Soul Society- what's going on?

So Tatsu and I are getting a jump start on this, gunna try and hold back hollows from entering Soul Society then somehow (With flourishing prose and magic) start rebuilding some kind of system/ organisation...

For all those remaining shinigami and wandering lost souls; what d'ya wanna do with this? Any ways you wanna get involved or add-on a storyline of whatever really- just want everyone involved in all the fun
