Personality: Ichi-kun is a fierce woman, she has grace and finesse and shes warm hearted with extreme grit and an anger issue. After becoming a shinigami Ichi-kun trys to make as many friends as she can meaning that she is very social and she is loyal to all her friends and superiors who treat her with respect and kindness. Ichi-kun is easy to manipulate but its not so easy to sever a bond with her once one is created. Ichi likes finding out about new things and has enough patience to stop and observe her surrondings in battle and off the front lines.
Appearance:
Maya doesn't wear the normal shinigami attire, She altered it so that it was easier for her to move because she found the old attire of shinigami extremely baggy. She doesn't wear sandals, only light purple socks. Instead fo the leggings of the shinigami robe she wears a short black skirt so she can easily maneuver her legs around. Her shirt is a top which only seems like a bra attached to very large baggy sleeves. The back of the shirt covers most of her back though.
Sealed Zanpakutô : Ichikiru's Zanpakutou is green at the handle and the hilt is shaped like a four point star like toshiro's hilt guard and the markings on hers is one small dot at each point of the star. The Zanpakutou is normal in size making it look like a regular katana.
History/Background: Ichi was adopted by a small family after she was given up by her mother and father who were shinigami in rukongai. She grew up along with one sibling and a loving mother and father who helped her grow strong so that she could survive on her own. everyday Ichi would go out to talk with the locals of rukongai making friends and forming bonds with many people and she was said to be the most liked person in her section of Rukongai. Ichi was however sad at the fact that her parents weren't her bioloogical parents when she found out on her 56th birthday. She was sad and it left her with a feeling of emptiness. The reason her parents left her was supposedly because they became outlaws to the soul society. There was a chance that Ichi would see them again but she doubted it and tried to deny her feelings and her emptiness.
When she became 100 she joined the shinigami academy becaus eyears before that it was discovered that she had reiatsu. She joined the shinigami academy cause she heard taht shinigami were allowed to go to the human world to kill hollows. If her parents were indeed still alive and outlaws becoming a shinigami would increase her chances of meeting them again. While she was in the academy she became stronger while she was progressing and occasionally went to give her family some money for food and other stuff. When she graduated she was put in the 2nd squad because of her speed.

Rp sample: Ichi was walking with her brother in Rukongai towards the seireitei. They were walking slowly trying to savor the remaining time they had together as brothe rand sister on the same level, Ichikiru's brother knew that once ichi joined the seireitei chances of them seeing each other again were slim. Their mother was sick and could not accompany them but Ichi gave her a warm goodbye as she left her old house. Ichikiru and her brother did not exchange words on their walk and they did not look back on the old times they had together. They were silent. Ichikiru's brother was jealous of ichi for having spirit energy when all their life he was one who protected her because he was stronger. It was hard to believe that she was going to be stronger than him in a matter of years and above him at that.
When they reached the seireitei they confronted Jidonbo who did not let ichikiru's brother through because she was the only one who had clearance. She smiled and then looked towards her brother and she was about to say goodbye to him but she was cut off by his sudden actions when he quickly hugged her. He hugged her tightly and spoke while doing so, "Just do me a favor and don't forget about where you come from" said her brother as he let go of her and smiled. Ichikiru smiled too and then turned around to walk slowly towards seireitei where she would eroll in the academy....
