In the remote street of Karakura Town the air buckled. This went unnoticed by those walking the sidewalks. The very fabric of he sky rippled like a lake whole surface had been broken by a stone. A clawed hand suddenly cut through the empty space and then was followed by another. These finger dug into the a somehow tangible air and pushed. It tore life a handkerchief as the hollow emerged from the dark rift. Stratus stepped out and into the ground. He took a moment to quickly quiet the spiritual energy he radiated. It still took alot of effort to open portals to the human world. Even as he turned to look back the rip he had made was already closing. All that work and so easily undone. He didn't dwell on it too long, it was best he moved quickly. Such a grand entrance always attracted the most unwanted attention. Stratus was not idiot. It was known to him that shinigami were everywhere. Any moment one might pop out and attempt to end his existence.
"Let them try." he muttered as he flexed his body and took a deep breath. The smell; the city felt familiar to him. So rare was it that these portals took him to someplace he knew. Knew, but not remembered. "Let's see what this place is about." he said as he launched a strand of slime from his right hand. The green rope hit the edge of a five story building with a yank he pulled himself into the air. At the peak of his ascent he fired the second strand from his left hand toward another building. He released his right and swung like a pendulum. Stratus released the left and flew forward like a missile. The black hollow moved like across the city rather swiftly. He'd almost forgotten this feeling, the swinging from building to building. Hueco Mundo was void of such tall structures, he was reduced to walking when it came to transportation. The wind rushed in his ears as he catapulted himself up into the air. Before he'd fallen far the hollow launched a new thread and used the momentum to propel himself faster. There was no real destination a the moved along the concrete jungle. The streets blurred beneath him as he swung from strand to strand. For once Stratus was enjoying himself outside of battle. Something he rarely go to do. But that soon ended as something came into range of his spiritual sense. He had long since learned to ignore human common human signatures. This one was different; a big stronger than normal. Someone snack worthy, he thought to himself as he changed direction. His mission already forgotten as he prepared for a quick meal.

His target was moving. Not so fast as to avoid him, but just barely on the fringe of his detection. As the hollow moved over the streets he felt fewer and fewer signals around him. Normally he wouldn't care, but he didn't want to draw too much attention to himself. The less humans around when he got his kills the better. It would take longer for the humans to respond and probably longer for the shinigamis to realize he was there. He increased his pace of his swings it didn’t take long for the target to come into view. A figure along the street jogging. No wonder it was moving away from him. A bright pink jump suit with a matching head band. If he hadn’t sensed the person’s spiritual power the appearance alone would have caught his eye. As he drew closer he noted the way the human’s hips sways and bounced. Although the color should have been a clue, Stratus deduced that she was female. Women were fun targets. The screams alone made up for the act of butchering them. Stratus was now less than a block away. There were already in a less than populated area. Plenty of empty streets and rustic buildings. Stratus landed gently on a building and watched as the woman made it past. Once she had traveled below him, he jumped from the edge. He used just enough strength to propel himself forward to land right on top of her. Mid-air he suddenly felt something a surge of spiritual pressure. Then it hit him, literally; something pierced his back. It had enough force to send him off his trajectory. Stratus found fell into a spin as he came crashing to the ground. His face smashed into the ground from the sudden jolt. Nearly a second after he landed he felt more objects cut into his back. Four, five, six, seven. In rapid succession the hollow was hit. Each blow felt like a dagger digging into his hide. He was too stunned to react for a second, but the pain drew him from his stupor. With a roar he pulled himself from the ground and turned to face the direction the strikes had come from. This occurred just in time to see two blue flashes heading in his direction. The hollow leaped the flashes of light passed beneath him and broke the ground. Looking down at them they looked like spears, shining blue spears. He could feel the spiritual power radiating from them, the same energy he felt from his back. So this is what hit him. He tried to peer in the direction of the attacks, but didn’t see anything. Stratus focused his senses trying to pinpoint the attacker’s location. But instead he felt something much closer. Still in the air he looked behind him to see the woman he had been chasing. In the pink woman’s hand was a shining light; a blueish energy not unlike what he had just dodged. Her hands moved and a bolt flew at the airborne hollow.

Min Kyung stalked through the forest for the better part of the day until feeling the hunger strain against his stomach. It let out a growl that was similar to the purring of a lion or tiger. He moved towards the edge of the forest that danced along the city lines. He took a deep breath, allowing the smells of the city to flow through him. He wasn't too keen on feeling for spiritual pressures, but there was something definitely off to him. He looked left, and then right. After feeling satisfied with the lack of spiritual presence on the street, he took off, sprinting towards a building. He reached the wall in no time, as he dug his claws into the wall. He quickly scaled the building side, making it to the roof. He then focused again, sensing a very strong hollow, and a few more signatures near him. He rushed in the direction as he bounded over the gaps in between the buildings. Admittedly, It was one of the things that Min Kyung could appreciate about the cities. It was a giant playground perfect for running about. Min Kyung was stopped in his path when he noticed the larger hollow being shot down out of the sky by blue arrows. Quincy! Min Kyung thought to himself. He leaped towards the larger hollow for assistance but was cut off by two large blue arrows piercing the rooftop at his feet. Min Kyung quickly looked to his right to see a quincy standing there as she pulled back on her own bow. She had light pink hair that seemed to flow randomly in the wind and dark green eyes that reminded him of the forest that he loved so much.
Spoiler:

