ShinigamiName: Haruko Suzuki
Age: 108 appears to be around 19
Height: 5’10
Weight: 160lbs
Gender: Female
Looks: She is tall and fairly lanky, not that this can be seen under her Shihakusho. She has long hair, a colour that is somewhere between maroon and purple which she usually keeps tied up into a high pony-tail, with a braid on the right hand side, although sometimes she chooses to wear it down, if so then it falls to just above her knees in length. She favours the colour blue as can be seen in the accessories she chooses to wear over her uniform and in her hair. Her right arm is wrapped in bandages, helping to support its weaker state. Her eyes are dark green in colour and have been described in the past as looking lazy.

Personality: She is a fairly calm individual for the most part she has a good sense of humour and a generally caring disposition, but being a woman she has days where she incredibly irritable and moody. She speaks her mind and rarely keeps quiet even when she knows she should probably keep her mouth shut. She can be quite paranoid, and when she is having one of her ‘off days’ her temper is hot, her patience thin. She is confident in her abilities which often comes across as arrogance and accusation which she outwardly denies (despite it being somewhat true).
Sealed Zanpakuto:Fairly long compared to the average Zanpakuto, with a long hilt leaving room for two hands to comfortable the hold onto it. The blade is a bright silver colour along with the guard, and the hilt has a light blue wrapping around it. The guard itself is in the shape of a simplified lightning bolt and the sheath matches the colour of the wrapping around the hilt. A small charm is attached to the end of the handle which is also in the shape of an eastern style dragon.

Up to date 10/07/12History: She grew up with a fairly well off family, and began to feel hunger when she appeared to be a young teenager. Against her mother’s wishes her father sent her off to the soul reaper academy where she learned basically everything she knows to this day. She takes pride in not necessarily being the strongest or best fighter, but being fairly well rounded applying her skills with intelligent decisions, making up for in her whit what she lacks in strength.
While she was still in the academy she was sent to do a routine training exercise in a secluded patch of forest with a few others, a hollow attacked and she was struck down by it easily, resulting in the temporary loss of use in her right arm. After one year of not being able to use her arm, and teaching herself to fight with her left hand, squad four managed to fix her arm up enough for it to be of use, but weaker than it had been, she still works on getting her arm back to its former state.
Role Playing Sample: “Suzuki, the orders were to dodge, not block. Do it again,” she winced as she held the wooded kendo-stick out in front of her, heat from her teacher’s kido sizzling from it.
“Yes sensei, I’m sorry,” she apologized with a nod of her head, gritting her teeth as she took a stance readying herself as her sensei recited a Kido incantation.
As the beam of red light came speeding toward her, the natural reaction was to raise her sword-wielding left hand to brace herself against the attack, but she mentally scolded herself and made to move out of the way, dashing to the right. Unfortunately she was far too slow and the kido struck her leg, causing her to fall in a most ungraceful manner, landing face first on the dusty floor.
“Oh Suzuki, what are we going to do with you?” Her teacher shook her head, probably the only person that actually called her by her last name. She was embarrassed, a few of the more popular members of the class were sniggering amongst each other, of course they were laughing at her. “Dust yourself off and find a partner to practise with over the weekend, we know you can block a low level kido but that’s no good against the stronger ones,” she said after a few seconds before dismissing the class.
