They were purple, and her aim was slightly off. Out of the twelve targets that she was aiming for she hit three with two or three needles each.

Anna sat down and rested. For the rest of the day she planned to learn how to be more accurate.

Anna was heavily concentrating on learning Hado #13. She understood how the ability worked and how it was used, but the practice has not been put into place yet. This was the time she was practising and if she was successful, she would continue her practice later. She concentrated, the energy building quickly as she had an idea of how to learn the lower levels of Kido. The energy was similar to two abilities in which she already know, Hado #4 and Hado #11. They were each lightning based abilities. About three seconds before she was about to start the incantation she loses concentration and the energy built is lost. She sighed and sat down to take a ten minute break.

After waiting for ten minutes she stood back up, and the concentration began again. The building energy was quick and easy. She held her hands in front of her, a couple of higher up students watching to see if she was successful.

"An array of bees sting you with the force of many." she whispered, increasing the power of the spell. The energy was now stable, and ready for use. She spun to the side and lifted her hand towards the dummy set out for practising on.

"Hado #13: Hachi satsujin-han!" Anna spoke loudly, and a barrage of miniature yellow lightning bullets flew towards the target. They pelted the target with a decent amount of force, and knocked it around a bit. She smiled as she sat back down and rested, it was a very tiring spell. About twenty minutes later she got up and left the area. She would continue her practice another day.

Yet again Anna was in the kido training area, but she held her hands before her as if holding a bow. Anna was this time learning Hado #16 and had to concentrate heavily. She imagined a bow in hand, and the air solidifying to match that. This was hard, because she had to somehow picture air. To do this she just imagined that the air around her glowed yellow, and the more yellow there was the more air pressure in that particular spot. Of course, her eyes were closed and her was mind blank in order to imagine this. She had trouble trying to get this to work, and the energy needed to use this kido started to build, the air solidifying into the "V" like shape in which this kido described. It was at the end of her farthest fist, but after two seconds of doing this she lost it and the spell ended. Anna swore under her breath as she sat down to rest.

Seventeen minutes later Anna stood up to try again. Now that she had an understanding of the abilities formation she only lifted one hand. The energy built in the same shape and the air started to condense. If she had more energy she would say the incantation, but at her current level it'd tire her too much. She just aimed at a practice dummy and used the kido.

"Hado #16: Sonikku-ha yajirushi!" she yelled, and the attack was fired. It was in a vertical stance when fired and so when it hit the practice dummy the head split in half. She sat down and rested before she continued her practice.
