The furtive brow he had raised and the almost pained expression on his face showed he was deep in concentration, or so it seemed to others. In fact, he was, at that time, having a heated battle taking place within him, one between a force that shouldn't be there and himself. Finally, after 30 minutes of sitting stone still, he succeeded in battling back Heiwa, the name his Hollow self had given itself. He shivered at the cold sweat, or at least thought it was the sweat, until he looked down from his perch in front of the large battle arena- meant for Captain Level spars and important events, especially that of the taking of the 11th Squad Captain's seat- and Saw Kurama walking by. With a grin, Kaoseu hopped from the wall, landing in front of his blue-haired friend. He tried to make his eyes seem less wild than he knew they were from the intense internal battle he had just undertaken, and extended an arm towards Kurama, greeting him with a grin.

"Been a while, old friend." he remarked. He needed a friend, and Kurama was one of the few he could talk to, and hoped the two could catch up.