He growled as she released the arrows. They flew with great speed towards him, but were smashed out of his way with a swift swing of his tail. He stalked closer to her, growling louder and louder with each step that he got closer to her. He stopped when he was within striking distance of her. "It's a shame that someone so beautiful is going to have to die!" He called out before swinging his tail around, striking towards her body. She quickly jumped backwards, sending three more arrows his way. Min Kyung easily slid to the side as they flew out into the distance. He sprinted towards her as she let the arrows fly. However, with each arrow that came closer to him, the arrows were swatted away by his deadly quick tail. He finally pressured her back until she took one last step back. Her foot made contact with the edge of the rooftop before slipping backwards. Losing her balance, she slipped and flew off the building. She quickly spun around in time for her to grasp on to the ledge with a single hand. Min Kyung laughed as he walked over towards her very slowly. He grinned as he looked down upon her. She looked up with tears rolling down her eyes. "Does it make you scared? Does it fill you with fear to look into the eyes of the hollow that is going to end your life? I could easily crush your fingers and end it here." Min Kyung said as he placed his paw on her fingers and slowly applied pressure until her grip was weakened. Her fingers slipped as her body began to fall. Her body didn't crash into the ground below her. Instead, she was being suspended in the air by the grip of Min Kyung's tail around her throat. He tightened the grip as she gasped for air, and just before losing consciousness, he pulled his tail up, throwing her body into the air. Without releasing grip, Min Kyung then thrusted his tail downward, sending her helpless body into the rooftop. She let out a groan of pain as she landed, blood shooting from her lips as she coughed.

"Hahahaha! Do you really believe that I would be so foolish as to let you die that easily? No! You will suffer!" Min Kyung jumped on top of her body, still holding a strong grip around her throat with his tail. He sunk his teeth into her chest as the effects of his Paralyzing Fangs took place. Her body slowly became paralyzed and she began to panic as she could no longer move her body. He lifted his front paws and began thrashing the sharp claws into her chest, slowly ripping away at her flesh. She let out a short scream as the pain was still able to be felt in her body, but the noise was shortly cut off as he tightened the grip to silence her. He loosened the grip again once she was silent and continued to maul away at her chest. She slowly began to fade from existence as she suffered the extreme pain. He savored every moment of it, and when he finally noticed the deed had been done, he chest was nothing more than sever flesh and bone.

Min Kyung, satisfied with his work, lowered his head as he absorbed the spirit that was the females, feeling the power being refilled throughout his body and the hunger slowly diminish. He then turned towards the other hollow. He moved toward the corner of the rooftop to watch what would happen. If the hollow were to survive, Min Kyung would have to discuss matters of his return to Hueco Mundo. If not, Min Kyung was always there for assistance to make sure that the hollow would survive, however he got the feeling that the assistance wouldn't be needed.

A spider like hollow emerges from the shadows, and enters the brightness of light. The vibrant green grass coming to a sudden stop due to the road, yet this wasn't any problem. The creature walked across the ground, muttering in doing so. It ignored that there was a battle happening in two places. As this hollow walked it seemed to resemble a robot from how it moved: continuously, automatically, and without fault. The hollows sharp legs dug into the ground, leaving small marks where ever he stepped. This was Neisan, and what he came for was nearly achieved.

"Hello!" yelled a high pitched voice, and out from behind a tree walked a quincy. The Quincy was a female, and only about 17-18 years of age, height of probably 5'11". She walked with elegance as her red hair reached her waist, and she had in her hand a quincy bow. She was wearing shorts with a black shirt and white jacket. Neisan was eager to kill her; he was eager to rip out her throat or stab through her head. He wanted to kill so badly, yet when the female stopped thirty feet from him, he stopped too. Why? Doesn't he want to kill this person?

"My name is Neisan Randori. May I ask what your name is, Quincy?" he asked, and was waiting for a reply. She giggled, and walked a few paces to the left. She stopped after about four seconds, turned back to him, and clapped her hands together.

"My name isn't of importance at the moment! What is of importance is that I will be killing you now!" she said again, her voice a bit lower than before. She lowered her hands and watched Neisan, as though she expected him to make the first move. However, he stood perfectly still, and in one quick movement she lifted her hand and winked, firing an arrow from her bow. Such a wonderful sight was this arrow; the bright blue speeding towards him. Unfortunately for her, Neisan had a projectile of his own.

"Sombras de la Muerte." he whispered, and this whisper was carried on the breeze. It was light and soothing, and would be carried to the ears of even those who aren't listening. A spear formed in his shadow, and he jumped backwards as it fired out and made contact with the arrow. A beautiful sight to see light drown out from darkness! She raised her eyes, and started to rapidly fire arrows. Why did she continue with this useless act? Did she not have any other choice of attack?

"Your petty arrows will not harm me, Quincy!" yelled Neisan. He ran forward, and activated Hojas de sombra, his legs covered in energy and vibrating loudly. This would cause attention to be drawn to him, and also possible distractions for the hollows around. The Quincy didn't like this, but understood exactly why he would use such an ability at a somewhat distant position. As the arrow got closer to Neisan, he did the obvious and stood up on his top set of legs, swiping the arrows down with his bottom set of legs. It looked strange, because he had to maintain his momentum whilst running with two of four legs, and swiping down a multitude of attacks. The quincy fired arrow after arrow, and kept on backing away. Some of the arrows would nearly hit, but his thin body saved him on those occasions. He knew that he couldn't catch up with this quincy after a short time, and every now and then he would dodge to the side so that he could enter back into a stance of four legs on the ground. This was so that he could see the opponent again. He was surprised to see her stop one time, a tree behind her and casting a shadow on the ground. Neisan took this as an opening and he pushed off of the ground with his top set of legs, and after entering the air he lunges his bottom set of legs forwards and at the girl. She moved out of the way, ducking under his legs and spinning around, ready to fire at Neisan whom was moving quickly towards a tree, his legs bound to get stuck. Her eyes widened with surprise as she heard the sound from his ability behind her, and not see the hollow in front of her.

