Personality: Tony is mostly an Hedonist, maybe a bit bit of an Narcissist, he does whatever he can too enjoy life the most on his own expense though ofcourse those he feel like people who deserves it, will get something to so to say, he mostly carefree, cause of his overly abillity to work things out and learn by the first look at a thing. He places high values in keeping himself in shape, both body and brain, he loves to work with what ever technology he can get his hands on, mostly develope his own out of it.

Special Characteristics: Tony is a genius at working with Technology ofcourse he in theory a wonder boy when it comes to anything but technology in itself thats where he shines the brightest, and he's also been meddling with the art of Pakour running.

Special Power-

General Power: Tony has the power to meld Spirit presure into technology and modify it in that manner, and through that being able to create his own network of Reiatsu working at the normal network of computers, so he would be able to gain connection to a device that for an example even wasn't connected to any kind of network, internet or alike, with hiw own creatable network. He will also be able to meld Reitsu into take a Weapon like a bomb.

Techniques/Abilities:
Basic 1: Tony is able to manipulate space with his spirit power to create a reverse explosion. an reverse explosion is the after effect of an normal explosion, after an explosion is made an equal reverse explosion is made where the presure of the air flowing back to the explosions start, creating a massive pressure at that point and a sucking power to that point for anything nearby.

Basic 2: Teleportation, in itself it should say whatever there needed to be said, you know what it does, but for good times sake I'll explain exactly what happens, in a manipulation of time and space, you put the time down for an object which is himself to move to another location down to zero, then by with the manipulation of space to make your own space value less than anything else letting you bypass anything, this techneque will leave your body rendered from doing any reitsu action the next 5 minutes or so (1 to 2 posts)

Basic 3:Tony can with a snap of his finger speed up the work of his muscles for a short ammount of time allowing his body to do normally impossible thing visually a small blue glow appears around him almost looking alike lightning yet it ain't lightning, and then his body will be able to do stuff he was unable to do before now possible. Though its own a short while boost in his body and comsumes a high ammount of reiatsu to make so contantly useing without a break could be deadly.

