Not even a week had passed by that Kaoseu had returned from Hueco Mundo after his three day disappearance that he decided to go again. This time, though, it would be both a training mission, and an attempt to wipe out as many Hollows as possible in a single week's time. He was excited by the thought of it, and had a grin plastered on his face as he packed. He grabbed one of the specially designed bags he had gotten from one of the 12th division members as an experiment. There were a total of 5 in existence, and Kaoseu had them all. Each bag had an infinite amount of space within them, allowing storage for all sorts of items, though it wasn't like the ones seen in movies, in which people could be seen pulling full grown elephants out of; if it didn't fit through the opening, it wasn't going in the bag. The 7th squad Vice Captain found these actually came in handy when going on extended training or for missions that involved long stays, just as this one called for.

In it, he piled food to feed an army, water, medical supplies, clothes, and some extremely potent Hollow bait he'd taken off a Quincy with a death-wish. There must've been at least thirty pounds worth of it, plenty for the week. Careful not to break it, he placed it gingerly in the bag. Next, he unlatched the crystal necklace he wore, though that's only what it appeared to be. In reality, it was a crystal, but not in the normal sense of the word. This crystal, dubbed a Soul Crystal, had been the source of his Vizard powers, and, despite how much he had hated discovering it in the first place, he couldn't help but now have an attachment to it and a sense of appreciation for all it had brought him. He put it in the bag wordlessly and then drew the string, closing off the contents.

He left another note for his second-in-command, telling him he'd be gone for a week. It was a good thing he understood that Kaoseu was aiming to be Captain of Squad 7 officially, so he assumed he was always out training to achieve such a level. He was, but not just to be captain level. No, once he made Captain rank, he had other plans in store. After pinning the notice up on his door, he locked it from the inside and turned to the center of the room. He then took a deep breath and opened up a Garganta to to the Menos Forest, stepping through and instantly sealing it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

He had leaped into a "tree", knowing that soon there would be Hollows at his location, having sensed the Garganta open up. Now all that was left to do was play the waiting game. The first Hollows arrived within seconds, those being the closest or fastest ones. Quickly and with ease, Kaoseu dispatched them one by one with carefully measured and precise attacks combined with Flash Step. Slowly, the larger and more powerful Hollows began trickling in, each Hollow growing more difficult to slay than the last, as well as developing more and more intelligence. Finally, they began coming in groups, better prepared, and better adapted, as if somehow knowing he was there.

Upon entrance of a group of three, one large and ogre-esque, one a six legged horse with tattered wings, and the last rather humanoid in appearance, he attempted the same maneuver he had used to take out the 40 that had come before. However, they seemed ready. As he attacked the last one in the line, as he had done before, it whirled around. The large, ogre glared down at him through it's mask, it's eyes narrowing as it caught his wrists, the both of them, in a single grip of iron. Thinking it had him pinned, he heard a chuckle as the other two turned around as well, watching gleefully at the seemingly helpless Shinigami. The ogre lifted him up to eye level and Kaoseu could smell the stench of age and blood through it's mask.

"Good God, when's the last time you brushed, fat-ass?!?" Kaoseu said, provoking the beast and being serious at the same time. In anger, the Hollow roared and reared back, throwing Kaoseu like a baseball at the nearest "tree", but in a direction that he'd pass between the other two Hollows present. In midair, Kaoseu righted himself and flipped backwards, while swinging both blades from the opposite sides of his chest, cleaving the horse's face in half. However, the human-esque Hollow had somehow disappeared or dodged the blade in an instant. It was no worry as of right now, as Kaoseu bent his knees upon impact with the giant, branching spire. He compressed a good deal of Reiatsu into his legs and shot off the tree like a bullet. When he was 10 yards off, he made three successive Flash Steps, throwing off the ogre's senses. Obviously, it was the brute that lacked brains as it only roared it's agitation. The roar was cut short as Kaoseu pointed a finger and muttered,

"Hado 4, White Lightning..." and a single, deadly bolt of energy shot from his fingertip, into the beast's maw, and out the back of the skull, effectively killing it. Kaoseu landed on the ground gracefully, and found the Human-esque Hollow lounging on a low branch. From up close it was more human than initially thought.

It was average height for a human, and had straight blue hair. It was looking down at where the ogre had fallen and it's hair covered it's mask. It's body shape was human as well, and it was all white. Kaoseu found this a bit odd, as most Hollow were generally darker in color. It struck him then that he couldn't feel the same spiritual pressure he could from the other two Hollows. At the same time this struck him he heard a rather calm, snake-like voice.

"Poor oafs. They didn't exactly know what they were getting themselves into, now did they? Shame." As it spoke, the Humanoid Hollow looked up, and Kaoseu's heart skipped several beats and his breath caught. Just below the jaw, what seemed to be the boney lower jaw of a snake protruded. As it spoke, Kaoseu could see a hole in the back of it's mouth, so that whenever it was open, he could see clear through the skull. This was no Hollow, not in the normal sense of the word. He'd attracted the attention of an Espada. Tattooed just below the eye was an elegant "9". So it was a weak one, but all the same...

