On the run (open)

The day was clear and only a few clouds was to see in the air, everything seemed to turn out a normal day with no complications whatsoever, everything was so silent, if it had only been like that, but the silence was broken by screams from the hot springs, and a person was soon seen running from there as if hell was on his tail.
Lavi had been a bit too bold and took a look at the hot springs area, but when he had decided to look around he had found a hole where he could look into the girls part, and had shortly after been discovered and fell trough the fence and into the area, he quickly had gotten out of there in a hurry in hope that they did not see his face, but they were on his tail so he had to hide somewhere.
He saw a door that was a little open he needed a somewhere to hide, and so far that was the only place he could hide he quickly pushed the door aside, and closed it without making too much sound, and now stood there not making a sound hoping that whoever was still chasing him was running past there.

Kuro had just left the hot springs, ten minutes ago after been there for such a long time, that she couldn’t remember when she had gotten there, maybe it had been at the morning or maybe it was only two hours ago.. time had passed so fast and it had been like a vacation after having training at the 10 squad barracks after she again had made a great escape from her escort and fleet to this place..

but well after having left the hot spring Kuro had walked back to the dressing room with the towel around her body and begun to dry her body with the towel, then begun to take her cloth on, while thinking about her clouded pasts and still what her name could be since she still couldn’t remember anything yet. As she got the bandages around her chest and the pants on she could hear screaming out side the changing room.. suddenly the door into her changing room was open and I guy ran inside and closed it be completely quite as he just stood there with out noticing her.. she just looked at him for a while before she began to take the robs of 10 squad on.. “you know its pretty rude to hide inside a changeing room that is already been used...” she said with a little smile on her lips

Lavi froze up, he had not seen that it was the changing room he had run into, and now there was a girl here too, but maybe he was lucky to get away without her knowing who he was, and he had to get away without her knowing his name either.
It was all such a bother, and all this just because he wanted to take a little harmless peak, it was not like it was going to hurt anybody.
though he had to stall her at least until the others that was hunting him had went past the changing room, as it was a pretty good place to hide, they would never expect him to hide here of all places.
"oh sorry I must have mistaken this for the wrong dressing room, now if you will excuse me then I will be on my way" Lavi did not look back, as he did not want to provoke the girl unnecessary if she was still getting dressed.
He was not sure if they had taken another way or given up the pursuit, but the ones from the hot spring would probably come soon to get their clothes back, so they could hide for the culprit, so the changing room would not be that ideal a hiding place after all.
He opened the door and just tried to march right out of there so he could run away before he got too much attention to himself

Kuro didn’t really mind it that he had hide inside her chaninging room , but it was a bit rude to just run inside and then hide there too without noticing there were a person inside but well at least, he didn’t turn around and had that much discipline not to take a peek at her because of his own situation.

“I wouldn’t go out there if I were you… not yet away way… because they are almost right outside the changing rooms“ said kuro with her normal friendly smile as she took her belt on and began to stretch her legs and arms slowly making herself ready to go back to her normal trainings day her teacher kurama had made for her. It was easy to figure out why he had hidden inside her room and well she now she had something on the poor guy that was going to pay her meal for today…

She walked fast up behind him as he was about to just march out of there and would try to take a grip in the collar of his robe “FREAKING PERVERT” she almost yell as would try with all her power too throw him backwards into the dressing room again.. not knowing if she even would be able to tosses such guy around well atlessed she would get the attaion of the other girls

Lavi had some trouble here, he felt that she grabbed hold of collar, sure she would not have enough strength to pull him back inside, but as he heard she got ready to shout out, he could not allow that to happen, if the other women was to find out he was in a womans changing room he would be doomed.
He turned around quickly and placed a hand over the girls mouth to stop her from screaming, he was smiling a little nervous, such a stinking day it had been so far, that peak had certainly not been worth the trouble "okay don't scream" He closed the door again, he just could not allow himself to be caught because of this. He was looking into her eyes, he know got a little affraid that she might not be properly dressed yet, and his eye sight feel down a bit, but at least she had clothes on, so she would not freak out about that "just hear me out before you scream or make assumptions please, this is all a big misunderstanding" He had no idea how he should explain the situation in a way that would not put him in too bad light "if I remove my hand now, can you promise not to scream?" he felt very uneasy about it all