History:
Tony grew up in Denmark and went to the normal standard school though it didn't take long before the teachers noticed his exceptionally potential to learn new things, he was soon recommended to skip grades though his parents was hesitant, they thought that starting to skip grades would have a downside to it, as he would be studying with older people than himself, at a time where he was nothing but a boy he could be studying with the society known as the young adults certainly not something they would like to see happen. Though eventually it did, as Tony grew older the teacher rushed at skipping him as his knowledge was surpassing the things he should know he could read a book through a week and then know what others needed a year to learn, he could study on his own if he liked, though at some points he liked taking it slow just following the others, in the mean time enjoying life, but he soon realized the facts, as an 11 year old, the fun he would like to meddle with was unfortunally unattainable for him, he just wasn't old enough to experiment with explosives, cars and other interesting stuff, and then again he didn't want to become one of those geeks working for people to just spend their days trying things, no he wanted to be the guy having all the fun while making these inventions, but again he was slowed by his age, so he thought best to just kick back and study hard so he might be able to do the things he liked just as soon as he could, and he did, as 16 he graduated from the university in Denmark, and Denmark had shown him what it could, offer and he had accepted with open arms, and had gained a superior knowledge the network as it was, in secret he was using those things to his benefit as too hacking into databases not that he needed to though it gave him a certain status among his "friends" that he could do something like that, though in the end they saw him as nothing but a young guy way over his head just to be used, that’s why as he was offered to move for further study he couldn't turn it down, Japan, not to shabby some might say, he had gasped what knowledge about networks there was to get from Denmark over networks cell phones of course he had plans of taking good use of Denmark’s superior lead in cell phone network technology they were said to know the fastest yet.
On the flight to Japan Tony had his ever so trusted Laptop with him, where he sorta spend his time working on some superior hacking programs, he discovered something unknowingly as he was testing it through as he accidently connected to the Plains computer system, though at first it seemed so unreal, something that really wasn't supposed to happen, airplanes shouldn't even be connected, though he didn't think so much of that all he was thinking about was this new found way to hack, he had theory of bypassing any firewall a system could have by molding in to it first and then molding out behind it, it wasn't easy but that what was this program was for, he made this series of macros to make the transaction to work, and it seemed to work now, he spend his entire trip perfecting it, of course he was really care full no to screw up the air planes system.
It was first the day after in his apartment when he woke up he figured what he had done, he had made a connection to a computer without any form of connection, in the lines of computer technology that should be impossible, of course he could mistaken or the air plane he was flying had a some sort of connection to an internet but then again his laptop had no connection either, he couldn't see it possible to this ever happening, he started testing it, not before long he discovered that his laptop and only that was able to connect to other technological devices for some reasons yet his others couldn't, he was ready to spend the day figuring out why this could be as he looked on the clock seeing the time, having to run to school, of course, this school was just a thing he spent his time with he hoped to remain a normal boy and just learn about what Japan has to offer from the ground up, and this time he wouldn't skip classes.
He learned Japanese quickly alike any other language he had tried and soon was pretty well suited in the class, he spend his time the days after working on the systems on his laptop that should be so special, he gave up soon after though, as it all just didn't make sense, though he started working on something new, he had it with that along working with something he soon mind tracked leaving it for another time, he starting on working on a grid for this laptop to work on it went surprisingly well to make though he screwed something up, of course he had the computers and devises on the grid but accidently he had something else on it as well, he wasn't exactly sure what it was, but it seemed to be everywhere, it wasn't energy, is wasn't sound, it wasn't heat though his theory was send into it might be some pulse reading to a heartbeat though that didn't explain why is was a constant reading and why it was different from human to human, especially didn't explain why him and his computer was reading louder than the others. Though as he was expanding the grip out over Karakura town he found a large sum of this other reading combined in a large sum, somewhere on the outskirts. In Tony's hunger for solving this unknown source for his grip sensor to pick up, so he packed up his laptop and went down on his bike to ride out to the specified place, hoping that this place could solve his mystery.
