Personality: Rawlen is a tough war veteran who survived many wars in his time involving many invasions of Russia based on religious factors. He takes slack from no one and is tough on whoever he leads. Tough, sometimes, to a breaking point. He is intelligent, and based on his years in the military, is keen on tactics and strategy. He prefers to fight the style of keeping his enemy at bay. When he finds himself not in a battle state of mind, he can be quite enjoyable. He throws himself into social events as much as he can, as he loves the social interaction. He is stingy about money as well as his own items.

Special Characteristics: A few things. He has exceptional aim with the quincy bow. Also. He uses a physical bow, with a string, paired with a special ring, when he draws the string back, a quincy arrow takes place on the bow.

History: Not much of the history behind Rawlen’s character is known. In the books for Russia, he is written to be a war hero, leading the troops into battle against all invaders and winning with minimum losses. However, he claims to be no such hero. He lied about his age in order to enlist in the Russian military at the age of 16, and fought honorably. At the age of 23, he joined a group of elite commandoes where he trained non-stop with his tactics and strategies. In this group, he learned how to become a leader. After 5 years with the Special Forces, He applied to become an Officer. Within 1 year, he had received his commission and let the same group of Special Forces that he trained with. Until he was 30, they fought valorously on the front lines, deflecting any invasion that came into Russia. In one invasion, they encountered a monster, which he later learned to be a hollow. This is when he learned of his Quincy abilities. He used a bow and a ring that was specially crafted for him by an elder of his clan. He retired at the age of 30. He lived in silence for 4 long years until finally his wife divorced him, complaining that the war “changed him.” He left the city that he lived in to return to Moscow, where he was born. It was there that he met a group of quincy and began a secretive group called the “Congregation of the Damned.” At the age of 37, just before this current time, A battle between rebellious shinigami and the Congregation of the Damned sparked up. The battle lasted a few weeks, and when the smoke cleared, Rawlen was the only one left. No shinigami, no Quincy. They were all dead. It surprised Rawlen because he was by far the weakest quincy around, but because of his tactical and strategical abilities, he was able to survive the onslaught and vowed to grow the Congregation of the Damned back to its original glory as well as grow himself into a much more powerful Quincy.
