| Ezrachek sighed as he walked through the town. He had finally been able to escape from Soul Society for a while, and wanted to relax in the real world, and visit the Russian base where his father was held captive. Due to war time with America, Russia had moved their stations to max security. This base specifically specialized in hand to hand combat and katana weaponry combat. He planned on perhaps just visiting for a while. He heard the stories his father used to tell him as he was punishing Ezrachek for taking a hit in battle. Ezrachek never lost, because of the reason that his father would beat him to a pulp every time he even got hit in battle. Ezrachek remembered his father telling him more about how he would wake up in the morning, every morning and get beat for no reason. He would then be fed a small glass of water and a small bowl of rice so that he would not die. He went to go off and work all day at mining the base for precious minerals. At the end of the day, he would be screened for any information on the americans. His father was especially targetted for the interogation because he was in Japan when the americans were there. He was also there when the rebellion started, and the russians wanted every bit of info that he had on the americans. His father was a warrior, he would never give up any information that he had, and he did have some vital information on american plans to invade russia.
Ezrachek jumped up on to a branch on the outside of a hidden village that was outside of the russian territory. He traveled from limb to limb at the highest speed that he could go, without tiring himself. He went on with this for a while, as he unsheathed his zanpakuto. He did a few acrobatic moves to practice his aerodynamic style of fighting. He liked to focus on dynamic attack angles and high speeds. He finally arrived at the edge of the village and he saw a mass movement of soldiers. They were preparing for a huge strike, and Ezrachek was prepared to find out. He jumped down, landing softly on the ground, careful to not make any noise. He sheathed his zanpakuto, and walked towards the base of the wall. He waited until he could not sense anyone around.
He kicked at the East wall, making alot of noices, and waited to hear the chattering of the russians who were sent to examine the disturbance. Ezrachek then sprinted to the middle of the North Wall. He set up camp and waited until 1430 hours, when the guard was to be changed, due to the russians being on high mobility alert, the guards had to come all the way from the south wall, where the main entrance was. There was a five minute gap in guards. Ezrachek started to climb over the wall and stopped at the top. Realizing that there was no one there and the coast was clear, he jumped down. He made his way into the nearest building where he found a few russian officers who were walking around and chatting. "This must be the officers quarters" He said to himself, remembering his father's detailed map of the entire base that he snagged from it when he was removed by Ezrachek's mother. Ezrachek had a few more buildings to go before he arrived at the intelligence headquarters. He knew he would have to fight through a large amount of forces if he was caught, so he wasn’t planning on being caught. He creeped out of the building and waited for the soldiers that were walking by to pass. He then made his move running to the wall of the next building. He noticed that the wall that he had kicked, was right next to the intelligence building, which was only a few more buildings away. The Russians had mobilized most of their men to look around the base for an intruder, so this was not going to be easy for Ezrachek. He stalked to the corner of the wall and peaked around to see that there was a squad of 7 Russians heading his way. He looked towards the Officer’s quarters and there was an officer coming out. Ezrachek was running out of time, and it was fading fast. He had no choice, he maintained his location until the squad had come around the corner. “Bakudo 5!” He shouted as he emitted a blinding light that blinded the unsuspecting squad of Russians. The officer had not seen the light because he was turned around, shutting the door. He turned around and shouted in Russian, but was cut off mid-sentence by Ezrachek’s blade, having been thrown, piercing the officer’s skull, and going all the way through. Ezrachek ran over to retrieve his sword and turned around, noticing that the squad had now regained their sight, and were all running over towards him. Ezrachek did not hesitate for a second as he called out “Bakudo 8!” A bright shield emitted and stayed in front of Ezrachek. He waited to see if the Russians would attack, and sure enough, as an attempt to break through the shield, one after the other, they attacked the shield, becoming paralyzed by the effects of the useful Bakudo. At this time, the whole base was swarming over to the area. Ezrachek had to scram away from the area. He ran up the wall and hopped over the top. He walked back over to the wall where he had kicked it. He moved to the right a few meters, where he had anticipated the Intelligence building would be. He thought about what he had to do once he was inside. He knew that they kept the building locked, and could only be unlocked by the inside. He had his plan! He stood up and walked over to the wall, and began punching and kicking it with all of his strength until his knuckles started to split open. He grimaced in pain and decided to strike the hilt of his sword against the wall until he started to crumple the wall. He repeated this until he weakened the wall enough for the next move. “Hado 3! Crimson Strike!” He yelled out as the energy beam blasted from his hand, blowing the wall inward, allowing him access to the intel building. He immediately threw his Sword at the soldier near the north door, and watched as the sword pierced the man’s heart, and he fell to the ground. He wasted no time as he called out “Hado 4! White Lightning!” A White lightning bolt emitted from his finger and fried the man who was running towards the south door. He looked around as the rest of the soldiers were grabbing their weapons. He had to get through 10 more soldiers, expected to be highly trained, to get his zanpakuto.