"Right here." he said from her shadow, having just used Calmando la Oscurida. She let out a slight scream and went to turn back around, but it was too late, his leg had already pierced through her left lung, the chainsaw like energy ripping at her flesh and skin, blood splattering onto the ground. Blood was flowing from her mouth, along with tears from her eyes, yet this didn't stop Neisan from forcing his arm down and cutting through her ribs, and then stomach. Her stomach acid mixed with blood as it flowed out on to the floor. She was still alive, but she was dying quickly. She walked forwards as Neisan pulled his leg out, and spun around with the last of her energy to fire one last arrow, but Neisan didn't allow this. He lifted his leg after knowing that the quincy was to die by his doing, and as he looked at her face he took an image as memory. Her eyes were red, and full of sadness. There was blood flowing down from her mouth, which was slightly open, and tears still streaming down her face. Down went his leg, and off came her arm. She fell to her knees, and then fell forward. Her eyes were closing as this happened, and her face hit the ground with force. Neisan decided that he wasn't done, and sawed the body diagonally in half. He then stabbed his leg into her skull, more blood being spilt even after it was over. He absorbed the spirit, and still he was not satisfied with the kill.

Neisan turned to watch as the stronger hollow fought off his quincy, his ability still making a loud, obnoxious noise. With the hollows strength, the quincy shouldn't be too much of a problem. Although, he knew neither of their strengths and he knew neither of their their weaknesses. Neisan should be glad that the quincy he fought wasn't stronger than she was, or he'd have been killed easily.

OOC: lol, didn't plan for more hollows and didn't plan for more than 2 quincy. w/e Buckle in kiddies you're in for the ride.

IC: Hanging in the air there was little he could do as the woman's attack came hurtling at him. It was coming right at him, right at his face. Stratus raised his arms to guard himself. The bolt impacted against his armored hands and sent him into a spin. Once more the hollow was sent plummeting to the ground. Thankfully he didn't land face first like the first time. Instead he landed in a very low crouch. The ground cracked around him and a small cloud of dust had risen. Feeling solid earth beneath him Stratus lowered his arms. Even though he had guarded himself against the shot his hands tingled. With a glance he noted a small hole the size of the arrow she had fired. There was cracks all along his gauntlet around the damage portion. He released a low growl. A human had dared to attack him! The spiritual power he had been suppressing was slowing bubbling forth. All the arrows protruding from his back shattered like glass. Not that Stratus noticed his anger had him focused on the young woman, who had already pulled back on her bow. As she released her hand the hollow's hands shot forward. Another shot for his head perhaps? Not this time. Slime erupted from Stratus' out stretched hands. The sticky substance fanned out from his palms and fingers in a wide spray. With a burst his spiritual power it solidified. The splash of green slime became jagged green crystal. A half inch misshapen wall between him and the human's arrow.
The Quincy's arrow struck his quick shield, but it didn't stop, it was only slowed. Stratus could only watch in amazement as the blue bolt slowly dug it's way deeper into the crystal. Sparks flew off the around it as the tip spun like a drill. Upon looking closer he noticed that the tip of the arrow was actually a white color instead of solid blue.

Quincy Stats:

Spoiler:

In the next second another joined the first, then another, and then another. The hollow could only sit there as the woman peppered the shield.
"That won't save you." came a voice from above. The young woman was now hanging in the air above the hollow. Her hand drawn back with an arrow notched in her bow. Stratus turned his head upward. He was so caught up fending off here attacks he hadn't noticed the sudden movement. It was too late for him to move as he stared up at the swift girl, but he didn't have to. His armor split and his tendrils shot toward the opponent. There was no denying the girl's surprise as the bladed edges came at her. She vanished right as they thrust into the space she had just occupied. The next instant she reappeared on the street several feet away. Stratus had already stood up from him crouch, he released his hold on the damaged crystal.
Although her attack had been interrupted the young woman hadn't released her hand from her weapon. She was now studying her target. Apparently his counter had shaken her slightly, but not enough to scare her away.

Min Kyung turned his attention from the current fight that he was watching to see another quincy fighting another hollow. A lanky spider type hollow with a very thin body type. He watched as another female quincy figure attacked the hollow and thought about helping. This hollow is in my territory, and unlike the other, not on a different level of strength than me. No help will be granted to him. He thought to himself as he turned from the fight to watch as a crystallized shield was being formed in front of the stronger hollow. Min Kyung watched as the arrows that were being shot seemed to drill their way through the shield. He watched as the quincy that was facing the stronger hollow vanished from the air, just barely dodging the attack that was coming for her. Min Kyung decided to get closer in case he decided to join this battle, seeing that the playing ground was slightly more even than he had imagined.