As he got out there he opened up his laptop, and his grid soon finding the specified place of this reading finding it funny as he looked open the ruined and abandoned storage house, surely it was once something, he wasn't sure what, the sign of this place was ruined due to many years of rain, so what this place might have once been was uncertain, he looked up his laptop working on it for a few moments after a short while making the grid tridimensional, through that noticing it the source was underground, though he wasn't sure why but that lead him to believe it might be at this ruin's basement. With that he closed the laptop again, stepping into the place, it was a small place, must have been a warehouse or a shop once, the way the shelf’s was standing a shop would be the first choice of option, but after walking through the place, it might have been a house and a shop all together, though it wasn't small at all, there where paper lying around the place, but he didn't really care about, if this place wasn't connected to the source his laptop catched then the papers was uninteresting at the moment. After walking around this house/shop for a a small 15 minutes he find a way to get down, and a long very long ladder that was surprisingly well made due to it, not looking worn down at all, he climbed down the long stair as he got down he looked around in amazement to this place, it was as he was still outside in this rocky mountain, desert area, desert wasn't the right word, there was even tree's around here, he opened up his laptop, where the grid was messing up from all the readings around this place, for the computer to be able to follow this much he needed to gown down the single flat dimensional plan again, where he found out this whole place was flooded with this "source" of reading, but one place here was higher than all the others, he slowly started walking for this place, slowly he moved closer, and as he got over to it, he looked surprised at this big stone Gate way, though this was a funny thing it was a gateway to nothing, or so it seemed, this must be something special it has some sort of special reading at least. and that’s something, He was encouraged to spend time here, he quickly put down his laptop on the ground and ran back upstairs picking up every single paper he could find, stacking them up, putting them into boxes, taking them downstairs for reading them through, for the first time in his entire life had he had to read through these things more than once to understand this, this set himself a new theory complex of anything, all these notes about all these things existing, he had it hard to beleive that this work was not the work of some nutcase, but again all that kept him from believing that, was with his own eyes he has done stuff that should be impossible, and found this place with a reading of something that he had never discovered before, He called in sick to school, was properly gone for a month or so, just spending his time around this place, it was amazing, there was explanations for what he had discovered, apparently what he had made was a Reiatsu sensor, apparently, and he later on discovered the reasons behind him being able to link to computers, the key was reiatsu, it had been spilling off him on to this laptop for a year, and now he had start modifying on itself, again after sidetracking a few hundred times, he had learned about the basics of this reiatsu, about his abillity or power he didn't know what to call it, it had taken much of his time though, these notes weren't all valuable some where just mindles drawings of bunny's or rabbits something like that, and it all took long to scan and fix so it was actually readable he had only just peaked on the knowledge of this great guy, whose name he didn't even know he hoped to find the name now totally washed away on one of these notes, so he at least knew who he should thank for all this knowledge so easily handed too him, it was certainly something he was going to use every bit off, at least most of it was true, but some parts he mostly discarded as nothing, there was talk about Shinigami's and hollows spirits and alike, he put it into a discard pie, though never through it out, neither did he do so with drawings and anything else, and he praised himself lucky he didn't have has he finally found something on this mighty gate in front of him. the "Senkaimon Gate" was apparently a gate way designed for even humans to pass through these before spoken dimensions, between the realm of Shinigami, and even the realm of the Hollows as it appeared though the hollow realm wasn't something that was the first intention of this gate. But how this thing worked was nowhere near his level of knowledge the plans used terms he was sure to discover later on, he hoped at least, but for now he was sidetracked to go back and learn about hollows and shinigami's though again he was faced with terms he knew nothing about, this had had to have been made by someone who knew about the tearms of a Shinigami and a hollow, they spoke of something called a Zanpakuto but never what exactly it was, something about it being within yourself, it all made no sense, names and item, in the end he had to give up and take what he could understand hoping for it to reveal itself on a later date. He knew after a month time he couldn't just stay there
so he started packing up, the stuff and bringing it back home with the stuff he had gotten words out of as a priority, he saved the rest to take home for later, as he would wait until he had found a better way to find out was standing there, so he wouldn't put the papers out under unnecessary light so he could get the most out of these notes, and hopefully also this person’s name.
Tony's mind soon sidetracked though he sort of forgot about it all for a small 6 months he was faced with a new idea on his head, classes where easy, he made it with ease, though teachers kept him seated when tests were done, though he took it with ease, as he started programming, he had hacked himself data on these blue prints to create an Artificial Intelligence computer program though he soon found the flaws of this blue print and started correcting his faults, soon he totally skipped the idea starting from the scrap and it was a success, this was the first of Tony's breakthroughs He named it Zelia, it made him famous, or it could have if he had been older than the age of 17 no one believed him, not a soul, so he spent his time working on perfecting it, to learn from its own faults, though never too make it have its own self-control, it was all down to what Tony himself allowed it to learn and do. it was designed to do whatever he asked him to do following what some commands and as he needed them whenever he found a thing he would want Zelia to do he asked it, and when it said it couldn't do it he manually installed whatever was necessary to make the needed action soon he linked Zelia to the internet and that way let the system search for a suitable solution should he not have installed one himself, and then it'd update itself. Tony soon had to spend money on hardware space for Zelia to lie on plus a duplicate amount of backup. His studies and intellect weren't going unnoticed, he was picked up by the same agency that had originally asked if he wanted to go down here to study, their thoughts had been confirmed over all expectations apparently and now Tony was contacted by them again, to meet them.
