How to rank up?

Okay, so I understand that our characters have to apply for a rank up. But is there some level of requirement to do so? I mean, for example, say my character is an academy student (rank 0). To get to rank 1, does she have to know a certain number of kido? And if so, how many?

lol the first ten hado and bakudo spells are actually free for any to use. Also for ranking up if you look at the template or others examples they have a solo roleplays, enemy fighting roleplays, friendly combat training roleplays, role play with others, and mission roleplays. For the rank up's you need a certain number of each, except mission that's like a bonus not a requirement for rank up, roleplay. If the admin or mod likes it they will approve your rank up; you need 2 admins, approval, 1 admin and 2 mods approval, or 3 mods approval to get the ok for the rank up. (at least I'm pretty sure that's the statistics) If they do not like it they will deny it and tell you what they would like to see you add.

I really recommend you look at the others approved rank ups so you can see what you need.
