Personality: She appears nice, kind and lovely. She's almost like a pretty Princess...Until you really to know her like her servants do. She's an evil Queen. She's cruel, uncaring and self satisfying. She is incredibly selfish and loves to find out about things that will benefit herself and what she will one day have. She's the greedy sort, though she isn't stupid or ignorant. In fact, she's very intelligent and knows better than to be hasty, impatient and sloppy. She has a obsession with cleanliness. Everything must be clean, in alphabetical order, and presentable. She can't stand things out of order or messy. She frowns upon laziness, despite the fact that she is considerably lazy at times, and she loves hard workers, but doesn't like to work hard. She'll kill in a heartbeat, especially if she will benefit from the death, and is mostly unsympathetic. She laughs in the face of compassion and kindness, though she is a fantastic actor. She will do whatever she can to appeal to something that she needs or wants and will buy her time, playing her game, while suppressing her true personality. Many call this phony and fake, but she calls it "Playing Each Face-Card". You can't always be the Ace. Sometimes you have to be a 3 of Spades. That's why most of her truth personality is hidden from the judgmental eyes and she comes off as a wonderfully amazing woman.

Occupation: She is the senior Director over a global Medical Association. She has built Hospitals, Emergency Aide Stations, and Medical Supply Companies all around the world and owns patents over various medications and treatment related substances. She is one of the backing hands of a Support Relief Group known as Emergency Response and Tactical Medical Alleviate Body[ERT-MA Body] and a high influence member of current day FEMA. Unknown to the majority, she also runs a few underground drug cartels which brings an exponential amount of funds to her cause.

Special Characteristics: She's remarkably adept at human hypnosis. She can attract a human by just the sight of her and she can "sing" one into a state of complete and absolute hypnosis in which they can find themselves in a trance. This is difficult to perform on humans with superpowers, naturally, though the ordinary human is absolutely easy to hypnotize. She can glamor a human as well, leaving their previous memories phazy or unclear or applying a sense of "suggestion" in order to manipulate what they "believe" to have happened. Her talents of hypnosis are far greater than your garden variety Bount in that she can alter the perception of a susceptible human that falls under her "charm". However, again, the strength of the human does matter in how affective her powers are, though every human can at least feel an unnatural attraction when she is applying her powers.

She can suck the lifeforce right out of something. Be it human or metahuman, she can drain them of all their strength, vitality, and spiritual power and pool that enormous energy right into her own body. If she can bite down unto something even seconds can equate to mountains of power.
Longevity is the primary characteristic that she possesses. To live a long, long life, uninterrupted by sickness or illness, has proven to be a tremendous advantage. Not only does she hold long life, but she has a very healthy body. She has always healed from any and all minor injuries from cuts to bruises and she has never had to worry about the many disorders and diseases that ran rampant through human society. She was always well and healthy and hasn't aged since her biological maturity. She also has strong Spiritual Power and can channel it in specific objects.

Doll Name: Chevalier[Sha-Val-E-Ae]

Doll Description:
Chevalier is a Centaur, being half humanoid and half Horse, and is of the Elemental "Metal". Chevalier posses a completely metal form and stands taller than any man on just his four legs, at 9 feet high. He weighs a little under a half ton and is of a hyper-dense metal with no known name or classification. The metal is superior to iron and steel, even alloys thereof, and can endure some of the most extreme heats and environments. Chevalier is muscular at appearance, having strong, bold muscles on every portion of his body from his human half to his horse bottom. Every part of him is a dull gray, non-reflecting, and his eyes are a brighter silver that stands out above everything else.

Chevalier carries with him a broad Javelin and a round, spiraling shield. Both of which are just as tough as his is and the shield itself very dense and over 250lbs all on its own. The Javelin extends outwards 3 feet, longer than your typical sword, and is 6 inches in length at the base and only a quarter inch at the end.
Chevalier's sealed state is in that of a sterling silver horseshoe that weighs a fair 6lbs.

Doll Powers:
Natural Talents include:
Swiftness and Superb Agility-He's fast, though what stands out the most is his skill with fighting. He is adaptable, quick with counter-measures and evasions, and capable of fighting with a pristine grace and phantasmal style. Though he's fast, being half-horse, he doesn't waste a step and moves to accommodate the attacks and skills of the opponent with incredible motions and tactics.

Physically Strong-Being made of metal, he has quite a deal of physical strength and power. So much so that stone, wood and earth would easily be destroyed when hacked or smashed by his weaponry. He delivers strikes and attacks backed by huge amounts of power, thus anything in his way will take the full brunt of those heavy blows.