Their interest had been peeked about his brilliant mind, but that alone wasn't enough to convince them he was the man they where looking for it all was so secret, it was a company yet it wasn't the company alone was a secret to most of the world, it didn't have to be but it was, cause of some of the things that had been done in the company, obviously Tony wasn't told the things, but when they where done explaining they offered him the job as the overhead of this corporation cause of his superior intellect, and something they would explain once he had accepted, though tony didn't feel like going by someone's else rules, he smirked softly then letting out a "No" He then leaned forward, continuing "You can't afford me..." He leaned back getting ready to leave, as they stopped him, telling about this corporations fortune and that Tony would be in charge of both those and of keeping it from being broke, though for now there was almost endless money, When that kind of money came onboard then tony had it hard not to resist, he accepted afterwards following these guys out in a car, driving to this corporation, he reported in sick to the school staying away a week’s time, the time being spent on adjusting to the school, he would have wanted to quit school, but the men of the corporation advised him not to since going to school would be a good front none the less, Tony didn't like it but before he was 18 he couldn't say a thing, so it was only one week before he wen back to school. Tony's inventions went slow now he was getting used to running a company and was told all sorts of stuff about this corporation soon he realized why he had been chosen over any other genius, there was being worked on stuff with reiatsu involved here, most of the henchmen where adjusted to use reiatsu them self, so of course the boss should be able to, Tony didn't officially make many inventions, though he perfected his reiatsu sensor both on the flat plan and the tridimensional plan. And he spent sometime enhancing his own powers by using technology to bypass all what people know since he had talent with making the impossible happen, with his gifted hands for technology, of course he realized that it was his own powers that made him able to do stuff none other could, since he enhanced the device with reiatsu making things either easier to create or making impossible things possible.
Tony did work on one thing though holographic computers he was the first to create a system for a whole room, of course that alone made the company rich, it was released on his 18th birthday along with Tony inventing a name for the hidden corporation, Rourke Industries, it was a foolish thing to do thought many but in general you could earn more money being the one selling the success then selling the device for someone else to sell, Tony knew it would be a success so of course he would also want credit for it, he loved the attention, the media swarmed around him, yet never on schools or on the corporation luckily some might say.
Tony did though upgrade the holographic computer to a handheld version of a pair of gloves, yet this wasn't something he wanted everyone to go around with, also the main reason why his hand held version worked so well was because it was linked to his lovely AI Zelia, that of course had an increased storage now, it worked well though he needed to make sure only he and those he really allow can use on of these pairs, he didn't want them stealing his technology, so the gloves had an imprinted reiatsu and DNA scanner in it, so only those with a match of his Reiatsu and his DNA could use them, he could also set it too leech out acid should he know beforehand the guys after him where really bad guys. his corporation wasn't him alone, he had made 3 divisions of development departments, Weapons, Technology and Energy. Energy, and to be able to work on these things whenever he needed to he had to make a public place, and he knew just the spot, of course he first legally bought the ground, before carefully building it over a certain senkai gate, he had loads of people search it through for papers, notes, computers anything with information related material before destroying the house, of course leaving the way to get down under the earth, the architect was surprised when Tony didn't want a basement but then again, he was the person paying so he was the one in charge, this was properly not what the people who hired him had hoped he would do, but he did it none the less, in the skyscraper he had his office which of course looked more like a party house which was a whole floor to himself high up where he had a nice view of things, it was there he installed his own Holographic computer system, of course with Tony's mind it had to usable on the whole floor, not just one room.