He vaulted from the roof top on to the streets as he made his way closer to the battle. He decided to stick to the shadows to stay out of sight, in case the quincy decided to switch targets. He got within 20 meters of the fight and immediately began to fill his poisonous reserves in preparation for a fight. He stopped when a drip of a green viscous liquid fell from his fangs. They were ready for the fight. He watched the quincy and decided that sitting there was no longer interesting. He moved from the shadows and let out his Deafening Bark. The loud soundwave, shrouded by his energy traveled through the air, slowing in speed, but gaining in frequency and widening its path as it made it's way closer to the quincy. It finally passed by, a thunderous roar that would seem to shake the foundations of the Quincy's earth. All, however, an allusion gifted by the bark. Min Kyung moved from his shadows the instant he released the bark and climbed his way to a rooftop, where he gained a tactical height advantage in case he needed to follow with a second strike. He looked down on the battle to see the effects of his attack, and the rest of the battle pan out.

Neisan was watching with interest as the battle progressed. He analyzed the abilities as they were put into use, and kept a few notes in his mind. The abilities that he saw in use were interesting, and then he saw the Quincy disappear and reappear above her enemy. She didn't fire her arrow: the hollow distracted her with a surprising ability. Neisan saw this with thought in his eyes. As he took a couple of steps closer he heard a sudden sound that shook the air around him, and he took a long look over at the other hollow. It was interesting, yet it was simple. A lone wolf hunting for prey; a creature that is bound for greatness, or a creature that was bound to fall. Neisan started to slowly walk towards the hollow. He tried climbing up the side of the wall but he failed miserably: His ability had made it hard. He then saw an easier way up: a stairway on the side of the building. It took him a short time but he climbed the stairs, no doubt making a lot of noise, to greet this hollow.

"Hello there, Fellow Hollow. I am Neisan Randori! What is your name?" Neisan asked the hollow with a calm tone. This wasn't at all important, nor was it relevant to the moment. He wasn't listening anyways, just watching. Two spears of dark energy forming from his shadow, he looks over at the two currently fighting. They weren't targeted at the wolf-like hollow. No, Neisan wasn't going to use this attack on him for a decent amount of time. Suddenly the spears fired themselves at the Quincy, and Neisan was walking towards the edge of the building; he stayed a good distance away from the other Hollow for safety reasons.

"We could help that hollow out right now." Neisan said to the hollow. "We could also face off against each-other." he continued, and at that point he turned to the wolf-like hollow. He jumped towards the hollow, and went for a decapitation. He was hoping that it wouldn't be as painfully boring as his last fight, and truly hoped that the hollow would dodge the attack.

Then the unexpected happened, his ability stopped right as he was swinging down, the vibrations stopping and the length of his legs decreased. This causes him to miss even if his target didn't move. Neisan landed on all four legs, but all four of his legs were spread out. He had to straighten himself out before he could do anything else, and this left an opening he'd rather not normally have.

"Ah! Ignore that, please. Some slight dificulties on my part." Neisan told the hollow, expecting an attack. If he were to be attacked, he'd simply use trickery to get past this hollow, or he'd take the hit. Whichever was available when the time to react came.

The arrows had faded from the crystal shield that Stratus had constructed. He dropped it to the ground looking at the deep gauges the woman's arrows had made. She stood there looking at him expecting to do something. He was doing something, he was thinking. Stratus had seen someone using the same bow technique, but nothing like that. Such a small attack had that much force behind it. Most times his crystal had stood up to powerful attacks. Such a small human had almost shattered it. One hit and he'd be done for. It was then that he remembered the first attack on his person. Someone had hit him from behind. The one that had hit him was definitely not her. Keeping his eyes on the woman he expanded his senses. If he rushed in he might just find himself looking like a pin cushion. Imagine his surprise when he found a hollow's signal instead. So surprising that that thunderous bark from said hollow disrupted his concentration.

The woman was equally surprised by the sudden shockwave. She had felt the surge in spiritual power the other hollow had given off, but had not expected a projectile from that distance. The bark itself should have been enough warning of the incoming attack. But it's hard to dodge sound. Still she tried to send herself into a roll. Since it wasn't just a simple bullet this proved to be ineffective. She was caught by the sound oscillation. It shook and rattled her, but she managed to keep her bearings enough to keep the weapon. Expecting an attack from the larger hollow she quickly repositioned herself. The light haired woman vanished and reappeared on building a short distance away. She released her bow and ducked behind an air conditioner unit. Her hand touched the small device hidden behind her ear.
"Walter, we have a new dancer." she spoke, she gave her head a shake as if to clear the fog the sound had given her. There was a sudden 'thump' as something struck the building.
"They must have come from the other side." came the static reply "I'm repositioning myself now." the masculine voice continued in her ear. " I see them, engaging."
"Good, keep him busy while I handle big ugly." she said and reformed her weapon. She turned to look at the street below, the large hollow wasn't there. Of course he wouldn't stay still while she made her communication. Sure enough the large hollow came sailing through the air at her, he threw a glowing sphere. Not about to let such a thing to touch her, she dove sideways. The orb hit the concrete rooftop exploded into a ball of fire.

High on another rooftop a man in a white trenchcoat leaped from building to building. In moments he skidded to a stop. His black hair whipped in the wind as he formed a blue bow in his hands. He was nearly 2 blocks away. From his vantage point he could see the hollow in question. Correction; hollows. Taking a deep breath he released a volley of bolts at the two creatures. The first arrow he aimed at the smaller of the two creatures, as soon as the first arrow left his bow he was sending a second to follow it but aimed at the second beast. Less than a second later the third joined it's brothers in a flying at the first hollow yet again. The man new it was best to shift targets, by the time the first arrow landed the second hollow would be alerted of his presence. Using hirenkyaku he vanished from the roof and appeared on another one. Now further to the right he resumed his attack. The man quickly shifted his hand back and loosed another arrow at the hollow, then another, then another. His aim was to keep the hollows off balance. He clustered the shots to hit around their feet as he aimed again for their bodies. Another shot was released.

