A Night of Hollows (Open, Join at any time)

It was a cool night, with a cold wind sweeping through the barren streets, only a few brave souls were out and about tonight. There were many hollows prowling the streets, looking for their next victim tonight, as well as many Shinigami that were trying to stop them. Up upon a nearby building Vikaz looked down at the chaos below, He was sorely tempted to join it, but he also knew there were hollows and shinigami down there that were stronger than him. He paced back and forth on the roof as his bestial instincts told him to charge down. After some time he did decide to go down, but not as a participant of the chaos, but as a scavenger and predator.

Before leaving he surveyed as much of the chaos as he could choosing just the right target, he looked for a well matched fighting pair and after a bit of watching he managed to spot a good pair. He carefully stalked his way over to nearby the battle, they were a powerful pair, but battling had taken its toll on them, a vicious hollow and a strong shinigami. Vikaz could tell that the fight wouldn't last much longer, they were both covered in wounds and out of breath, a final exchange left the shingami with a gaping wound in his gut, but not before managing to land one last bolt of lightning. Vikaz grew out a few forward facing bone strikes as he watched the shinigami start to pass out from blood loss. The other hollow crept closer to the fallen shinigami and opened it's mouth wide to devour him. At that moment Vikaz struck, he dove out of his hiding place and straight toward's the hollow's neck, biting down as hard as he could as well as shooting the spikes into it. The amount of resistand surprised him, but he bit harder as the hollow tried to yell out in pain, however no sound came out. The wounded beast collapsed on the ground as Vikaz tore it apart, it was a powerful beast, and in a real fight Vikaz would have been torn upart, but because he attacked in it's moment of weakness he had brought it down. He quickly ate the hollow's soul and felt his strength grow that much stronger, he quickly turned his attention to the shinigami lying unconscious on the ground. He slowly extended his jaws and bit off the man's head, and devoured the man's soul. He quickly suppressed his power as he left to go find another place to survey the chaos, he did not wish to be sensed yet, there was much more hunting to do...

Lilth flew through the air as she sliced downward on a hollows head and landed on the ground on one knee, the hollow behind her disintegrating as she stood up and began to run away sheathing her sword. Her white hair moved in the wind as Lilith ran through the town ready to take down all the hollows she saw. She stopped as she felt a quick surge off energy and began to run that way as fast as possible. She turned the corner to see the shinigami getting his head bitten off and she spit to the side and began to run around to the front off the hollow about 25 feet away. She lifted her hand her cross dangling from on her bracelet as her baby blue energy bow formed and quickly fired two shoots aimed at the hollow, She then acting quickly blurred to the side moving as fast to the left as her feet could take her and once again fired another arrow at the hollow before the others even reached the beast. Not one for many words Lilith was prepared to take out this hollow quickly and move on.

Vikaz was surprised when he saw the woman, he had not thought he might be found out so quickly. The woman quicky pulled out a bow and fired two shots at him, Vikaz dropped his body to the ground and managed to avoid the two shots narrowly, but the third shot hit his tail and hurt it. Vikaz was torn between his mind which told him to leave and prey on the weak, and his instinct which told him to make the woman suffer. In the split second he had to decide, he went with instinct, and fired a volley of bone spikes toward the woman, but he decided he needed a bit of time for preparation for real battle so he dashed into a nearby alley and grew out his bones into an armor surrounding his body.

One of the buildings across the street exploded and a Hollow came flying out, it landed on the ground and slid then quickly got back to it's feet and roared at the remains of the building. A Shinigami slowly walked out of the building and fired something towards the hollow, Vikaz didn't know what it was because his view was obstructed by the hollow, But he knew this shinigami was a strong one, and probably would best be avoided. Vikaz ran through the alley away from the shinigami to escape while the other hollow desperately tried to kill the powerful shinigami. Vikaz ran into another street and kept going into the next alleyway before pausing to sense around.

It seemed that all the hollows and shinigami seemed to be converging in this area, escape seemed impossible, soon this area would be covered with hollows and shinigami.

Lilith began to side step quickly dodging the bones and the ones she could not dodge she began to shoot down, She began to chase after the hollow but looking around she heard the building collapse and gasped only to see a fight not to far away. She would go back for them later, Lilith jumped up a building which formed the ally the hollow had stopped at and ran until she saw it from her standing postion on the top off the building. She looked down at the hollow and jumped off the building trying to cut it off as she began to fire shoots aimed at his shoulder blades and head. she landed on the ground with a thud causing her blue fake eye to pop out but she quickly picked it up and placed it in once again. She looked up at the hollow and pointed her bow at him no matter if he began to run or not, Lilith began to step side to side ready to dodge any attack that came at her and started to aim and fire powerful shoots at the hollow they were not in quick succession but she took the time to place a good amount off energy in each arrow not to much but not the normal amount.

Vikaz felt that the woman had already caught up to him, she must be faster than him by a decent amount, she had decent power but with his bone armor he should be okay. He failed to spot the first few shots she fired, but they hit his bone armor, only chipping off small fragments of bone rather than penetrating it. The woman landed in front of him a ways ahead, but something fell from her eye, she caught it and put it back. Vikaz was a bit surprised but took that second to extend more bone spikes. He focused mostly on growing hundreds and hundreds of spikes all over his tail, so it seemed like a razor whip, bone spikes growing from bone spikes, each one only an inch long.

