Character Bio: Musashi Akechi

Personality: Musashi is a quiet but yet he’s not shy. Even though he’s only been in Soul Society for a few years he is respected by most as the honorable warrior who learns to respect his opponent in and out of battle. Due to his past life on Earth he has had a bad problem controlling his anger towards others who disrespect children. He usually show kindness to others due to his mentors teachings

Appearance: Musashi has an oval-shaped face and has green eyes which affect his personality. His long black dreads hang down to his shoulder blades. He wears a black shihakshou and the sleeves cover his hands when he walks. He wears a pendant of the Japanese sign hope on the crest.


Sealed Zanpakutō: Musashi’s Zanpakutō is called Kiyotome. Kiyotome is named after a legendary samurai who defeated thousand foes in one battle. Kiyotome looks like a regular katana with a red hilt with the hope sign on the hilt. Whenever Musashi gets out of control Kiyotomes hilt shocks him to remind him to calm down.

History/Background: Through his life on earth before descending to Soul Society, he had a rough life leading to his death. When he was five his father was killed in a fire and his mother was forced to raise him and his brothers on her own. He always looked up to his older brother as his father and tried to follow his example. When he was 12 he started learning the ways of the samurai.
When he was 17 he was killed in a car accident and sent to Rukongai as a child. When he first got there he witnessed a battle between Ichigo and Gojando. From that moment on he knew he wanted to have a Zanpakutō and learn how to master it. He then found a family to raise him as there own and received a kido sword to train with alongside his owners.
Within a few years he learned to master his Zanpakutō. His former father then introduced him to the shinigami academy where he continued his training. He was mainly focused on becoming the strongest captain to ever exist in history. But he had learned kidou spells pretty well but still had much to learn.

Rp sample: As Musashi sits on his quilt and sips his hot tea slowly as the winds blows the steam in front of his face. He seems to be at peace with the world and himself. His Zanpaktou lay in front of him as the wind blows leaves in front of his house. His dreads flow in the wind. The world seems to move in slow motion as to seem if time itself has slowed.
