Personality: Ryou's personality is that of a cocky and conceited nature. This stems from his genius as a prodigy, giving him an inflated ego regarding his talent in battle. His behavior is cruel and sporadic in battle, ranging from swiftly eliminating foes to sadistically torturing them with pain and fear before finishing them, depending on his mood. He has the unfounded belief that his talents make him the best and unbeatable. As such, he is a terrible loser, prone to obsession for revenge against any foe that beats him, whether it's a real fight or even just a spar. He doesn't make friends easily, feeling no need for such an attachment, but will converse with aquaintences on a whim.

Ryou has a slim figure that is slightly built. He has narrow amber eyes and smooth long, green hair. He sometimes will switch to the quincy trend of white clothing, but prefers to stay in a tight black shirt and blue jeans. His spirit bow takes on a bright yellow color.

History/Background:

Ryou was a normal happy child until he lost his father to a hollow attack at the young age of four. His mother had died giving birth to him, so with his father gone, he had no family. He was allowed to live alone growing up, being watched over by the other quincies who had been his father's friends. He began training at 5 years old and was found to be extremely gifted with the quincy talants. His teachers often praised him to use as motivation and support in his lonely existance. This praise soon served to develop the ego he has in the present time. He learned things fast and formed himself the goal of one day becoming the most powerful quincy in the group.

Ryou flew through his schooling at a fast pace, often skipping grades. He graduated early and attended college for a few years before returning to Karakura where he now works as a student teacher. He has one "friend" in the quincies that knows the real him that also works at the school with him.

I threw on a little more to describe his schooling and his current job. Other than that, there's not much I can do for a 19 year old without delving into personal events/experiences that can be rp'ed out later.

I personally would ask for a bit more from a character that is an admin's alt seeing as they are experienced in Rping. As it is, it is passable but looks more like something a person new to the site would turn in.

I honestly think we are letting a lot slide around here we shouldn't when it comes to application. I mean we make it so hard to rank and yet we are lax on the characters...okay I am ranting I will stop now...

While I agree to expect more from someone that already has a character. There is only so much a history one can provide. My own character's history was shorter than the RP sample. But seeing as this a quincy the choices are a history of how he became a quincy, or he chose to ignore that and RP it.

*sigh* that's a lot of trouble. I'm more used to sites not wanting an overdetailed history and leaving more for the roleplay/flashbacks to reveal. But if it is asked, I'll have to find a way to deliver.

But the way you guys are expecting more cause I'm an admin is a low blow. A person's position doesn't make them like forming character apps any better. lol I'll see what I can do tonight. I have to work 'til midnight though, so no promises.
