i am so confused on the new ranking system and how it applies to the stats i have now ....help plezzz

You have to re-submit you bio and chance you stat so you have 60 points divide up in spirt pressure , speed, intell , fighting skill.

what about the points have earned do i get to keep those

Unfortunately no sorry to say everyone is given 60 point to divide up no more can be earned. To make your character stronger you have to submit a rank up request

can i used past topics as a apart of the rank up form

I think to some degree you can but I can't really say yes or no to that will have to wait on either Marly or Kaiyo to find out or maybe Kuro knows.

lol, Leden...long time no see. I thought you'd left us for good. Nice to have you back. In most cases of those that were members before the switching of the system we can put prior character development into play. You might be able to have your resubmitted app approved for a rank 1 to start off with instead of starting at the bottom rank 0. Maybe (I can't stress that enough) rank 2 if you're lucky.

You don't have to link it. Just copy and paste your old bio to a new thread in the application area. Just change the stat point section to work with the new template. The old bios are all in the archives section at the bottom of the main forum page.

Alright i approved your application as a Rank 1, you can see if marly or Kaiyo will converse about changing it to rank 2, OR you can just RP alllitle and rank up normally...

hmm, i reckon Leden should be given a rank 2 personally, his char would likely have translated to that much at any rate...of course this is but my humble opinion i await others
