| A lot had happened in the past few weeks, it all seemed like a blur to him. He laid on his bed and reflected on the few key events that stood out amongst the rest. The most important having happened only two days ago but the events leading up to it were the cause of it all... A rapid knock sounded at the Tenth Squad Captain's door. Kurama stood up to answer it, though it was much too early to entertain visitors... It was an officer of Squad Thirteen that stood on the other side, he wasn't sure what seat but her spiritual pressure told him it was fourth or fifth... whichever it was, she was in complete tears. As soon as she made eye contact with him, the girl realized that it may have not been a good idea to bang on a captain's door at five in the morning and dropped to her knees, bowing before him. "I'm so sorry, Captain. I did not mean to disturb you but something has happened and I'm not sure who to turn to." The girl cried at his feet.
Kurama bent down and placed one hand on her shoulder and the other on her other arm, pulling her into a hug to try and calm her. After a minute or so like this, her sobbing quieted. "Now, tell me what happened."
The girl looked up at Kurama and cleared her throat, trying to steady her voice. "Captain O'Nocht, and Lt. Teasa... are dead."
Kurama's eyes widened at this. "What?! How did this happen?! Did you report it to anyone?!" The girl shook her head rapidly. "Squad Four showed up this morning to declare them dead but they're ruling it a suicide." Kurama shook his head as well, "No. They're wrong. I know Ri, he'd never commit suicide, there must be some mistake." The girl continued to sob again. "I saw them killed!" She began to cry into Kurama's robes.
"What?! Then why haven't you told anyone?" He shouted, confused, angry, and saddened all in the same emotion. "Because it was a member of the stealth force! They were assassinated!"
This didn't make sense, why the hell would the stealth force want to eliminate Ri? He was a good guy... "Are you sure it was the stealth force? Could it have been some kind of attack on the Seireitei by the arrancarr?"
"I know what I saw!" She shouted through her sobs. "Alright, I believe you. Listen, stay in my house for now. I'm going to arrange a meeting with the Central 46 and get to the bottom of this..." He sighed as the thought of that day, he'd miss his old friend. A cool breeze crept into the room apparently from a window he'd left open. He got up to shut it and returned to his bed, it was late and yet his mind could not even fathom sleep at this point, for what he recalled happening next made him fear closing his eyes... "Members of the Central 46. I come before you to request information on the recent deaths of Captain O'Nocht and Lt. Teasa." The room erupted in low murmurs as they spoke amongst one another. "We have no information on the subject other than what has been released to the public." Kurama raised an eyebrow at this comment. There would be no way a member of the stealth force would be able to carry out such a high level assassination without their knowing. "I have eye witness reports suggesting that it was a member of our very own punishment squad that carried out an assassination on them." This upset them... "Outrageous!" "Slander!" "Quiet!" "You would do well to-" "How dare you!" "Silence!" The room grew quiet just as quickly as it had erupted into chaos. "Are you suggesting that this body ordered the murders of the captain and lieutenant of Squad Thirteen?" The boy thought about his answer carefully before speaking. "I was not, I was merely assessing the credibility of my witness. Thank you for your time." With that he left the room to their hushed whispers.
Once he'd exited the room, Kurama looked to make sure no guards were in the vicinity and placed his ear against the door. "He's too suspicious, we cannot allow him to meddle with our plans. Send for a messenger." He heard the sounds of a wooden chair scraping against the floor and footsteps heading his way. Without a moment to lose, Kurama flash stepped away, leaving the compound and raced back to his home... He felt his eyelids growing heavy as he fought them to remain open. He couldn't sleep, what if some one were to try to assassinate him in his sleep. He rubbed his eyes and continued to stare at the dark ceiling. This lasted only about thirty seconds before his eyes started to close again. He thought, in his tired state of mind, that it wouldn't kill him to rest his eyes for a few short minutes... hopefully. He let his eyes close fully and he turned over in his bed. He was about to sack out when he heard a noise in the other room. Instantly, Kurama shot up in bed and grabbed his zanpakuto, only to find no one to fight. He took a deep breath and re-sheathed his blade, standing up to find out what the noise was. He sleepily strode out into the kitchen, finding a small clay bowl lying on the floor in pieces. He sighed and bent down to pick them up... "Zenshinfuzui" Kurama whirled around with his blade to strike at the unknown voice that had just spoken only to find himself suddenly unable to move just before making contact. A figure now stood face to face with him, staring into his eyes. "You never were quite fast enough, Captain Himura..." A feminine voice said. "What, what the hell did you do to me? Who the hell are you?" He demanded. The figure was dressed in the typical assassin's garb, obviously a member of the stealth force. The woman chuckled, "You can't run if you can't make use of your legs, now can you? I'm sorry it had to come to this but orders are orders and I-" "Kazumi?" The woman froze, It was obvious that she hadn't expect him to recognize her. Now tears began to well up in her eyes; she was not willing to speak any further. She turned away from him and slammed her fist against the kitchen counter. "It's your own damn fault Kurama! You had to be the one to interfere.""What are you talking about? Kazumi, why are you trying to kill me?!" "It's because of Taro! He's convinced the rest of the Central 46 that you need to be eliminated." "Taro? What? Your brother? You're not making much sense here." "Look! I want you to leave, please you must leave the Soul Society or they're going to kill you!" "Who? Who's going to kill me?" "I can't tell you everything else they'll kill me too, just know that the Central 46 can no longer be trusted, you must leave and don't come back, or I'll be forced to kill you myself!" And with that she flash stepped away, leaving Kurama standing in his kitchen completely dumbfounded as he regained control of his limbs...

