Hueco Mundo's Heartless King - NPC Designs - Completed

Background: Deep in Hueco Mundo's desert, overlooked by most due to its insignificant appearance compared to the majesty of Las Noches, is a small fortress that belongs to the Arrancar, Xavier Morales. The small appearance of the fortress is deceiving however, as a multitude of large spaces, tunnels, and rooms stretch out from the main building under the desert sands. Xavier is an arrancar that has lived for a long time while he waited for his strength to reach the level where he could resist the power of the other races. Over the years he gathered a large army of hollows which he and his three commanding arrancars lead. Now that they feel the time is right, they have decided to begin their conquest of Earth with the determination to destroy any enemy that tries to stop them.

Xavier is a being that feels little emotion. Other than his desire to increase his power and ruling, he doesn't understand personal feelings. He it intrigued by these kinds of things and will comment or question about them when shone by others, even in the middle of a fight. His own absence of emotions however makes him an extremely difficult and unpredictable opponent since the enemy cannot read his moves at all.

Abilities:

Backstabber: An ability that activates by touch, Xavier is able to send any sort of long range attack back at the person who sent it. Continuous attacks like a long lasting cero can also be reflected, but the constant contact with the beam he's deflecting can cause minor damage.

Disobedience: A pure defensive move that creates a slight field around Xavier to "bend" the path of incoming attacks/attackers away from him. While this field is up, Xavier's attacks from inside are affected as well, leaving him unable to attack while using it.

Defection: Xavier's most troubling ability to his enemies, Defection renders any activated powers, forms, or weapons back to a non-battle state. Used against a shinigami, this ability reseals their zanpakuto while resurreccion released arrancars would return to their sealed state, etc. This ability takes considerable time to charge and reuse (10 posts), while the affected foe is able to reuse their sealed abilities fairly quickly (after 2 posts) Like backstabber, this ability is activated by touch.


Hideyoshi - Arrancar

Hideyoshi lives to fight like the meaning of his name (weapon) would imply, but he follows a strict code of honor in battle. Polite and fair to his allies and enemies alike, he is visibly disgusted by the use of underhanded means that take advantage of enemy weakness or harm those who can't defend themselves. He is still obedient to Xavier however, and will carry out his missions as precisely as possible even if they go against his personal preferences.

Sealed Weapon: A large broadsword that Hideyoshi wears on his back.

Matter Severance: With this ability, Hideyoshi's blade is able to easily cut through any solid matter as easily as if it were butter. This is done by his blade's edge being coated in spirit power that works to physically separate the molecular bonds of matter that it comes into contact with. Other sources of spirit power such as spiritual opponents and their weapons can resist the effect with their own spirit power and reiatsu interfering with the clean cut ability, but it still works to a fine degree regardless, making his blade a dangerous weapon to take a hit from.

Swordsman's Cero: Hideyoshi's personal cero technique, the cero power is gathered on his sword instead of in front of his mouth and is released with a wide swing of his weapon, resulting in an arcing blade wave of energy.


Demetrio - Arrancar

Demetrio is a reluctant follower of Xavier, stemming from his feelings of superiority compared to all other beings. He operates with a two-faced personality, acting like a kind and merciful person in front of others while keeping his sadistic and dark feelings hidden in his thoughts. He sees allies as only tools to use for his own benefit, even going as far as to sacrifice lower subordinates like they were nothing but useless pawns. He is always looking out for opportunities to one day surpass Xavier's strength and take the position of command for himself.

Dark Contract: Demetrio's trade ability that he's used and refined since first becoming a hollow, Dark Contract is an unusual hollow ability that heals Demetrio's intended target's wounds with a bright light. The healing effect makes their body less resistant to Demetrio's spirit power, allowing it to enter their body where it persists. Inside their body, Demetrio's spirit power has a default effect of making the target less willing to oppose or attack him, as if bothered by a guilty conscience for doing so. (duration: 5 posts)

Heaven's Influence: An area of effect form of the Dark Contract, Demetrio's light shines out in all directions, healing and influencing all who are bathed in it. The effect is much weaker than when concentrated on one target, thus making the spirit power that invades the targets' bodies dissipate much quicker. (duration: 2 posts)

Fulfillment: Good for one use per infection, Demetrio can manipulate his spirit power that has invaded others to put them under his total influence for one act. Strong foes like high level hollows and shinigami captains can resist the effect with great mental strain/control. After using this ability, the spirit power in the target's body is used up, releasing them from the Dark Contract influence early. If attempting to control multiple targets at the same time, they must all be within Demetrio's visual range.


Eliza - Arrancar

Weaker than her other leading comrades, Eliza serves as the personal assistant for Xavier. She stays with him at nearly all times and does her best to help him with anything he needs. She harbors feelings for the arrancar leader which go unrequited due to his emotionless nature. Nevertheless, she is always willing to do whatever it takes to serve him.

Sealed Weapon: A straight sword about 4 feet long

Succubus's Charm: Using an alluring gaze, Eliza is able to confuse opponents that come into direct eye contact by jumbling their thoughts. Those affected are put into a temporary daze that Eliza takes advantage of by attacking.

Which Witch?: A technique similar to utsusemi, Eliza is able to set up an illusion of another her on the battlefield. A great ability to use as a distraction and catch enemies off guard.
