A hollow's cero can be truly destructive. To offset the power a charge time. Is usually charged via the mouth.
Bala: Power: 1/2 Spirit Charge time: None Cooldown: 0
Somewhat true to the canon the Bala is weaker, but faster than cero. In addition to the lower power they lack much of their explosive properties. That loss is made up by the fact multiple shots can be fired with no cooldown. Even if they lack the power enough of them can make the mightiest defenses crumble.

Granting a special way to fire a cero for better tactical advantages. From a horn or perhaps even a tail. Sometimes this allows the user to attack while defending if not surprise the opponent.