Kaoseu stood his ground, gathering his wits as he prepared for the inevitable, but was still thrown off. The being Sonido'd the distance in less than half a second, and had taken it's dangerously clawed left hand and jammed it into Kaoseu's stomach.

"Hm... apparently you didn't either..." it whispered into his left ear casually. It twisted and pressed the hand further in, before extracting it roughly. Blood poured from the wound, which hadn't been deep enough to injure organs or let any fall out, but it hurt like Hell. The Espada shook his hand clean of blood and watched interested to see what Kaoseu would do next, whether he died or somehow managed to fight. Heiwa, for once in his life, gently nudged Kaoseu from the inside. Kaoseu obliged the offer, his head tilted down while he lay on all fours. The blood slowed to a trickle and then ceased altogether. Taking notice, the Espada, who had been tapping his foot, now stood completely still, obviously sensing the shift in Kaoseu's demeanor and Reiatsu. His hands gripped tightly on his blades. However, he still remained in partial control of his body. Internally, he felt Heiwa mutter, "This won't happen again; we're gonna take down this hard-ass together, then you're on your own, ya hear?" Kaoseu chuckled, and his body flickered, Flash Stepping from an all-fours standstill, to behind the Espada, who had no time to react. Kaoseu's blade in his left hand slid through muscle and sinew in the left arm of the number Nine Espada. The right blade, however, was caught effortlessly between two fingers. Kaoseu could feel a growing tension as the Espada turned it's head halfway.

"It appears we both need some training, hm?" it said menacingly.

(Cue Visored Mask Training)

"Couldn't agree more, bub." Kaoseu said in his bi-vocal voice.

"Hm... well, let's just kill you quickly, I'm starting to bore... Hiss, Hebi." commanded the Espada.

At the same time he was making his utterances, Kaoseu jumped back, bringing both blades with him as he muttered, "Shine in the shadows and hide in the light... Shirokuro..."

From the location of the Espada, putrid green light was all to be seen, whilst Kaoseu's area was shrouded in a dual-hued cloud. The clash of metal was heard even before the Reiatsu could dissipate in the force of the collision. When Kaoseu actually caught a glimpse of what he was facing, he couldn't help but feel a bit of awe at it. It was liking seeing a live Chimera; three snakes protruded from what would have otherwise been but a scaly tail. His feet had become hooves and his legs goat-like. His mask had extended to cover the top of his head in a large, sharp-toothed ram's skull. It was like seeing a myth come alive. Sadly, it was a myth he'd have to put an end to.

Taking advantage of his increased speed and spirit power, as well as Shikai abilities, he mustered up a small body of shadow, and swallowed up the Chimera, attempting to crush him to death. however, the beast had better ideas. As it was being covered, the snakes were biting into it and a green smoke was arising from it. The Espada hissed a chuckle.

"My little friends here have a special ability; much like the venom of a poisonous snake, their venom deteriorates Reiatsu as if it were tissue. You cannot harm me with such trivial and weak attacks."

"Then I won't..." Kaoseu said. the body of Shadow he had created had thinned out and stretched under the Arrancar, reaching up behind him. Kaoseu had then thinned out the top to a razor sharp edge, and violently thrust it up, taking out one of the snakes and skimming the other two, whom had gotten out of the way just in time. Obviously, this pissed off the Arrancar, as his face contorted with rage. Out of the mouths of the remaining hissing snakes, green orbs began to glow and were emitted into the air, where they stayed, floating around. Kaoseu had a bad feeling about this, and clutched his blades tighter.

"What now floats above your head... are bubbles of poison... acidic to the touch... They will burst at the slightest breath of wind against them... So you'd best be on your best behavior, which means no overhead swings for you my friend. Oh...? And what's this?"

As he spoke, the bubbles began to multiply, and created a massive cube around them, then, to top it all off, bubbles began floating around inside the cage. Kaoseu was at a loss. This Arrancar was either mad or just that lethal. Kaoseu's eyes narrowed as he glared, then, he gave a start. Just above the number 9, there was a single line. Kaoseu looked up at the reflection in the bubbles above him, and almost wanted to puke; what he had thought was a nine, wasn't...

"Oh, so you've noticed? Pretty clever handiwork, if I say so myself... It throws everyone off. I am not the number 9 Espada... I am the sixth Espada, Quimera. And you... are dead." As he spoke, there was an instant to react, and Kaoseu did something drastic as Quimera's snakes reared up and bit into a bubble each, causing a chain reaction.

There was less than a second, and the world seemed to suddenly slow down. Kaoseu pulled down his Vizard mask at the same time he was shouting, "Bankai!"

The double addition of power at the same instant caused a grand explosion of Reiatsu from Kaoseu's previous location, and completely eviscerated every ounce of liquid in the air as the power exuded from him.
