Very nice! Good flow and no dull moments (if there were any, you made sure to turn it around quickly). Only a few errors, mainly a missing word here and there but overall a very good piece.

I'll admit I only read it 3 times as opposed to the usual 4 I'll give most. But it is quite long. I took my time that way I fully absorbed it. That being said there was alot to absorb. The meat of the post was establishing what/where you were. A nicely crafted back story no doubt linked to your father. I do recall his transformation involving crystal as well. More so curious to who/what left the notes, food, and book. Did I miss that? Congratz on the rank up pick thy squad and stats.
