General Power: Mystical arts - While some view it as special abilities all of his powers are in fact ancient facets of martial arts and reiryoku control.
The years of practice and application has made his skills surpass human levels.

Techniques/Abilities:

Qigong - Some call it the cleansing wind. An art of breathing that absorbs energy in the air to heal the user or a target. As it relies on ambient energies it does require the user be stationary as well fresh air. The healing it can do is only slightly faster than the human's own healing process as such it can't bring people back to life, but get someone out of critical condition.

Sa Shin Mu: Mujin - A form of martial art that uses reiatsu to both attack and defend. The more energy applied the greater the destructive and defensive force.

Harmony of 7 Chakras - With this ability he is able to tap into the full power of the human body. With each gateway opened he increases his Speed, Fighting and Spirit by 10 points for 1 post/turn. After which receives -5 to those same stats for 2 post/turn. There is a 3 post cool down between each gate opening and closing. Once all 7 have been opened he must wait 24hrs before using them again.
If he opens 2 at once, but must 5 post before he can do so again. Two of those turns is spent with the aforementioned penalty.

Ki projection - The ability to create burst of destructive energy composed of pure reiryoku. The method is similar to that of a Quincy, but the energy is internally gathered for fast shots. When gathered externally the shots are slower, but usually more powerful. In using the external energies he reduces the potency of his Qigong technique.
