Special Characteristics: Despite his attitude David likes animal to such a degree he took a day off school just to watch over a hurt dog he found in the park. When later asked about it he lied claiming he was at the arcade.

Special Power-

General Power: Blue Fire. Although it looks like fire it's actually spiritual power with fire like attributes. It burns without air or fuel other than the user's will. The heat is enough to burn combustible materials in a matter of moments.

Techniques/Abilities:
1) Burning hands - Much like the game, this ability lets the user shoot fire from their hands similar a flamethrower would. The range is a short 5-8 feet.
2) Flame manipulator - This ability allows the user to control flames/fire. The shapes can be maintained as long as the user remains in contract with the fire in some way, otherwise the shape will dissipate quickly. Whatever appearance they take is in complete control of the user.
3) Fire Bomb - Is able to make explosive balls of fire. The blast can be as strong as dynamite or weak as a cap gun.

History: Before the age of 16 David lived a pretty normal life. He was the youngest of the two children in his family, his sister older by 4 years. His father worked mainly overseas as a contractor while his mother spent much of her time with community groups. Once his sister was old of enough she moved out to "find" herself. David spent much of his time home alone without much to do but watch TV. After awhile he stopped going home all together and hung out on the streets and joined a small time gang of hoodlums. Once his power appeared he started to avoid people all together due to his inability to control it.