Kuro got surprised as he suddenly turns towards her making her make a small scream before it got strangled by his hand that suddenly got place on her mouth as the guy tried to keep her quite, first kuro had gotten a little surprised almost scared, but now she was a bit irritate and angry, the first thought that had come to her mind was biting his hand but she didn’t want to do it really.. Since it would properly be pretty hard to get a good bite and you never really knew where he hands could have been so, it almost more disgusted her that he was holding his hand against her mouth…

She nod as he ask her to promise that she wouldn’t scream since she just want to get his hand away from her mouth, as soon as he lets go of her she would turn a little away and spit on the ground shaking her head a little before she would look back on him.. “ you got 60 seconds to tell me why your not a pervert or else I will scream and don’t you dare run away, I know your face and Im a friend of the 10 squad caption...“ said she with her normal friendly voice

Lavi sighed, so far it had been a horrible day, and what he saw was not even close to being worth all the trouble, it had all been a mere coincidence after all "geez what a pain" Lavi looked at her, even tough she was talking in a friendly way, something about how she talked rubes him the wrong way "alright Lady listen up, you have no reason to threaten me with stuff like that" He rubs his head a little before starting out "alright so I was walking down the road when I saw someone peeping trough a fence right, and when I walked over to ask him what he was doing, he told me to look for myself" Even tough the story was not completely true it was so close to what had happened "so I did as he said, and when I looked it was the girls part of the hot springs, and the guy totally pushed me so I feel trough the fence" Lavi sighed "so as you can hear, I am not the one that did anything wrong here, even tough I might have taken a second or two too long to look" He could not deny that he was not at least a little lost in what he saw, he was a boy after all

kuro kept looking at lavi as he told his story or truth while she was trying to see if he was lie in some way, trying to read his body language.. but well kuro had never been good at that, see if people were lieing to her.. as lavi finish his story, Kuro gently turn around and walk two step away from him as she gently took a hand up to her lower lip and gently taped it, as she decide what to do with this pervert... or well partly innocent “i don’t know if I should believe you or not... perv... but I will let you go with a warning! And you also have to buy me dinner then!” said she and turn around to face him again with her warm normal smile and a finger pointing towards him... “but if I ever finds out you doing it again... the consivenes will never be the same!...”

slowly kuro began to walk towards him again, "lets go then.. im hungry..." said she as she gently walk passed him and opened up the door to the out side world..

Lavi looked at her, she was really trying to blackmail him, but it was not so bad, a dinner would not be the worst, and it was not required to be anything expensive after all, he just had to treat her, but it could not be now tough "I think I will need to take a rain check on that one, with the current trouble in the air and my meeting, I will not have time to treat you to dinner, but tell you what, I will find you one of the coming days and treat you to a meal" walked up to her looking much more relaxed and collected than before with a smirk on his face "and you saw my face after all, so it is not like I will run from the deal" Lavi leaned in close at her "and in case you still do not believe my word, then ill give you my name too, Lavi, Lavi Kusajishi" In a quick move he hurried past the girl and jumped over the fence that was outside, he really did not feel like being found by anyone else, and he also had duties to take care of, and he was way behind schedule now because of this trouble, the most trouble about this would probably be to find the girl again to repay her, as all he had to go out from was that the girl knew the 10th squad captain.

There was just something inside her that made a little jump of happiness as the guy accepted her terms, she had black mailed him to a dinner and the worse part of it was that she didn’t even feel bad about it either.. “fine then but it have to be in the following days! Or else you wont only have the 10 squad captain after you but also most part of Seireitei after you...” said she as he walked up to her, gently leaning a little back kuro tried to get a bit space between them as he suddenly leaned in close to her ”then i will remember that Lavi Kusajishi it was nice doing business with you” said as her head gently follow the guy as he hurried past her and jumped over a fence... kuro gently looked back towards the changing room again as she now knew the perv were long enough away she walk back into the chaning rooms to get maybe a hour or two inside the warm hot spring since it was to temating to just leave it again when everyone was gone from the place