Min Kyung watched as the group continued to fight. He saw the woman shook and rattled around by his bark and a slight grin came across his face. It was at that moment that he felt the presence of the third hollow at his back. Min Kyung ducked slightly, bending his joints to allow him to be closer to the ground. The hollow flew over and crashed into the side of the building. Min Kyung, for safety reasons, began to look around when he spotted the numerous amounts of arrows being volleyed their way. Min Kyung looked down towards the smaller hollow and shook his head. "No! For now, we take cover, recover, and fight. We have another inferior being attempting to render us useless in this fight for survival!" He said as he looked towards the building that the hollow had crashed into. It was slightly shorter than the one that he was currently standing on. He aimed his head towards a window on a floor lower than his. He walked backwards until he could no longer see the window.

He bent his hind legs down and exploded his muscles forward, propelling himself into a full sprint. He quickly reached the ledge of the building as he jumped full speed into the air. He neared the building, dropping altitude to the window's level just before impact. He opened his mouth and initiated the Deafening Bark The sound wave shrouded in energy shot forward, crashing into the glass, shattering it completely, allowing for an entrance as Min Kyung landed soflty in the room, sliding along the tiling floor. Blue energy arrows quickly followed him, tacking themselves into the wall of the building and the floor just near the entrance.

Min Kyung dared not to check on the other Hollow, as he could still feel his spiritual pressure being there, for now. Min Kyung was well aware of the fact that if he poked his head out, he would lose it to the onslaught of arrows that was raining down on the two hollows. Min Kyung decided that the course of action as of right now was to wait it out. Either the Quincy would get tired and lose energy, or just give up. Either way, Min Kyung had no problem waiting as he filled the venomous sacks once more. He was ready to fight once more. He was also prepared to fight two targets if the other hollow decided to get in his way instead of helping.

Neisan heard what he had said. He was slowly scraping down the side of the build, and was confused as the hollow jumped through the window a floor below. Neisan didn't exactly listen to what was said; he instead decided to get into a more open situation by climbing on top of the same building the other hollow just entered. He saw the bombardment of arrows, and suddenly broke into a run away from them. As he ran away he noticed that there wasn't a person in the direction of the arrows, and another wave of them started after him from a different direction. He pushes himself forward with his bottom set of legs, speeding up, and falls onto the edges of all four legs. This made him slide on the sharp edges of his legs, and he used his legs as if they were a sled. His thoughts of this were perfect, until he remembered the building he was heading towards.

"No! No! NO!" he yelled, and suddenly he lifted into the air, off of the building, and nearly crashing into the wall: he crashed through a window. As he pushed himself up an arrow flies through the window, right at his feet. He jumped to the side whilst thinking of a way out of the situation. He nudged a view to the window, looking at where the attack was coming from... Bingo! He saw the enemy, and had made two spears in the shadows made from himself. This was risky, as the arrows could hit him very easily from this spot. The spears fired suddenly fired out at the quincy as Neisan jumped back; his timing couldn't be any better as an arrow hits the spot he was standing. He sighs and backs to the wall; he was staying as far from the window as possible. The occasional arrow would pop in for a visit, but it mainly hit the edges of the window.

"Why the hell do I always get myself into trouble?" he asked as he thought about what abilities he still had. He couldn't use Calmando la Oscuridad, nor could he use Hojas de sombra. All he had were his spears, and decided instead to just think of what he could do. Better yet, he decided to speak.

"If I could simply get to my opponent, I'd be able to take kill him. Yet I won't be able to get close to him without use of Calmando la Oscuridad. I need to formulate a plan with the other hollow, and see if he could create a long enough distraction for me to attack." Neisan said in a whisper to himself. It was a quiet whisper, one that shouldn't be heard by another. A whisper only to be heard by his ears, and not those around them.

Then it struck him: the bark of that hollow.

Trying to hit the woman directly wasn't going to work with the way she moved quickly. After her recent disappearing act, he took the time to think. Or better yet time to better arm himself. The fact she had vanished gave him plenty of time to run away, but that was the furthest thing from his mind. He wasn't about to turn around with his tail between his legs. Stratus came here for a meal, he wasn't going to leave until he got one. In his hands the slime quickly pooled his energy flared as he formed it into balls within each palm. The crystal spheres pulsed with the energy he had imparted into them. Now that he was armed he needed to find the target. Using his senses he tried to pinpoint her location. The first thing that he found was the hollows. He was so focused on the girl he had forgotten about the attack one of them had made on the girl. For a second he considered eating them, but he rather sink his teething into her tender flesh. Unfortunately he couldn't get even hint of her whereabouts.