“Hado 8! Blade of Flames!” He called out as a sword-like flame arose from his fist. He awaited the first soldier and waited for the man to strike. As expected, the man went for his head with a horizontal swing. Ezrachek easily ducked and slashed the flames across the man’s stomach, causing his intestines to spill out on the floor. Ezrachek looked up and saw a soldier in front of him with a weak stomach, vomiting violently. Ezrachek walked over to him and ended his nausea with a strike to his neck, severing his head from his body. The head rolled and stopped after it made contact with body of the first soldier. Blood squirted out and temporarily blinded Ezrachek when it hit him in the eyes. The russians soldiers took advantage of this and immediately attacked him. Ezrachek heard them coming and he attempted to duck, but the Russians were smart enough to strike both high and low, and a blade seeped into Ezrachek’s ribs. He would have been cut in half, but he grabbed the blade with his hands, and began pushing it back. The skin on his hands began tearing apart when, at the last second, Ezrachek called out “Hado 1! Thrust!” The sword and the man went flying across the room. The man knocked over two of the other soldiers, and the sword flew through the heart of a Russian attempting to retrieve Ezrachek’s Zanpakuto.
Ezrachek sprinted over to the corner of the room and quickly retrieved his Zanpakuto. Now was when the fun would start. He noticed two Russians were automatically attacking him as soon as he straightened up, towering over the two short Russians. He laughed as he raised his Zanpakuto, blocking their downward strikes. He kept his Zanpakuto raised as he kicked the soldiers, watching them fly across the room. He rubbed his stomach, realizing that he was bleeding a lot. He needed medical attention. He looked around the room. 6 down, 6 to go. He looked over at the two Russians that were knocked down by the body thrown at him. He pierced his his sword through all three of their hearts, one at a time, as their struggle to get on their feet was fatally useless. He turned around, 3 more to go. The leader, and the two that were now rising to their feet after being thrown across the ground. The two men charged at him swinging from the outside of Ezrachek, coming down diagonally. There was no way he could block both. He raised his his Zanpakuto to block the sword on his right, as the other sword pierced into his arm. Ezrachek let out a scream of pain, and he kicked the man in the face, vaulting him backwards. With his Zanpakuto he kept the first blade blocked. “Bakudo 1!” He called out as he pointed his palm towards the man that he kicked. The Russian’s hands were binded behind his back. He noticed the leader was now thrusting his sword towards him. Ezrachek quickly stepped to the side, while simultaneously calling out “Hado 2! Reel!” The Russian who he had blocked slid closer to Ezrachek, coming into the path of the sword.
A loud scream came out as the leader stabbed his own soldier in the stomach. Ezrachek wasted now time to spin around with a swinging strike. He ducked his head from the squirting blood, careful not to get it in his face again, as both the men’s heads were lobbed across the room. Ezrachek then calmly walked over towards the man who was binded, and now kneeling on the ground, head pointed to the ground. As he always did with attacking men, he left the last one alive to repent for his sins. Ezrachek grabbed the man by his hair and yanked up so that he was looking into Ezrachek’s crimson red eyes. Death inside was the only thing he could see in this monster’s eyes. “Repent for your sins, and make final wishes with your God.” Ezrachek demanded of the Russian. He cried out a few words of prayer in Russian and looked up at Ezrachek. He immediately started to plea for his life.
