| Now then. To advance to rank 6 Quincy require another quincy of at least rank 9 to restore their powers upon the removal of their Sanrei glove.
I am hereby requesting the creation of a temporary high ranking member of the Quincy order, or leader. Until a PC of viable strength can take that position. This NPC will only be used for major events regarding the Quincy or it's members. Such as the rank 5-6 transition or any possible missions and the like. | |

| It was my understanding that Marly had already created a quincy NPC that will hold the rank 11 spot until a PC reaches said rank