"She must be hiding." he said stating the obvious. Still there were other ways of hunting. He inhaled the air through his nose. It was faint, but he could smell her. Hunting humans for so long he'd found other ways to track them. Sight and sense worked fine, but he could also smell them. It was lucky that the area wasn't populated, otherwise he might not get a hit on her scent at all. He moved closer to where she had been standing and breathed deeply. Stepping away he sniffed again. There was so little wind, but he was sure he smelled something close. Being careful not the jostle the volatile balls in his hands he sonido'd to the top of the building. From his new perch he looked around the area. He felt the spiritual signals of the hollows flare, but he ignored it. They were probably fighting amongst themselves. After he was done with the human he'd handle them. As he thought this he saw something on a building over. Something pink. He grinned surpressed his energies as he moved closer. It didn't look like she noticed him. Sure enough it was her. She was trying to hide up on the roof, but her clothing gave her away. Smiling once more he jumped and threw the orbs. The fire exploded beneath him, but he had felt the rise in her spiritual pressure. Stratus landed on the opposite roof as he looked down upon the street. The pink girl was there. Her body was smoking and slightly burnt from the sudden explosion. Despite all this her bow was reformed and an arrow was already aimed at the hollow. Although he couldn't see it; there were shards of crystal embedded in her back from the powerful grenades. Blood dripped down he left side. She released the shot and Stratus dodged sideways. He came out of a roll to see something flash in the right in front of him. When he dodged he hadn't seen that the arrow wasn't even close to hitting him, nor had he seen the woman toss the silver tube in the direction that he dodged. The second arrow hit the ginto as Stratus got to his feet. The rooftop exploded with blue light.

Walter kept shooting arrow after arrow into the building. If he could keep them pinned down his partner could deal with the other hollow undisturbed. He had just loaded another arrow when he felt a pulse of power coming from the building. Sure enough two black objects came hurtling at him. The black spears hissed past as he ducked. Too close for comfort. He stood and resumed his attacks. The second qunicy saw the first explosion and paused his assault on the two hollows.
"Rachel!?" he spoke into his earpiece. There was no reply. He knew better than to stop and allow the hollows a chance to regroup. Walter pulled a silver tube from his belt. "Turm’s Belagerung" he uttered while holding the small object and removed the cap. The blue energy spilled out and formed a bow as large as a short school bus. His hands grabbed the monstrous bow's string and an arrow nearly the size of his body took shape. He released the string and sent the 5ft long and 2ft wide arrow directly at the building the hollows were taking refuge in. With an attack that big he didn't have to aim, just hitting close would be enough to decimate the building the monsters in it. He pulled the string back and prepared for the second shot. There was an explosion of blue light, and he grinned. Rachel was fine it seemed, with that he released the second shot.

Min Kyung cursed as the arrows pelted the roof of the building. He noticed as the arrows had stopped hitting his building and started landing towards the other hollow. Better him than me! Min Kyung thought to himself as he acted quickly. He peered out the window to see the quincy far in the distance as he quickly pulled back on the bow and sent more arrows flying. Min Kyung ducked back into the window as three arrows struck the window where his head was just a second ago. Min Kyung moved away and thought about his options. There was none. He had no ranged attacks that were strong enough to stop the onslaught of arrows. He waited as he felt the smaller hollow spike his energy. Min Kyung had deduced that he must have been planning some sort of attack. Perfect distraction for me to get the hell out of here! I've already had my meal. Min Kyung thought as he then felt the stronger hollow of the three spike his energy as a huge explosion happened. Min Kyung didn't care how, or by who, but this was his chance. Min Kyung bulted towards the window, clearing the shattered glass as he soared from the building. He looked to his left to see that there was a moment that the man was not firing his arrows. Min Kyung hid the wall of the building that he had jumped towards and pushed off the wall, sending himself flying towards the ground. He placed his front paws down first as he rolled along the ground, springing back up to his feet and quickly accelerating to a full sprint. He was making his way towards the forest. If he was going to fight, it would be under his terms. He made his way far from the area, not caring if he had followers. His only concern was getting back to his forest where he felt best at. He was close to the edge of the forest when he felt a huge explosion. He looked back and there was a second large arrow flying towards where he had just been. Sucks to be them. Heh. Min Kyung thought to himself as he turned and ran into the forest. He reached the dark shadows provided by the canopy. He climbed to a branch high in the tree and began to feel for any presence following him.

Neisan was still trapped as he waited for his attacks to get near enough to distract the Quincy. Suddenly the arrows stopped, and out the window came Neisan. He landed on the ground and hid behind the building. He waited for a couple of seconds before seeing the other hollow running away. This infuriated him beyond words, and he just turned away to look back at the Quincy. He was coming up with a crazy, silly plan; he was coming up with an insane plan. As he was thinking, the process of thoughts suddenly broke from an explosion most likely caused by the other Hollow. Suddenly he saw a highly powered arrow fly towards his position, and ran towards the Quincy screaming for no reason. Another arrow was sent to the building, and he knew they would destroy everything behind him.

"Ahah! Run... Run. Run... Do not get hit. Do not get hit. Do not get hit." Neisan said to himself as he fired two spears at the Quincy. One was positioned for the stomach of the Quincy, and the other was towards the head. This would guarantee a hit if the Quincy ducked, but not if he changed positions. The two arrows that went to the building behind Neisan hit and destroyed them with a violent explosion. Neisan then changed direction; his feet dug into the ground as he moved as fast as he could. Where was he running? Towards the other Quincy of course! Neisan didn't think that this Quincy would be able to murder the only person that he can rely on... Knowingly.

He kept his pace quick and didn't stop at all really. He was prepared to dodge an attack from the Quincy he was running up to, and then an idea came to his mind; everything slowing as his mind worked. The Quincy looked to have been hit by an explosion, and from the looks of her the explosion was possibly next to her. If this was true, than she'd most likely be unable to hear well, and since he hasn't been very loud yet he can sneak up on her. With his speed he'd be able to hit her and not be attacked by the other Quincy...

