New Galaxy Era (FDU)

A long, long time ago, in a Galaxy far, far, away...

...The Galaxy is finally at peace. Just recently the 40-year War, also known as the Viscus War had ended. The 40-year War was a large War against a Species from beyond the Outer Rim, much like the Yuuzhan Vong War which occurred far before the current time period. The New Republic, with the New Jedi Order by their side had overcome various obstacles forced on them by the Viscus Military. In the midst of the War, the Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Despus III had joined with the Viscus with hopes of annihilating the New Jedi Order in the proccess. The final battle, which took place on Corsucant, and which destroyed the Viscus Fleet, and their gigantic bulk of the Military they had invaded with, had been won due primarily to one of the most powerful Jedi in the Order, Master Ware'ta, who had sacrificed himself, in order to destroy the Commander, and his Mothership. A Jedi strike force had assembled in the middle of this epic finale, and had successfully infiltrated the large Sith Warship which Darth Despus III had been in command of. After a long, torturous battle between the powerful Dark Lord and the Jedi strike team, the Jedi strike team had ultimately won and had killed the Dark Lord themselves. The Sith had failed to raise another army, and due to pursuits of the Sith by the New Jedi Order, during the aftermath of the entire War, the Sith remained quiet, weak, and generally gone from the Galaxy. The New Republic and the New Jedi Order share close ties. The New Republic is the superpower of the Galaxy, and they rule supreme, the New Jedi Order seems to aid them in their efforts to fend off crime, and the New Republic is taking care of the damage dealt, with the aid of the New Jedi Order. But... How long will this peace last?
