Shunpo?!?!? (solo)

The sun was at its peak in the sky, it was an excepsonally hot day to say the least, a grop of four students and an instructer where making their way over to the tracks,
"where are we going?" asked a young, pretty, small girl, she had been flirting with the instructor all day, the instructor was a young man, with black short hair, he was always smiling and his eyes where dark black,
"to the tracks!" he repplied with delight, as he looked at the girl, the girl blushed and turned away.
"Okay, we are here!" the instructor announced as he opend the gate,
"right line up on the white line" everyone did as he said, except for one as three of the four lined up, they all turned to look at the missing member, and they all burst out laughing, the instructor turned around to see was all the fuss was about, hes eyes tightend
"what the hell are you doing?! wake the fuck up! Bishamon!" he yelled, Bishamon was asleep on the bench, but as soon as the instructor yelled he shot up, and lined up - Bishamon didn't like hot days, they make him sleepy; even though most things make him sleepy that is besides the point, the teacher then stood infront of all four students and coughed
"right! we are at the tracks today, we will train our speed and stamina, speed and stamina are essentials if you want to succeed in being a shinigami, speed allows you to aviod dangerous attacks un harmed, don't only think of speed as something you use when you are retreating or avioding something, also think of it as a dangerous wepon, you can use speed to get into an enemies blind spot and deliver a fatal blow, speed will also increase your destructive power, using the power of momentum, for example if you where running full speed at someone and deliverd a punsh as you ran into them it will hurt a hell of a lot more than simply being stationary and throwing a punch, ok got that?...good! and next is stamina which will help you in prolonged battles, if you have more stamina than your opponent, you can tire them out and then they are mor likely to make mistakes and thats when you attack!" he explained, everyone paid attention to what he was saying,
"right okay do a warm up of four laps around the track, okay, go!" the instructor announced, four where off, and at the back of the group what Bishamon as he didn't like to push himself at all, everyone kept a normal pace as it was only a warm up, except for Bishamon who was doing more of a walk, just lifting his knees higher.

What a pain this is, i won't get a chance to sleep during this, we had that nice teacher who lets me sleep in our normal class, but instead i was selected to do this!, he thought, after about seven minutes they all finished their laps
"right catch your breath, and hmmm...lets see, Bishamon! you where the slowest doing the laps, you can be the first to do a hundred metre sprint!" the instructor announced, Bishamon gave a chuckle, and closed his eyes and took a deep breath
"today is not my day" he said calmly, he then sowly made his way to the starting line, took a breath
"what a pain" he said, the instructor smiled whilst shaking his head
"do ever stop complaing? anyway! you ready?...GO!" he shouted, Bishamon dashed straight away, kicking up a lot of dust, he took small graceful steps as his hair blew back in the wind and he let his arms loosely fly back in the wind, the instructor watched him and he looked somewhat pleased
"very impressive, his reaction time was perfect, his accelerstion is very impressive, he would be a perfect close range fighter, able to close the gap between himself and an enemy pretty fast" the instructor said to himself, Bishamon crossed the finish line, kicking up a cloud of dust as he stopped, he walked slowly back to the start, the instructor looked at the stop watch
"8.1 second! impressive! but you slowed down towards the end, we will have to work on that" the instructor said to him with a smile
"does this mean i cant sleep?" he asked with a concerned look
"no! we are going to train throughout the day!" said the instructor, everyone let off a groan.

A few hours past, the sun was nearly set, as the group finished their last lap of the track and all collapsed from exhaustion after they finished, they all lay on the floor for a few minutes trying to get their breath back, and then one of the young men in the group stood up and cockily said
"sensei...i bet we...are faster than...you now" the instructor laughed
"ha, i will show you what fast is" he threw the stop watch to the student, and made his way to the start line,
"go!" shouted the student the instructor lept into the air, and then dissaperd, the whole group gasped evven Bishamon was shocked by this, the instructor then reapeard half way down the 100 metre track and dissapeared just as fast and r
then reapeared across the finish line, the young man holding the stop watch mouth was wide open as he stoped the stop watch
"2.4 seconds?! impossible" the student said with amazment the instructor then reapeared next to the group and looked pround and then said
"now did you see that! that is called a..." Bishamon then finished his sentence
"shunpo!"