What if she ran before he got to her? That was also a problem, and there was a solution to that. He could grab her attention and distract her from the other hollow. This would give the other hollow time to kill her, and then the over-powered Quincy would be unable to attack unless she moved. He tried to think of one more idea, but gave up as his concentration broke and he was nearing the Quincy girl.

"Hey! Behind you Quincy!" yelled Neisan, and he rushed at the girl with only ten feet left to run.

The already ruined building couldn't withstand the onslaught of the jumbo sized arrows. Walter could already sense that that the hollows had departed the location as the second shot landed.
"Now that they're out of the bush time to take them down." Walter said to himself as his bow re materialized from the pendant he hung at his wrist. One of the hollows had run away. He hoped the second would do the same, but it seemed to have more fight left in him. Honestly he would rather get back to assisting his partner than handling the creature. Still if he had to take care of the foul creature he would do so. He watched as the creature made it's futile charge. Perhaps not futile, just stupid. There was still some distance between him and the creature. Not to mention he was standing on top of a building and it was now on the ground. Charging at him from that far was not tactically sound. Still it continued it's mad rush. But before he could place an arrow right between it's forehead the creature released an attack. Being a ranged fighter he took heed when he saw the black shapes separate from the target. The distance worked in his favor as he had some time to shift his position as the black darts came flying at him. He jumped over to the next building and launched his counterattack. He had only let his eyes off the target for a second, but his arrow missed it's mark. The hollow had changed directions. It was out of sight, but he used his senses to track it's movement. Perhaps the charge was just a decoy before it ran away. It was then he noticed where it was going; it was moving towards Rachel. Clicking his tongue he ran along to rooftops to catch up.

Rachel smiled as the blue explosion engulfed the rooftop with the large hollow. An simple method of using a ginto, but an effective one. The discharge of energy was greater than anything she could have mustered on such short notice. She had seen the resulting blast catch the hollow point blank in the face. It had actually done more than that. The detonation had actually launched the hollow skyward. Burned form the brunt of the blast the smoldering Stratus tumbled end over end. Finally he came crashing down through a parked car near a building. Upon impact with the vehicle they rammed into the building tearing a hole into the bricks. Now it was the car's turn to explode sending flames through the building's vacant innards. Although these flames lacked the intensity of the Quincy's attack, it was just as painful. This flash of pain was what stirred Stratus from his stupor. In the end the woman's attack and sent him flying a good eighty feet or more. Before she could move in and finish the job the other hollow made it's appearance. Calling out to her was a mistake as she quickly orientated her bow on the creature and let the arrow fly.

Min Kyung finished catching his breath, still staring through the brush as he could feel the random flares of energy as the fight stirred on. He closed his eyes and focused everything on the battle. No one had followed him. A wicked smile crawled across Min Kyung's face as his running away gave him a tactical advantage. He surpressed his energy so that he couldn't be traced. This took most of his concentration, so he couldn't reach a full out sprint. He started off back towards the fight at a relatively slow pace. He made his way to the rooftops, and as he ran along the buildings, he looked down to all the humans in this sector of the city. He was thinking about how they were so very weak, and would make lovely treats. His thoughts were stopped when he replayed the explosion in his head. What the hell is wrong with these people? They're completely clueless of the battle that is going on, or so it seems. Somethings up with this city. I shall be investigating this once i finish off these quincy. Min Kyung thought to himself as he neared the site of the battle.

He slowed his pace as he moved along the streets. He came up to a corner of a building, sliding to a stop as he hugged against the wall. He peered around the corner to see that it was clear. He moved down the street, repeating this routine until he finally made it to the street where the most was happening. Min Kyung analyzed the situation at hand as he crept back into an alley, hiding in the shadows as his energy was kept suppressed. He decided it would be best to see at least the next few moments of the battle before deciding in which way would be the best for him to react.

Neisan suddenly kicks up with two of his side legs to lift upward and above the arrow, it just brushing beneath him, and swung them quickly back to the ground as he kept rushing towards the enemy without fault. When his feet pierced the ground once again a spark formed and caused a slight disturbance throughout the light in an almost insignificant way, but it was enough to disrupt his attack towards the girl. Not more than half a second later two spears flew towards the Quincy from the shadows. One of these dark projectiles was aimed for her head at about two inches from the top, and the other was aimed about a foot to the right of her for a process of elimination. If he planned this out correctly, which usually he did, then she would jump to her left to get away from both arrows, but would be moving in the way of the location in which Neisan was running towards. He was laughing and with a sudden sound of the chainsaw like ability activating he was ready to kill. This gave him another sudden idea, and he thought about it for a split second before taking into consideration that even if he was faster than either of these Quincy they still had an equivalent to Sonido.

Neisan then remembered that he had limited time to use his simple yet effective ability, and so he forced his instincts to take over and ran towards her with the intent to kill; he ran with the intent to tear her apart and leave nothing remaining. This didn't last long due to the fact that it isn't his style of fighting, and he went directly into thought mode. He would need the stronger Hollow, where ever he may be, to take her out and this shouldn't be excessively hard if another hollow came into play. She was already preoccupied; all the other Hollow would need to do is take her out, after she moved from one spot to another, with Sonido. Every time Neisan took a step the energy from his attack would shred through the ground beneath him with ease; it almost made it seem as though Neisan was moving through the ground for a second before you come to a realization of what was happening. His mask was cracked from recklessness, but it wasn't completely broken and it wasn't in any immediate danger, although he did feel quite weakened.