| "Miss Kato, report." Stated one of the members of the Central 46. "He escaped. I have failed you." She knelt before them, head hung low, waiting to accept her punishment. "How, exactly, did he escape?" asked a familiar voice. Her head nervously rose to meet the eyes of her brother, she dreaded the fact that she even shared the same air with the vile man let alone the same blood. "He must've heard me coming and ran before I could kill him."
"Liar! You let him go didn't you? You let that little runt manipulate you like he did back at the academy didn't you? DIDN'T YOU?!"
"Taro, calm yourself..." spoke one of the other members. "Right..." Taro replied, more calmly this time. "You are not to speak of this to anyone. You are dismissed." Kazumi rose and left the council chamber...
"What are we to do about this?" asked one of the members.
"We can assume she has divulged everything to him. He will have fled the Seireitei by this point in time. We will label him a traitor and confine his squad to their barracks. This will cut him off from his resources... Yes, he will not return."
"Very well. But what of your sister? Can we trust she'll stick the code of the Stealth Force? She could potentially ruin us..."
"Don't worry about her, I'll deal with it myself."

| (OOC: Right. Well, now that you somewhat see the RP behind what the fuck is about to happen. Let my make the most important points stand out with nifty bullet points...
- Squad 10 is to be confined to your squad barracks or say you transfered out the day prior to these events. Squad 10 is no longer allowed to be joined, at least not at this time.
- Squad 10 will have their zanpakutos taken from them and locked up in an armory within one of the Squad 1 buildings...
- After a bit of paranoia, due to a few squads' member sneaking around at night and conversing about this squad 10 business, the Central 46 will be instating a curfew. That's right, unless you are on duty in the real world, you are in your respective barracks by sundown.
- The gates will be monitored in case of any returns from the real world in which they will be escorted to their barracks. No one is to leave for duty at night, they must have left by sunset.
- Squad 11 is in charge of enforcing this new curfew law.
- I plan to have random squad members protest this law and I expect a few fights with Squad 11 members.
- After all this unrest begins within the ranks, the senkaimon will be closed down for good, until further notice. Obviously this means no more trips to the real world so hollows will roam free, souls will be devoured, the balance will be severely upset.
- Squad 2 will act as the ninja/assassin/spies that they are, and loyal to the central 46. Despite they're actions, they are law and to go against them even during this time is considered treason.
- Squad 13 will be put on lock down as well once a rumor that the deaths of the captain and lt. were actually assassinations, silencing them.
- Squad 12 will not be allowed to experiment for fear that they will make a new gate or something.
This is a new age people, the soul society is corrupt. I expect many of you to either leave the soul society and join a new faction to rebel against them called the Rebellion, plain and simple, or stay with the Gotei 13 and become evil, or a man on the inside, or leave the shinigami altogether and go rogue. Whichever your choice, this is the time to make something new happen that is completely fucking with the storyline, make our own history. Eventually the rebels will win and they will take over the seireitei as the New Soul Society.
As a note, Squad alignments...
1, 2, 9, and 11 are all loyal to the central 46 for the time being. 10, 12, and 13 I assume will not be compliant with all of this, there may be more. Until I know that however, all other factions are currently neutral.
The rogue shinigami, quincy, and super human will be supporting the rebellion, not that if you are amongst them, you are forced to ally, just know all your brethren will be...
Right, like everything else I say, this is all subject to change. I'm going to put up a thread in the OOC discussion forum for comments. ---> https://thebleachworld.darkbb.com/t2552-the-central-body-comments#18955 <---
Please tell me what you think, and yes, I did get a majority admin vote on this thank you very much...)

| A notice for all members! Especially new ones! If you have just joined, you must post all threads in the Central Body Arc Thread. To use a member as an example, Draylontis. He has RPed in the current timeline yet his threads are located outside of this subforum, once a member applies for a rank up, as he has, don't be surprised if all listed threads in your app are moved to the central body arc forum.
Now, All vets. I understand many of you are still posting old timeline threads, missions or personal arcs or whatever. Keep posting them. PM me when they are done, mark them closed and they will be archived along with all the other threads in the new cleanup that will be taking place roughly around the fourth of july... Post all current timeline threads in the central body arc of course. Just because you've posted in the central body arc does now mean you can't still start old timeline threads out side of the forum for shits and giggles but please understand we are trying to move forward and can't convert the sub forum into a sitewide spread until all old threads are archived.
Long confusing post is long and confusing but reread it until you understand Also PM me if you must...

| Ok, I'm sure you all are curious as to where we are currently in the timeline (else you should be...)
What's occurred so far...
The Stealth Force has made an attempt on the Tenth Squad Captain's Life, though he escaped.
Squad Ten has been placed under a lock down, their zanpakuto's confiscated.
Units have been sent out to the locations this supposed traitor was spotted.
Currently their focuses are in the United Kingdom. About 50% of all on-duty Shinigami are focuses on this area. Namely Squads 11, 9, and 4, though there are more involved in the capture attempt.
Of the remaining on-duty shinigmai... The most common rank is 0-1... that's right, all the higher seats are in the UK, leaving only unseated and shinigami academy students to fend of the hollows... The odd Rank 2 or 3 can be found out there as well but only as escorts for the academy student squads...
Senkaimon Gate usage is being heavily monitored and limited, leaving some stranded in the world of the living without a soul phone or escort by a seated squad member...
Thirteenth Squad Captain Ri O'Nocht Lives! He's been resurrected for lack of a better word and is currently seeking out Kurama Himura to offer his aid.
The Rebels are about to begin forming up... Within the next few days, we'll be accepting applications... Bounts, Supers, Quincy, Shinigami are all welcome...
Around that time, Curfews will be placed upon the Soul Society, you can read more on this in the CBA Comments thread. More will be updated latger...
