| Kuro went to her normal training spot, a small clearing off the side of a forest in the outer side of Seireitei. The spot was located on an incline of about 40 degrees, so it was hard training for her just to walk up and down the hill. Kuro did a few stretched before her new form of workout would began and she a wore a kinda of training weights for better out put off training, she then gently started to run up the hill. The night was dark, already well past sunset and it was a bit calming for her. Kuro was begin to love to train at night, the air was crisp in the summer evenings, and their were little distractions nothing she need to do, no paper work. Her keen eyes looked on the land as if it were daytime, better suited for the night time.
“I will push myself further tonight then ever before! For Kurama.. For me... For the squad “
kuro's determination was strong, fuelled by an unrelenting desire to become the best, an everlasting want to be able to protect, and conquer. kuro was far from greedy, and was actually very generous, the only thing she realy desired in her life was to be able to know who she was and why she was here. She wasn't very sure where the drive came from, though for some reasons she knew that she didn't want to loose anyone close to her. Her memeories of her former life was still all fogy and they would maybe never comeback
The sweat started to drip off her, a single drop at a time, eaching seeming to shine brighter then the moon itself as it twinkled in the star light, only to hit the waiting ground. kuro was running circles around the small but long clearing. The trees seemed to stretch in a path forever up the hill, though it wasn't very wide. She stopped after 10 laps, running a full distance of around 10k, without coming to a complete stop first she fell back to the ground to start crunches. she did a set of one-hundred and went into a self counted one minute crunch hold, and repeated that five times. Again without stopping so as not to loose the pace of her heart, or the warmth of her muscles she started to sprint up the hill, full pace, and jogged back, trying to strengthen her quads and increase her speed. she did a total of 10 sprints up the hill, then dropped back to the ground to do another five sets of one-hundred crunches, with a one minute hold in between
she thought that decent for core and to finish off the training session ran a jogging pace 5K around the clearing once again, before she felt back down on the ground sweating as she looked up on the moon and smiled “someday I will know it.. im sure of it” | |
