Nice to meet you, but I'm afraid your app isn't valid, for two main reasons.

1: We don't approve unoriginal characters for our members to use, including characters from the series or characters taken from other roleplay sites.

2: New characters have to start from the bottom rank of 0, thus a character can't start out as a vizard. Has to go through the first ranks as a shinigami then gain the hollow powers later.

To answer your questions. You post in threads with people once the threads are complete you can submit them for grading and you are awarded exp, get enough exp and you rank up, shikai can be unlocked at rank 2 and bankai at 6.

Stuff u get when u rank up and exp required to get to next rank

That signature wouldn't be so bad if you would scale it down abit. Such a huge picture really eats up space when you post. Already on 2nd page of what would normally be a 1 page thread. That aside you should be able to access the site's classic view on your phone. Being able to get to the application section you'll note the rank up section next to it.

You earn exp when you apply for a rank-up. The thread(s) you submit are graded and awarded a score (exp) Once your exp reaches the required number you go up a rank.

Only Mods and admins can grade threads so there would be no point in telling them when they already know. You may however ask them to grade your rank-up submissions if they haven't yet been graded. However don't piss off mods/admins with incessant asking.

Just as a friendly FYI, This is a forum, and just like all other forums we take turns posting and it can take a long time to finish threads together. usually a week to a month though depending on the posters it can be as short as a day or as long as a few months. It's best not to go all in with your interest and energy level, take it slow and think about everything you want, especially involving your character, because you're going to be using him for a long time.

Many people want to create an Original Character show up, and get discouraged because of the pace of the thing, they want to live in the forum and play here and want others to do the same so they can post faster. These people tend to lose interest rather fast and leave. We'd prefer if people stayed but they get burned out early rather than keeping the fire steady for a long time.

People do get Writer's block so its not uncommon for people not to post for days on end.

Basically, This is casual Forum RP so its not "fast paced", Take it slow and make sure of your posts and decisions, and dont be offencive and bug people constantly. (not that you are) Just giving you the general laydown and information up front so you don't learn it the hard way or from an admin.
