Personality: She's a calm and collected person. Loving the out doors, you'll find her there 7/10 meditating or trainging. Even thought she's a serious person most of the time, she can let loose and be a crazy party animal when she wants to be. Loving to hang with her friends, she's one of the best you could ask for. But be careful if your on her bad side, one slip up and you could end up in the hospital for a long time. She's also a bit of a tomboy.

Appearance:
Tairai was always a sight to behold. With hair the color of snow and eyes like melted chocolate, she was a diamond in the rough. But, she doesn't extort her beauty. She usually just keeps her hair short and managable except for two bangs beside her face. And she almost never wears makeup, she thinks it's too girly.

Sealed Zanpakutō : Kizu is a normal katana with a black hilt and sheath. Crafted of stainless steel, it's surprisingly light weight and well balanced. It's blade is strong, it takes a lot of force to break it. Taira hides the blade well, the sheath is tied onto her back under her shinigami uniform.

History/Background:
World of the living:
Taira was torn between her parents who had spilt before she was even born. Her father was a drunkered so her mother tried as hard as she could to keep her away from him. This did not please her father, and he planned on getting his only girl back. One way or another.

The night of her 15th birthday, he burst into their home. Drunk as a skunk and mad, he ran for Taira's mother. Taira jumped onto her father's back and began beating his head an biteing his shoulders screaming for him to leave her mother alone. He threw her off his back and grabbed a knife off the table behind him. Her mother grabbed his shoulders and yelled for her to run away. Doing as she was told, it wasn't long before her father came stumbling after her. She was scared, blinded by tears in her eyes. She stopped just as she reached the edge of a cliff, turning her father was there. Glaring at her with distaste, her ran at her with the knife. But, her footing gave way she fell to the ground below. All she could do was scream, until her body vanished in the misty air below.

Serite:
What seemed like a few seconds after she fell, Taira found herself in a strange place. Fear once again settled in her heart like a bird in it's nest. She began running, calling for her mother. Hour passed, and there was no sign of her anywhere. Just as the sun was setting, she fell to the ground in front of tall white gates and began to cry. She was lost, alone, and scared.

A hand touched her back and she lifted her head to see what was going on. A woman in white and black clothing knelt next to her.
"What's wrong child?"
"I'm scared, I can't find my mom anywhere."
"It's alright, you're safe. Come on, come with me."
Offering her hand to Taira, the woman smiled warmly to her. A ray of hope in the darkness lay ahead of Taira, and she raced right for it.

Academy:
Taira began showing much potential around her 16th birthday, she was evaluated and enrolled in the academy. Trainging harder than most, she was the top of her class. But refused to harm anyone of her class mates who had not done onto her. This surprisingly pleased her instructors, she heard them talking to other soul reapers. They said that it showed she respected her peirs and would be willing to do anything to protect those close to her. This brought even more confidence in Taira. The path ahead was becoming clear, and she knew which way to go.

Soon after her 19th birthday, she graduated from the academy. Now, she shows her dedication to the Serite in unmatchable ways. She vowed to herself, she would never let anything bad happen to this place. Or any of the people here.

Rp sample: The soft chirping of birds fills the air, along with the whispering sound of a wooden flute. The sun's rays show a girl with snow white hair, and the flute causing the sweet sounds at her lips. A small smile is placed on her face, her pale skin seeming to sparkle in the warm summer sun. Her fingers dance across the smooth wood as she plays. The bird fall silent as if they wish to hear this beautiful sound. It seems everything falls silent, allowing Taira to fill the air with the high tones of her flute. It seems the world has stopped, all but this one woman, who is softly placing a veil of peace over the area.