Endurance, Stamina, and Constitution-Being a being of metal, and without any physical innards, he's a beast when it comes to long winded strides. He can fight for long periods, travel for long periods, and take large explosive or physical assaults in stride(in most cases) and is the definition of a tough creature.

Regeneration-Being a doll, he posses the ability to repair himself and his injuries just as his Bount can. However, his abilities are directly tied to the amount of Spirit Power that his Bount wields so, should he take a exuberant amount of damage he will revert to his sealed state. For the most part, he can recover from significant damage though his regeneration is not perfect.

Special Abilities/Powers:
Denseur de Ballet: Telekinetic ability revolving around Chevalier's shield. He can throw the shield and bring it back, the shield spinning around in circles once launched or thrown. That is just the basic form of the ability. It's basically just pushing it forwards. The telekinesis ability is only upon the shield and not the lance and can't be exerted on any object or body outside of the shield specifically.

Denseur de Ballet: Tour A play on the Denseur de Ballet. Chevalier throws the shield outwards and it creates a small vortex from the high speed rotation. With the shield as the base, it is a fairly tough rotator that can resist most types of counter rotation and it's very sturdy itself.

Pinceau: Metal manipulation over Chevalier's lance. He can manipulate the size, form and body of the lance. He can make it broader, as for defense, or stretch longer to reach someone or something further away. Chevalier's most used form of the ability is by affecting the elasticity of the lance to create a weapon that can be whipped[Fouet], bent[Freiner] and even bouncy[Remur]. This technique allows for his lance to be an adaptable weapon and demonstrates the full scope of his metal manipulation. The lance can stretch to great lengths.

  • Spirit Power: 18
    As a Doll, Chevalier has an extraordinary amount of spiritual energy built up inside his form. A collector of raw power, he builds on the spirit power that is channeled through him and holds it all together to makes it tight and dense to compliment his body. Being a Doll means that he holds a great quantity of spiritual potential in his body, however doesn't express it in the forms of much other than the make up of his constitution. The Spiritual Power, due to his nature, is subtle and mostly towards defense. Even the most abstract of techniques do not utilize a great deal of his own spiritual energy, yet can still be very dangerous to even those with high spiritual defenses like him.
  • Speed: 15
    Chevalier is fast, having notable speed, though speed itself isn't his specialty. Chevalier is agile and graceful. Having great tact and composure when carrying himself and implementing his evasions and attacks makes him put his speed and above average size to great use. Chevalier may not be the swiftest or speed dominate, but he does put his legs too good use.
  • Technique: 7
    He's a very flat instrument. As his Spirit Nature is the raw element steel, his abilities are derived from that nature. He can't eject large eruptions of energy or create a shield of some elemental fire or metal. His techniques are straight forward and hold one or two single properties to which he uses flexibly to achieve his needs. He's not all that talented with different natures, classes, elements, properties or status, but he does hold his primary expertise in the element "metal" which is almost always directly driven from his body outwards.
  • Fighting Skill: 20
    Chevalier posses great skill in the realm of close quarters combat. So much so, that he can handle opponents of varying sizes, abilities, and natures and adapt to their combat skill and ability. He holds great physical strength and unearthly defenses and is backed by tactical professionalism when it comes to close quarters combat.

  • Spirit Power: 24
    Rose has a greater quantity and concentration of Spirit Power and, unlike Chevalier, it is a lot more flexible. She has more focus, control, and awareness over her spiritual power and can manipulate it in forms unlike Chevalier. Where her doll uses this to make itself tough or to extend it's body, she can cast what would be considered "Spells". Her spiritual power is commonly restrained and held back, though when fully released the difference between her power and her dolls is very clear. As it should be.

  • Speed: 7
    Rose is by no means slow. In fact, she is pretty fast in comparison to other humans. However, that isn't all that much when compared to other beings that can move at speeds far beyond that of humans. She's not so stupid as to easily be caught or attacked, even by beings far faster than her, however there is a limit to how much "speed" she can deal with. Not to say that she out run these beings either...

  • Technique: 13
    Rose is a special Bount. Rose is more than capable of manipulating her Spiritual Energy to perform supernatural tasks. She, unlike Chevalier, has a large potential that she has yet to really delve into. At this moment, her primary ability rests in manipulation of human psyche by alluring hypnotic sounds. Though restricted and having a few pre-requesties, the ability is magnificent in controlling and manipulating ordinary, powerless humans. From there, she also posses the arts of regeneration and restoration of her own body and the power to absorb the life energy right out of beings that she bites. She can channel her Spiritual Energy into her whip or any other weapon in hand in order to even threaten something that isn't at all mortal. Her talents are high, even for a Bount, and she is only learning more and more as she grows older.

