Susumu wears the above outfit with out the tie, black slacks and tennis shoes. his hair is black as well and he wears his quincy cross under his sleeve so no one asks questions.

Personality: Susumu is generally passive towards people, however he is always ready for a fight. People would say he is uncaring and heartless. They're only half right however, as he simply does not care. He knows full well of the shinigami, hollows, and fellow quincy, and he is always on the look out for a challenger to test his skills against. Every once in a while he lightens up.

History:
Susumu was born in Karakura Town nineteen years ago into a failing marriage. His father was a drug addict who beat his mother constantly and his mother always tried to try to make the best of it for his sake. When he was six years old however his father killed his mother while Susumu was playing outside. He came home to seeing both the bodies however, as his father proceeded to overdose immediately after. The experience left Susumu a very reserved, and quiet boy. He went through the bedrooms to try to find anything of use before he left and discovered an eight pointed cross in a small box his father owned. He felt a strange essence within it and decided to keep it. He then took whatever provisions he could scavenge out of the poor home and left before anyone knew anything.

Five years later, Susumu, after living on the streets for the past years, was ambushed by a group of kids his own age trying to rob him. It was at this time that Susumu first tapped into his quincy powers. He the kids began beating on him, and took the food and water he had found that day. He rose up, angry, and felt a powerful desire for vengeance. Suddenly, a pure black bow erupted into his hand. Without any thought at all, he instinctively drew back the bowstring and let loose arrow, after arrow, after arrow. Killing the group of kids and taking back his food. After he fled the scene he found a nearby gutter and puked, after having killed for the first time. He then decided he wouldn't kill people with this strange power, but decided that he had to master it.

Throughout the years Susumu survived by the skin of his teeth. One day he suddenly sensed a strange presence and ran over to where he felt it and saw a strange creature wearing a white mask. He then saw a woman wearing a black uniform wielding a sword kill the strange, fearsome creature. The woman then seemed to sense his presence and came over to him after realizing that he could see her. She introduced herself as Ayume. Susumu began asking question, after question, after question to Ayume, who seemed happy to help the young boy learn all he could to help him survive should a hollow attack him, or should he see a shinigami who wasn't as friendly as herself. She explained all that knew about the shinigami, hollows, bounts, and his own race of power, the quincy. It was then that she left and he began to train his power more and more so he could hunt down hollows and fight off bounts, shinigami, and if need be other quincy.
