The news swept through the city. It was suddenly the words on everyone's lips and the front page of every media service. A party was being held. It wasn't just some simple bash. This party was being held for the richest of the rich. A grand meeting place for the elite of the elite. It would be where those that stood head and shoulders above all others to rub elbows and discuss matters of great importance. Having money, power, and privilege they were those the ruled the world. They were what drove the economy and funded governments. Those that could move mountains and level a city at a whim. Military might paled in comparison to he power they possessed. The location for it all to take place was just as fantastical it; in the middle of the ocean. No, not on a, that would be too simple. It was an island. A man made island no less. And the crown upon this marvel of science was an authentic castle purchased from England and moved brick by brick to it's new location. All of it a testament to the power of money.

As everyone new program got wind of the gala there was of course the big question: who is going? Those that thought themselves the cream of the crop had already began using any and all methods to procure a ticket to what was shaping up to the most important night ever. Bribery and blackmail were running rampant. Promises made and broken in an instant all in hopes of being at the party. Of course with such a thing so widely publicized there were a string of fake tickets seen. Some of which were going for a lucrative amount of money on the various online markets. Just as well were there black market dealings for similar items. Everyone wanted in and yet no one knew what the real tickets looked like and how they were being distributed. At the Nebulous building 3 plain letter sized envelops were found in the box for the penthouse suite. No one questioned them, but still they were scanned for devices and possible toxins. They easily pass the screening process and were sent to the private floors of the CEO and his personal guard. Upon each of the letters was the name of the aforementioned people. A wax seal closed each of the letters.