  • Fighting Skill: 16
    Contrary to how one would expect a Bount to fight, Rose is not completely reliant on her Doll. Rose is self-trained in self defense and whip play. Though she doesn't hold great speed or a terribly fantastic toughness, she has almost inhuman talent with a whip. Her talents are displayed in her eloquent and romantic performances with a whip as well as her destructive and pain-driving attacks with the weapon. She isn't amazingly strong, even with her whip, but she can drive pain in someone and that's all that matters. Whether a crack or a gluttonous throw, she can swing her whip to mimic the bodily motions of a living snake to the point that it appears almost alive.



History: Maria Krisandou was her first ever name. Maria didn't remember how she was born or where she came from. She didn't even know what her name was until she looked around her neck to find a locket that had "For Maria Krisandou" engraved on the back. Taking the name as her own, Maria wandered for a while. Eventually, she was found by those that knew her face and name and she took on a human life style for 30 years or so. Maria was one to "see that which was never there" and said to "see the newly departed", which people always looked at with fear. Whispers and murmurs started to go around as Maria didn't age as quickly as the many others. Talk of her being a Witch.
Frances Belmont was a man that adored Maria and, though he was suspicious too, he didn't want any harm to come to her. Frances told Maria of the plans to accuse her of Witchcraft and the two fled from their home and to the country land. It was thanks to him that Maria wasn't lynched by greedy humans.

Frances and Maria lived together in a small cottage in the country, but it wouldn't last forever. Eventually, Frances grew old while Maria stayed young and youthful and, eventually, he died of illness. His death was disheartening. It really tore at Maria, but she lived on. She would always live on. However, she couldn't live in that home. It bore too many memories so Maria burned the cottage down and left for the land of people again. Though, fearing being recognized, she changed her name and clothing style and became Cloudia Harley from the East.

Cloudia had a strong accent and was said to be a woman of high standing from a family of iron workers. She played with this reputation and his persona and became it, enriching her life and even marring into a wealthy, noble household. It was around this time that she was approached by a certain someone. Someone with all the answers. Dedrick Valentine.

Dedrick Valentine was a Bount, to which he explained in full detail to Cloudia. He told her why she lived so long, why she saw certain hings and why she felt certain things. Dedrick told her that she was a being far better than mortal man. It was as they were speaking that Cloudia's husband came in and, assuming the worst, went to attack Dedrick only to watch as Dedrick easily killed the man. Cloudia was shocked and impressed by that display of power and ability. When others saw Dedrick, blood on his hands, and the shocked Cloudia, Dedrick fled and Cloudia's husband was considered murdered.

Cloudia inherited all of her husband's fortune, wealth and influence and used it in the best way she thought possible. She poured a great deal of her earnings in wine. In her country, at that period, wine was a growing luxury that was glamorous and beautiful. So, Cloudia put her heart and soul into wine and building winery and, by her innovative hand, her wealth exploded.

Years drew on, and Cloudia was starting to realize that her body was the same while others were staring at her. She married into yet another noble family and she orchestrated a way to hold her wealth and to appear gone in the eyes of the people. Cloudia, with an old Friend Dedrick, created an accidental fire in which she, her husband and his children were all killed, but, before her husband died, he wrote a will. Cutting and dying her hair, the successor to the will appeared. Cloudia's cousin, Anastasia Diamant appeared.

Anastasia held tremendous wealth and influence, holding money and property that extended out ways. It was when she was intoxicated by her own wealth, that she took Dedrick in as a partner. Dedrick showed Anastasia things that Maria would have never done. Just what it meant to be a Bount and the extraordinary power that came with it...It was incredible. Anastasia spent most of her life bathed in the blood of the innocent and devouring the Souls of the nearly departed. She had never taken the chance of draining the souls of the living, as Dedrick always warned her of such.

From Anastasia to Halie Belmont, the two gorged themselves and toyed with their powers. Halie Belmont was dark, cruel and sinister. She had lived a long time, learned a great many things, and had a large amount of experience with how to conduct herself. Tales of monsters were wild, spreading through their homeland. Eventually, Halie Belmont and Dedrick Valentine moved far away, taking her collected wealth with her before the rumors met her.

In current day Paris, Halie started to really show her true colors. She started to loathe Dedrick and his beastly ways. She grew tired of his hunting games. She wanted to relax, enjoy her money in every possible fashion, and put on a sophisticated mask in which she would be loved and adored by all. But, Dedrick was an animal. He was trapped in his upbringing of hunting and fighting. In the end, it wound up with the two pitted against each other and, despite that Dedrick was older and more experienced, she defeated him. It's not because she had more power than he. Halie never understood just how she'd won.

