the snowball massacre (OPEN)

Kaiyo smirked lightly to herself, she had already prepared a fairly solid fort of snow. Compact at the front of a little cabin, it was a large tightly packed wall of snow that protected her. Hell, she'd even poured a bucket of water across it so it would freeze into ice. Now all she had to do was wait. Kaiyo had made a steady reserve of snowballs. All she needed was her victim, then she was good to go. A little blue bobble hat was all that could be seen behind her great wall of snow and ice. Kaiyo had wrapped up warm, ready for the long haul outside.

A pile of snow in his arms Hado slowly crept up behind Kaiyo. Once he was behind the cute girl he would dump the entire pile onto her shoulders before sitting down next to her.

"Consider that an alliance offer"!

A wide toothy grin was apparent on the playful guy's face as he took cover behind Kaiyo's makeshift fort. He didn't care if she snowballed him from point blank, the fact of the matter was he was also in arms reach of her large stockpile so if it turned into a close quarters combat brawl, it would still be fun!

Kuro had two tightly packed snowballs gripped tightly in his hands as he slowly moved through the shadows of the light being shone from the buildings. Instead of building a fort, he had decided to stick to shock and awe operations like he was used to. His lips were pursed and his eyes were intense as he crept along at a slow pace, shifting his gaze back and forth to watch out for other people, be they participants or not.

Kaiyo's shoulders tensed as the snow hit, her face screwed up to endure the stinging cold that began to run down her warm back in just seconds. Kaiyo spun around, shuffling her shoulders left and right until the last few sprinklings of snow were gone. Kaiyo glared at Hado for a moment, her eyes flickering to her reserve stash of snowballs. The thought occurred to start her onslaught. Banished by the realisation that her own arms were shorter than his, whilst she had pretty good aim, he'd reach the snow first.

Kaiyo dropped her shoulder with a playful grin. 'Deal! You take that side' she pointed to the left. Covering both sides could only increase defences. Kaiyo's eyes skimmed across the snow covered land. Littered with other cabins that were churning out waves of white clouds from the rumbling chimneys. The girl's head whipped around, 'Did you see that?' she called over to Hado, unable to find what she assumed was another combatant. Kaiyo's head dipped just above her great wall, her gloved hands gripping tightly to a snowball in each hand. The game was on.
