Applying for Spiritual Arts

All Spiritual Arts (Except Instincts) must be applied for and approved by a member of staff before they can be added to your character's list of learned abilities. Applications must show your character actively learning how to use the ability, using incantations if required. The length of each application must be equal to at least 100 words per level of the art. (ie. Hadō#33, Sōkatsui is a level 3 kido for a shinigami. The application must consist of at least 300 words detailing the learning process to be approved.)