Burns from both the natural fire and the quincy's explosive attack covered Stratus. With each movement the damaged skin screamed at him. He ignored the cries of pain as he roar of rage bubbled up from within. His voice made the buildings tremble as he walked out of the hole the blast had sent him through. Without looking he patted the last of the flames off his body and took a step out into the street. Stratus was not happy in the slightest. If he had normal pupils they would be blood red with the anger he felt at this moment. His anger allowed him to focus in on the offender quite quickly. It would seem she was not alone, the other hollow was next to her. Good. Stratus thought as he let his reiatsu explode outward. His hatred still boiling through his veins he concentrated upon a single spot. A green sparks appeared around his opening maw. The sparks congregated at his mouth and formed a emerald sphere right in front of his mouth. Barely the size of a marble the ball of light pulsed as more energy was added to it. Just keep her right there. Stratus' focus didn't waver as more of his spiritual energy gathered.

The woman was surprised to see the creature so nimbly avoid her shot. Still it came at her. Rachel had already pulled back to release another shot when she saw the flicker of motion that was the hollow's own projectile. Perhaps the creature wasn't so foolish after all. Perhaps. She vanished appearing on the edge of the building that she had just destroyed to hurt the other hollow. Now standing above the creature she had a better angle to shoot. She released her second shot down at the still charging creature and prepared her third. The tip of the next arrow glowed white as she applied her energies to the bolt.

Min Kyung watched as the spider-like hollow charged towards the quincy. He couldn't see very well so he decided to climb onto a ruined building to get a better few. He dug his paws into the wall of the building as he began to scale upward. He could hear some action going along on the other side, but Min had to resist the urge to peek. He never knew if he would turn his head around the corner and be decapitated by a stray arrow or shadow spear. He removed the thoughts from his head and kept climbing. His legs began to strain from fatigue, but he ignored it as he kept making his way towards the top. It wasn't much longer until he found himself placing his front paws on the top of the building. He pulled himself up just as he saw a quincy, the girl, flash in front of him. He looked over to see the two hollows in the streets. He froze, completely unable to move. He knew that he was atleast 15 feet from the quincy, but still, he waited for the quincy to turn around to face him and destroy him with an arrow. At this distance, it would be difficult to dodge the arrow, if not impossible. He then remembered that he was supressing his reiatsu. He slowly backed up a few feet and then bent his legs.

He pushed off, pouncing like a tiger on its prey, towards the quincy. He was just above her head level when he released his Deafening Bark.. He knew that at that range, she would be in some serious pain. He took the chance to clear himself from the building, hoping that the other hollows would take the chance to make a move. He jumped from the roof, soaring over to another building, as he made his attempt to find the male quincy who fired upon him moments earlier. His hate for them had reached an all time high. The thought came into his mind at that point. I should have just stayed in the forest He thought to himself as he looked towards the two other hollows.

OOC: Going to end the thread, you two can keep at it if ya want. Figured nothing else to do here.

Rachel's fingers held another arrow waiting to release the white tipped shot a the strange hollow that had charged her. The creation of the enhanced shot required some focus. Thankfully she had distance and height buying her enough peace of mind to craft the deadly arrow. It was this same level of concentration that warned her, abit too late, that the third hollow had surfaced. She had nearly forgotten about the strange attack that hat disorientated her at the beginning of the fight. She heard the sound and braced herself for the impact. Sure enough the monster's attack shook and rattled her body. If not for that moment of preparation she might had released her bow. Instead she gritted her teeth and muscled through the pain that the sound wave.Through squinted eyes she aimed and fired her white arrow in the direction she had felt the attack hit. It didn't take much to confirm that she had missed. The hollow was gone. Unlike the other ones the last one seemed to prefer hit and run tactics. Cowardly, but safe. But upon failing to land a critical hit, she was now on guard for any further sneak attacks. Perhaps it was this new level of alertness that warned her of what was happening behind her. She kicked herself for not noticing the rumbling of reiryoku in the air.

The orb in front Stratus was now the size of a basketball. His body trembled as he tried to contain the unstable sphere. The whole area around him was bathed in the emerald light it gave off. Although it was a soft glow, there was no denying the amount of energy he had pooled. And now you die. he thought as he forced the energy forward. A moment ago the area was illuminated , now the whole block drowned in green. His cero lit up the city as the wide burst ripped through building after building in his path. The roar as it incenirated everything it touched as like a savage beast released from it's cage for the first time upon the unsuspecting populace. For nearly a quarter of a mile the stream of energy rage until Stratus relinquished his flow. There explosion at the end of the raised large cloud of dirt into the air. The people were lucky the quincy had led him to the edge of the city. Had he been in the middle of the town more than buildings would have been lost that day. Stratus stood there a moment enjoying the sight of smoldering black path in front of him. It was if someone had cut a hole through everything that he had pointed the cero at. The satisfaction was short lived as he though of how many had probably witnessed his display. For a moment he did think to let them come, but after such a flashy attack they would be no pushovers. He growled and decided it was best to escape while he could. There was no trace of the damned human, so he could guess that she had met her end. That was enough for him. Looking about quickly jumped up and onto a still standing building. No one in sight. He jumped again moving himself further from the half burning area. Having to use such an attack made him feel hungrier than he had when he'd started. Clicking his tongue he did his best keep his spiritual power to a minimum was he tried to find someone to eat.