Another hair color and another manner of speech, Halie left her old life and started a new one as Halie's daughter, Sesseria Valentine. It was around this time that Sesseria was approached about the field of medicine. Interested, she turned her money in a different direction. Years and years went by, and she found a means to make herself "loved" by all. But, it wasn't at all fulfilling. Dedrick's way of life wasn't so bad.
Sesseria Valentine turned her medicine into a great cause for humanity, but she also added a darker side to it. The black shadow of her name. Where those who couldn't pay their debts were cut to pieces and their organs harvested. Where those with money were given highly addictive drugs at high prices. Where people were sold and assassinations were performed. It was a secret world known as the Dark Hospital. Sesseria started on human consumption during this time, though at a relaxed and casual pace. Dedrick had told her what would happen should she overdose.

Generations upon Generations passed. She hid herself occasionally. When those that knew her died, she would reappear as Sesseria Valentine. It was such a chore to intermingle with humans, but she didn't not hate it. It was a grand life she lived and she couldn't help but be happy with all that she had. However, as society started to take major advancements, she decided to reappear as the daughter of Sesseria.
Rosery Valentine. In current day, Rosery Valentine travels the world. She has medical facilities all over the world and holds considerable influence in many pockets of the world.

Let's get to work. First off I'm iffy about the hypnosis bit, but in the series the woman did use a song to lure a human away to feed on them. If it's only in that capacity no problem. Truth be told I know something of hypnosis, while it is possible to hypno people in such a fashion it's effects are less pronounced. Telling them you're hypnotizing them usually is much more effective. That aside making them go into a trance and wander to you is fine.

Next issue is you're missing a totem. What I refer to is the item/medium Bount use to summon their doll. Again looking at the woman (sorry don't recall her name atm) she had a ring that she used to make a spark which turned into the fire avatar. Usually the item relates to the character/creature it summons in some way. Can't figure what a centaur might use/associate with.

The doll sounds promising, there are afew things I'd like to address. The abilities you made are interesting. I have issue with the last one, which brings me to a point I'm debating. The doubling of speed. For the most part I think it's said, agreed that the doll should mirror it's master. But upon thinking about it, this seems silly. There was a Bount that had that mouse flower doll. He was decently strong, but the mouse was weak. I think a doll can/should be different from it's master in some respects. The only exception being it's Spiritual power. If a doll is more powerful spiritually than a Bount, it would kill the user outright. As seen in the episodes. So I'll try to get the other mods to consider that. Still an ability that doubles the speed without some kind of cooldown or drawback is unbalanced.

Other that that I do like the history. Nice to see we have another medical person around.

I agree with the hypnosis. Though, it is pretty specific on who it can target. But, I will make it as you suggested on all involved.

My character has a horseshoe. I stated it after doll description, I believe.

And, I can take the charge out. (I really only added it because I couldn't think of anymore powers to fill up the "3" abilities). But, the drawback that I had instilled in was that it was a "forward" charge. In that, it could only blast forwards. This would, naturally, leave it open for an attack or the Bount to an attack. Also, when doubling speed to an unnatural degree, stopping is a bit troublesome, no?

And, I do see your point about the shouldering-natures of the Bount and Doll. That's why I made Rose not have the same speed and constitution that Chevalier has, which are his prided assets. Other than that, it's a bit difficult to make them vastly different with their stats conjoined as they are. If I could make two separate stats for the Bount and the Doll then I would be able to fully, and thoroughly, explained strengths and weakness of both. But the template for this says something along the lines of "Your Bount's stats determine your doll's" and such, so...That's kinda where I had made them closer.

I missed the totem while reading about the lance I guess. My mistake.
Still as for the stat thing I got other mod/admin to somewhat agree. So if you wish to model your doll stats I say do so. But in also talking about it your other abilities decided to limit them as well. They are supposed to be simple abilities. You're shields ability to spin like a buzzsaw or make a tornado can be separate abilities.

Edits:
Stats. I split the stats and added my own little explanation on them.

Chevalier's power. I took out the charge and replaced it with the vortex.

Rose's abilities. I gave her one skill, which was to pour her spiritual power into her whip as to be able to harm non-humans with it. Though, this doesn't increase her power or speed of swing or anything. Just makes it possible. I figured this was somewhat of a given seeing as Bount's can physically strike Shinigami and such, but I added it just to be clear. In that, I also used the word "Trance" to describe her hypnosis powers.