The woman seemed to be charging her attacks heavily now, as she released the first shot, he leapt into the air and did a backflip, and sent all the small spikes on his tail flying towards her general direction, filling the alleyway with a tremendous amount of tiny flying bone spikes. Once they hit, excruciating pain would soon follow and hopefully that would give him the advantage long enough to finish her off. As he landed he charged forward, straight into her 2nd charged bolt, luckily it hit him in one of the densest parts of his bone armor, though it did break that part of the armor and caused a small injury. He shook off the blow, regrew his armor, and charged in to see if he could get her when she got distracted by the pain.

Lilith slowly began to breathe in and out she watched the hollow jump into the air she had began to step side to side for this exact reason she stopped shooting her arrows and Lilith quickly did the same as the hollow jumping up as he did she straightened her body and began to fly up into the air just as the hollow flipped and launched the spikes she began to shoot in front off her intended path, the shoots would hit the spikes only in front off her leaving Lilith with small cuts on her side the pain hit her some kind off poison but she was already mid air and still going up she landed on top off the building on one knee, and quickly shook the pain off she put her bow at the ready pointing down and began to fire the same way as before towards the hollow slower due to the pain but she was still managing to get clean shoots off aimed at the hollows shoulder blades to slow his movements. Lilith began to move around the top off the building pulling her eye out she placed it to were she would have a clean view to where the hollow was being she could see from her blue eye no matter where it was at, she then shoot the roof causing dust to fall into the alley way blocking the hollows vision for a moment, in this time Lilith jumped from building to building moving away from the hollow as fast as possible she quickly stood on a building far away looking from her right eye and left she had two view points off the hollow. She began to charge up one strong shoot then let it loose aimed at the hollow that would hopefully still think Lilith was in the alley way. This shoot was a finisher or lilith intended it to be.

Vikaz saw the woman fire a massive volley of small shots and try to dodge, howeverbit of blood fly as the woman was scratched by a few of the bone spikes, no good hits though. Vikaz continued charging forward but the woman leapt onto the top of the building, due to the amount of bone armor on him he couldn't really see that well above him and started taking heavy hits on his armor, cracking it and breaking it in places, if this kept up he might even run out of energy soon. He heard a sudden detonation above his head and chunks of roof fell down upon him, using his armor he shrugged them off.

He couldn't really see that well so he started to sense the energy levels around him. He felt a presence behind him and thrust back with his tail, a hit, followed by a painful scream. He began draining the woman's energy as he turned around to see that it was in fact, not the woman. It was a shinigami, and he was desperately trying to remove Vikaz's spiked tail from his gut but the pain was crippling the man, the man swung his sword a few times at the tail, but it was armored and the man was already weakened. However this only filled Vikaz with rage, this was not his target. Vikaz started forcefully growing spikes from inside the man, to kill him from the inside out, all the while draining his energy to restore Vikaz's own supply. The man screamed in agony as the bones started ripping out from his flesh, before quickly falling limp on his tail, and with one quick bite, he devoured the man's soul.

Vikaz felt out with his energy once more to find the woman, and almost instantaneously found it, she must have been charging up a big attack because her energy was spiking. He was amazed at the audacity of this woman, she was fighting in the middle of a large group of shinigami and hollow and blatantly giving away her position and making herself a target. He could already sense some hollows closing in on the location. He knew he had to be the target of the attack, she had chased him ignoring other foes, she would not leave until he was defeated. Vikaz knew that he wouldn't be able to block this final shot. He looked around rapidly and spotted a manhole cover, he ejected all the bonespikes out of the man, and threw the corpse towards the woman's direction and used his tail to haul up the manhole cover and dive inside, he barely made it inside before the shot landed. It destroyed part of the alley and collapsed it into the sewer below much of it falling on Vikaz as well. He was buried under some of the rubble, however his armor had taken the brunt of the damage, he decided to play dead however and wait to see what happened. So he stopped moving and lowered his energy output as low as possible, and just incase someone showed up nearby he grew his spikes out inbetween the cracks in the rock, ready to strike should the woman come to check to see if he was really dead, he wouldn't be too accurate only using his energy sensing though. If she could escape the hollows that noticed her when she charged her attack.

Lilith let the shoot loose and then tilted her head to see the damage she had caused, the area was in ruin but she saw what had happen due to her eye being up high. She began to think for a moment looking around as hollows and Shinigami began to gather around her she scoffed and jumped down off the building running to where her eye was she began to shoot the hollows converging on the area with a smile on her face. She quickly made it to her eye which had fallen due to her attack she picked it up popping it back in her skull then looked back at the manhole cover she knew he was in there but not if he was dead or alive, She began to walk towards the manhole but stopped as she felt a huge surge off spiritual energy she looked up to see dozens off hollows and shinigami fighting even quicny arrows started to dart througb the skys. The situation was getting to be to much she formed her bow and shoot the buildings surrounding the used to be ally the debris fell covering the manhole even more with all the debris from the buildings. Lilith then kneeled down finding a fallen bone spike she picked it up to see the poison still driping from it. If you can here me hollow, you would be a good ally come and find me again and we can finish this one way or the other... Lilith said as she darted off not knowing if she was understood she fled the now war zone which was karakura town

Vikaz felt the woman approach, but she seemed too far away to hit with any of his prepared spikes, and then more and more rubble seemed to fall, the added weight onto his body didn't really do much to him, he waited a while longer, and the woman seemed to say something. However Vikaz really did not care what she had to say, he waited until she left then unburied himself from the rubble and glanced around. The streets were full of chaos, shinigami, hollows and quincy all in a giant battle for control of the town.

He decided that it would not be worth it to try and hunt the weak ones anymore, now that hey had converged here, the chances of him getting away unseen would be extremely low, so he went deep into the sewers to wait out the battle.