"Please! Monster! Let me go! I can get you out here safely and no one will ever talk of this again. I beg you. Ple-" Ezrachek ended his life before he could even finish his sentence. He looked around for the intel but found nothing. He would have to go on foot and find out what these Russians were up to.

| Ezrachek began bleeding profusely from his stomach, as he arched over in pain, spitting up blood. He needed to cover that wound, and he needed to do so now. The only problem was that the medical facility was a few buildings a way, and the entire base would be looking for him. Stealth was not an option anymore. He had no choice. He unlocked the door and stepped outside, temporarily blinded by the sun. It was March, yet snow still fell on these parts of Russia. He took a few steps forward, allowing his eyes to adjust. ”Stop! Now! We will destroy you!” A russian officer yelled out as he walked towards Ezrachek with his katana drawn. Ezrachek clasped his Zanpakuto and prepared for battle, he locked eyes on the medical facility, and took a few moments to plan on what his actions would be.
”Stop! Put your weapon down and get down on your knees!” The officer said. Ezrachek grinned and agreed. He put his zanpakuto on the ground and put his hands up as he lowered himself to the ground. Two soldiers ran over to him to detain him. ”Hado #8! Blade of Flames!” Ezrachek yelled as the blade of fire once more jumped from his fist. He spun quickly, still crouched, dodging the swings of the soldiers, and easily cutting them in half. If it was one thing that Ezrachek liked about the Russians, it was their lack of armor. It made it easy to kill them. ”Bakudo #5! Senko!” The soldiers were blinded momentarily. Ezrachek sprinted past them after grabbing his Zanpakuto. He ran past the officer who was already in pursuit of him. ”Hado #4 White Lightning!” Ezrachek shouted as the bolt shot towards the Officer, stopping him in his tracks, cold, and dead. The bolt had a direct hit to the heart. The officer was dead before he hit the floor, falling stiffly. Ezrachek sprinted towards the medical facility with blinding speed.
He finally arrived at the medical center after a few moments. He kicked in the door and immediately went into action. ”Hado #5! Fireball!” He called out as a fireball launched from his palm and soared forward, and burned the nearest doctor. He knocked over a medical shelf and quickly found some gauss and a medical wrap. He walked over to a corner and crouched while he set out his supplies quickly. ”Bakudo #8! Seki!” He commanded as a shield appeared, surrounding the exposed angle of Ezrachek. He stood up and quickly applied the gauss to his wounds and then wrapped his stomach. He told himself to remind himself of the medical training he had in his village before becoming a shinigami. tight enough to stay firm, but not too tight to cut off circulation or mobility. He finished up and looked up, realizing that two soldiers had struck at the shield, and were down, paralyzed. The others had surrounded him. He unsheathed his Zanpakuto and readied himself for battle. He waited a few moments before dissipating his shield. ”Hado #1 Thrust!” He immediately called out as the Russians went flying backwards. He walked over and pierced the hearts of the two that were paralyzed. He then walked over to the few soldiers that were getting up from being knocked over. He raised his Zanpakuto and readied himself to deflect the attacks. Two came at him head on as one went to his rear. The swung vertically, attacking his shoulders. He raised his blade and blocked their attacks, and then noticing that the man to his six was slashing at his midsection, he jumped into the air, watching the soldiers blades spill the intestines of his two soldiers. Ezrachek quickly extended his legs and kicked the man in the nose, lodging his bone upward into the man’s brain. Falling stiffly as well, dead before he hit the ground. He saw that he had two more soldiers to kill. He threw his Zanpakuto towards one and watched it stick into his leg. Ezrachek cursed as he saw it wasn’t a fatal strike. ”Bakudo #9! Geki!” The red circle had surrounded both of the soldiers, paralyzing them. Ezrachek walked over and retrieved his sword. “Hado #9 Pillar of Hades!” He commanded as a giant ebony pillar formed above the men. Ezrachek wasted no time on dropping the large pillar on these men, crushing them both. He listened to the crunching and popping noises of their bodies being smushed into dust. He walked out of the medical center to begin his escape.
