I love Gin, the guy is hilariously strong and he completely sarcastic. But come on guys we all know that Kon is by far the funniest character in bleach. I mean a perverted lion that doubles as a spirit pill...awesome.

As funny as Rangiku is, Rukia wins the funny award. Her inexperience of the real world made her pretty funny during the first arc. Cleaning Kon with a toilet brush and all. Yeah, give her the crown.

Rangiku is freaking hiliarious. Especially if you watch a lot of the episodes. Chizuru Honsho is a nice second though.

It depends on the situation. They all have their moments. Some of my favorites from the earlier arcs are:
1. Hanatarou's sassing of Ichigo leading to painful punishment
2. Ichigo and Rukia's fight when he showed up to save her before Yoruichi took him away (his face when sticking out his tongue at her was hilarious)
3. The all popular "Bye bye" by my forever favorite Bleach character, Ichimaru Gin after preventing Ichigo and the gang from entering the Seireitei.
