| Wooh. Was I not informed of the upcoming apoclyapse? Well, if anyone is still breathing around here, I was looking for someone to possibly post with? You know? Do that Rp thing?
Any takers? | |

| Mentioned this in chat; stuff going on with peeps recently. Games being the main killer of free time. Skyrim, MW3, Battlefield, etc. All this means people rather play games than RP at the moment. Fire away Mr Flux, I'm game to do whatever. | |

| I wish I could spend sleepless hours on video games too. My PS3 died though. RLOD.
I think we are going to have a funeral service at the Luxor. Sad, sad day it shall be.
On a more related note, could have a good ol' fashioned training session or some Hollow hunt? With Tataki though. I'm not in the mood for Hyuei. It takes a certain mindset to play Hyuei. hmm

| I feel for you untimely loss Flux. As for me'; my PS3 is still in the shop. STILL!!! I called and they said the part for repair is on back order. It's been a month now >.<. So now I'm missing out on alot of games. The good news is by the time I get the system out they'll be cheaper than the release price. That's of some comfort I guess. So by not having my PS3 I'm actually saving money. Not much since I've been buying cheap games on Steam to kill time. ZeN69 if anyone wants to add me to their listing. | |

| A month? Jeez. I hope they aren't charging you for labor. Because they are probably just sitting on their asses. I think I may have to throw my in the shop, because I enjoy the backwards compatibility. If I buy a new one, I'll lose that and possibly my save data.
My save data! That's more precious than gold. And ZeN64. Clever. Took me a second to get that one. I know someone named An64fan and it took me a few days to realize what it said. Ha.
And Marl, you don't count.

| Well in their defense it's the old "Fat" system. So I'd figure parts would be harder to find or take longer. It's costing me about 200 bucks, which is barely 20-30 dollars less than buying a new one. Included in that fee is the labor and upgrading the HD (and transferring my saves.) So I'll live without my PS3 for as long as needed. When it comes back I'm going to be burning late night oil catching up on things. Getting used to playing with a mouse again feels odd.
Well the 69 is supposed to be a ying-yang sign. Everyone thinks I'm some pervert >.<. I thought I was being clever.

| yeah I had that problem when my fat backwards capable ps3 died. its the actual system itself... the cooling system actually. The fan being too weak and thus dying and it melts down and dies. When mine had died I checked, woulda cost like 100 more bucks to fix it, and it would just die eventually soon anyways because its a manufacturers defect and they wouldn't be putting in a better one... this was after warranty too
So I bought me a new ps3 8 months ago..... and now its freezing, lagging, and I have had to restart a couple times on skyrim lol. now everyones skyrim on ps3 is lagging and freezing so save often, there is already an update now that fixes most of it... but apparently if your ps3 is freezing and lagging alot that could also be a sign of it dying... -_- ugh!!!

| Oh. Skyrim. I'm jealous. And I had my PS3, the big fat backwards compatible one, for about 5-6 years. Since like 10th Grade. It was probably his time...
So how about you let me borrow that PC and game for a few weeks, Marl? Swear I'll give it back.

| From what I've been hearing of Skyrim it's like playing the Sims; it's another life away from the real one. | |
