Personality: He's rather clueless and clumsy, but loves to help out. He has a happy-go-lucky attitude and would go out of his way to help anyone he could, but most likely ends up ruining everything due to his bad luck and clumsiness. Although he has never been good at fighting, he always stands up for what he believes in and never backs down, unless ofcourse someone REALLY makes him.

Sealed Zanpakutō :

The zanpaktou has a normal looking black sheath. The hilt is white with black straps around it. Between some of the straps there's pictures of small faces with different expressions. The hand guard has small origami cranes embedded into it. The blade is rather dull, but still shines as if it was sharp. There is a rather small tanto hidden in the hilt. The use of this is for simple defense, in case the sword itself would somehow break.

History/Background:
[Living]When he was still alive, Daisuke was one of the roughnecks you'd see running around in the back alleys of the poor neighborhoods. He only had 2-3 friends, who only walked with him to avoid getting beat up. He took lunchmoney from those weaker than him, and was feared all through middle school. But that changed as he was hit by a truck one night when he was running away from home, and a beating from his papa. The driver hadn't seen him before it was too late, and when he was hit he died instanly. As the driver hit the brakes, the body of the boy was smashed in the asphalt and dragged several metres along the raod, guts everywhere.

After his death Daisuke was sent to the rukongai. Having lost the memories of his living life, he already felt at home. An old lady, who had seen him wander around, took him in along with other kids who had nowhere to go. She was a kind old woman who had lived in the rukongai for several years. Out of the eight kids she took in, Daisuke was the oldest. He helped out as much as he could, but usually just ended up giving her more work. Whenever he would help washing dishes, he always broke a few in the process. He even helped out his 'siblings' whenever the required it. He was always the one to go out shopping as well. After having lived with the woman and his siblings for a few years, he saw two men in black hakama walk around. They were talking about something called 'hollows'. As it was something he had never heard of before, Daisuke unknowingly started to follow the two shinigami. He lsitened to their conversation as they walked around the streets of the rukongai. They reached a place where there were almost no people. Daisuke had never been that far in the rukongai, and it didn't seem like the two shinigami had noticed him. Feeling afraid of the unknown he stopped and watched as the two men continued. Daisuke turned around with a sigh and then heard two screams and something that sounded like a crash. He quickly turned around again and ran to the noise. He saw the two men in a bloody pool on the ground and a big creature with a white mask above them. He slowly backed away, hoping it wouldn't notice him. He was afraid, he couldn't do anything, so he started running and once he entered a more populated area he saw other people in the same uniform as the other two and quickly went to them for help. They looked at each other and then nodded, not even doubting the boy before them. Confused about the situation, he slowly began to walk on his way home. When he got home the old woman got worried, seeing him without the groceries. She asked him what had happened, and he told her. She then told him that he was unlucky to have seen a hollow, but that he was also smart for getting other shinigami to help out. She then explained what little she knew of the hollows and told him tales of the shinigami. Hearing these tales made him sure that shinigami wouldn't be beat by hollows no matter what. Or at least not as long as they had backup. If he could be a shinigami one day, then he too could help out. He was no good at fighting but he could help out with other stuff. He had made up his mind, he was going to become a shinigami no matter what!
He had been preparing for months when he first tried to apply for the academy. He worked hard and tried his best, and with good results. he was accepted and was given a uniform. He went home to show it off to his siblings. They were in awe. To think that someone they know was going to be a shinigami! Even the old lady was happy for Daisuke. He then left the day after to start on his journey of becoming a shinigami.