On the side of the skyscraper was a large loge saying Rourke Industries, it was to inline the world to his existence, his weapon department was the one most public, though not half of what they designed was ever bought, along with he energy department though to many it looked like a publicity stunt it was actually something Tony worked a lot on, since his gloves needed power he needed a source of power that didn't run out if he had to be away from society for a long amount of time, we're talking months and the only way to do that, was if he could make a generator so good and small it could be in his gloves or just on him, after a brief month or cutting mostly everyday in school, he had a success, to create a system, that through a special kind reactor worked to both drive itself in power and have an increasing value to use, it was many people had thought possible, it was named the Omega reactor, though it was filling a whole room, he gave up on it, for 6 months then newfound ideas had popped into his mind, other materials he could use for a more effective device, and again he used several weeks to make it all over, he did it alone though, it was something he wasn't sure would work, so he wanted to work in peace he did it on his own floor, with his lovely assistant Zelia as his only help, it was a great help though, He compressed it into the size of a normal cell phone, though it was imperfect, but all he could do right now, all his knowledge allowed him to, he should be able to make battery sized reactors but that was something he couldn't do with this technology it was just to dangerous, the chances of it exploding was to high at such a compressed source of power, and the material used would be both deadly when exploding on itself, and is very likely o do that should there be too much friction between the same molecules over a short amount of time. But again now he could recharge his gloves anytime just by having something on him by nothing more in a cell phone in size, brilliant and the gloves alone could at least last a day or two under massive use. so recharging it once a day with the reactor should prove the device being able to last forever, in theory.
He went back to school again, acting more alike a normal boy in his school times, it was very rare he learned something, of course it did happen mostly in the classes that wasn't really his own line of expertise but it wasn't hard to learn, it just kind of bored him it wasn't nearly as fascinating as the technology around us all.
After everything on Rourke Industries had become more of a daily life he remembered the senkaimon gate lying in the underground, and he had still yet to see one of these shinigami's but even the company assured him Shinigami's was a reality and they weren't really the ones you'd want to mess around with all this fear annoyed Tony alot, why where Shinigami's superior in any way, to him they where nothing but a myth and he haven't seen them do anything, so what’s the big deal about Shinigami, these Death God's all these things lead him to study harder on the senkaimon gate, he knew it should still be active from all his readings of flowing in reiatsu, though of course he know nothing about activating this thing here, it was all to complex for even him to comprehend here, even with his new funds helping him he could do nothing, he was out of ideas that should be able to help him here. He figured he needed to see one of these Shinigami's before actually being able to use this gate, and right now it wasn't really something he wanted to use either, weapons weren't really something he had great interest in, though he knew that would be the secure way to keep a great flow of money to himself, and as of now he doesn't have the use of carrying a weapon on him, nothing threatened him greatly, he could get away if he wanted to mostly all the time, in his free time to keep his body in shape and his mind clear of the gloomy rooms on the corporations laps he ran Pakour it was a great way to exercise while having fun, and it lead him to know the city he was in better of course in general he could do it anywhere and the places he did it in he would eventually know better than before, sometimes he would use Zelia to calculate the best route to take, taking his own abilities in to all the calculations of course, it gave him a rush when he only barely made it though he didn't have a wish for dying either. So he stayed safe and only did what he knew his own body would allow him to, it did happen he failed but mostly it meant nothing more than a few scratches over his knee's and that was that. As he got closer to the age of 19 he started caring less about the Corporation it worked on itself, he started enjoying life in the best ways, he saw no reasons not to he had everything he wanted, he did work on a few things from time to time, to make himself famous with his superior works but that’s was also about it, he grew more and more famous, and he enjoyed the attention, it was almost a greater rush than a nearly falling down from the roof, of course all this attention made him being able to talk back fast a given choice to learn fast with all these reporters, he needed to learn it and so he learned it, smart comments and other quick things to say, for almost any situation, if the situation was wrong just say something out of topic and that will do anyway, it will leave them stunned for maybe 2 minutes which is more than enough time to get away from there, most of the time.
The media never pursued him at his work place or in school though which was great it gave him time to relax, he also sometimes to small weekend trip to cool off completely. All in all he just waited for things to change so something interesting and worth working on would appear again, until then he would make the best out of life, and look the best while doing it.

lol, I figured that'd be Sal's decision. All this information (at least the stuff after moving to Japan) really could've been rp'ed out over time, but if you feel like making it the background, then there's no problem with that.

The only thing that confuses me is the list of techniques. Most powers tend to follow a general theme but these techniques seem to be all over the place. Maybe I'm just missing the central idea here, but none of them are particularly overpowered. (The reiatsu interference after teleporting balances that out.) I find this app acceptable. If we'd be willing to grant ranks, I'd only go as far as 1 or 2. The effort in the app is nice, but we can't go nuts all the time.