He walked out and was surprised to see the base was completely empty. He spotted a team of soldiers running towards the entrance of the base I wonder what they’re up to He thought to himself as he scaled the wall. He jumped up on a tree and jumped from branch to branch, following alongside the walls of the base. He arrived at the wall and saw the Russians forming into a large battalion. They were mobilizing on a massive attack, but it couldn’t be on America. They would have had the intel on it. Ezrachek decided to stay hidden and watched the men closely as the mobilized and began marching forward.
He followed them for a few miles until he noticed that they all stopped and unsheathed their katanas. Ezrachek thought about unsheathing his Zanpakuto to be safe, but decided against giving away his location by the sound of it unsheathing. He jumped silently from branch to branch for a few miles until he saw something that brought a shock to his insides. A Huge scorpion-like hollow ravaging the area. That was what the Russians were mobilizing against! This large Hollow that was killing their comrades at the base a good amount of miles to the south.

| Ezrachek stared in wonder as he watched the Russians break formation as they all charged towards the hollow. Their attempts were surely fatal. Withing a half an hour the entire Russian force was annihilated. Ezrachek had thought of jumping down and helping them, but they still saw him as an enemy and he couldn’t fight a two front war. He wasn’t sure if he could even fight against this giant hollow alone. He knew that he would have an hour window before the next battalion of Russians would be arriving to give their lives to defend their motherland. Ezrachek jumped down and unsheathed his Zanpakuto. ”Hado #10! Rain of Pain!” He yelled out as acidic rain drops fell from the sky, seering the surface of this hollow. It roared in pain as it swung it’s needle-like tail quickly downward toward Ezrachek. He rolled quickly to the side as the ground shook and crumpled at the strike. The vibrations of the strike knocked Ezrachek off balance and he fell forward, smashing his back against a tree. He fell hard to the ground and struggled to get back up. He noticed that it was drawing back for another attack. He had to stop it and he had to do this quickly! He sprinted forward and swung his Zanpakut with blinding speed, severing one of the many legs from this hollows body. The hollow became extremely angered. It began to rapidly strike the ground, and it forced Ezrachek to take to the trees to avoid the strike. The hollow targeted Ezrachek once more and thrusted its tail at him once more. Ezrachek waited until it got close enough, to the point of no return. ”Bakudo #8! Seki!” The Tail stopped in its tracks, paralyzed by the shield. Ezrachek stepped out from the shield grinning as the tail fell limply to the ground. This was the first time he had smiled this day. He walked over to the Hollow who didn’t know what to do, for its only weapon had been immobilized. Ezrachek walked over to the Hollow and spoke a few meaningless taunting words to it. He sat down and laughed at the hopelessness of the hollow, and decided if he wanted to give his Zanpakuto the taste of blood, once more, or to practice his Kido and use a Hado to destroy it. He evaluated the pain resistance of this hollow and figured that even a White Lightning strike to the heart would only temporarily stun it. He decided that he would end its life with his Zanpakuto.
He walked over to the hollow and watched as it squirmed. He noticed a twitch in the tail, and realized that it was beginning to gain it’s feeling again. ”Bakudo #1! Sai!” He yelled as he binded the legs and tail to the body of the hollow. It crashed onto the ground, causes the earth to shake and knocking Ezrachek off of his feet. He stood back up and jumped on to the hollow and unsheathed his Zanpakuto. He knew it would do no good, but it was a tradition of his to say his final words before killing a worthy opponent. ”Repent for your sins, and make your final requests with you G-“ He stopped, realizing that his hollow would have no one to make any final requests with, and with that being said, he thrust his Zanpakuto deeply into the skull of the hollow. It burst into dust, covering Ezrachek in the black, oily blood.
Ezrachek leaned over and grabbed a clump of snow from the ground and starting rubbing his body with it, causing the snow to melt into water, cleaning himself. After a few minutes he looked to the north as he heard a loud cluster of noises. He forgot about the incoming battalion of Russians. He knew he had to leave. He jumped into the trees and returned to the village where he started this mission of his. He found the gate to the Soul society still open, and he decided that it would be a good time to go home. He decided that he would keep this a secret, because no one would believe that he fought of a large hollow by himself. All he wanted to do was go back to the academy to see Shakaku again.
