Makes Perfect. (Kaiyo)

After a fast flash of silver the training dummy's head fell off and rolled to add to a pile of six. The dummy was quickly replaced and move strikes were cut into until it's head rolls off and made the pile bigger.

Ri had been training for sometime now and had already had his clothing shredded to bit from a sparing match he had earlier against a squad mate. He started running again toward the dummy as it went to guard it's self but Ri pushed off his right foot hopped to the dummy's left then hopping of his left he brought his blade through the dummy in one strike.

Ri returned his blade to it sheath and started to walk away to have a short breather and noticed he hadn't heard the dummy's head roll off yet. He turned around and pointed his hand at the dummy
"May the black sounds of those that have felt death emit and destroy. Hado! seven Black Thunder"

A wave of black reiatsu was shoot from Ri's hand and with a thunderous noise it struck the dummy. After the dust settled and the dummy was no more but Ri hadn't waited to see he'd already moved to the edge of the training area to take a short breather.

Kaiyo grimmed slightly as she appeared in front of Ri, 'Really? You wanna use Kido?' she smirked in a playful tone. Sitting down on the floor in a bored manner. Kaiyo spent most of her days wandering, seeing as she had people assigned to do paperwork for her, she only ever got to read through the interesting stuff. Kaiyo blew a stray strand of hair out of her face, as it fell messily back into place behind her headband. 'That was some nice slicing though' she mused. It didn' take long for Kaiyo to decide she wanted to some training herself, the girl hopped up to her feet and smiled at Ri.

'Okay, we're gunna do some fighting now' she nodded, not even considering Ri may not want to, hell if he liked he could take it as an order, she didn't care, she was just bored. Kaiyo hopped from one foot to the other, her smiling growing as sh continued bouncing, 'So what kinda trainin do ya wanna do?' she grinned, considering that a hand to hand fight might be fun.

Ri smiled for some reason captain seem to love picking fight with him or maybe he love picking fight with them but either way he ended fight captain too much for his own health. He pushed off the ground and landed near the centre of the now deserted training area.

"We just go at each other and see what happens. Only way to get better is to keep whacking at it" Ri said as he look his Zanpakuto and started playfull spinning over and around his hand.

"Come on then Ladies first and your the closest thing we got" Ri said as a cocky little grin slid it's way over his smug face. He caught his Zanpakuto's hilt and took his normal defensive stance expecting a hard first attack.

Kaiyo's smile dropped at Ri's comment. The girl didn't give many orders, or rules for that matter, but Kaiyo held a certain hatred for being goaded in combat, or for one of her squad members to disobey an order or be just down right rude. The girl laughed lightly, her anger only thinly veiled as her right hand moved to the back of her head and slipped off her red headband. Kaiyo wrapped the material gently around her right hand and wrist, tying a tight knot at the bottom.

Kaiyo smirked lightly as she began bouncing from her left to her right foot again. The girl vanished from sight for a moment, moving as fast as her shunpo would allow her as she appeared behind Ri. shooting her glowing fist into the small of Ri's spine; Kaiyo had added a bit of extra reiatsu to get some more power. The girl flash stepped again, her hair still rushing and clothes fluttering each time she landed, this time it was in front of Ri. The girl held her stance upon appearance, starting with a left hook to the side of Ri's face, followed right uppercut to the guys jaw and finished with a push kick to the guys stomach.

Kaiyo flash stepped backwards a few paces, smirking at Ri, 'Now why not try an be nice about it' she said in an unusually cold tone. Not even looking the slightest bit out of breath.

Ri wasn't sure what just happened , all he remember was taking his stance then being laid out of the ground. He hard kaiyo speak and figure see must of knock him the hell out of it. The movement he move he could of feel pain but with the adrenaline kicking in it soon dull.

"Didn't mean to piss ya off was only a wee joke" Ri said as he slowly stood up and made mental note that there were some jokes Kaiyo wouldn't take. "Some witty banter is always good for you"

Kaiyo ruffled the back of her hair lightly, not really paying attention to what Ri was saying, 'Yeah, so's being nice to your opponent, or Captain' she smirked lightly, feeling better for hitting the guy a bit. Kaiyo did however enjoy not using her Zanpaktou, and decided she'd leave it sheathed for a while longer. 'Okay, here i come' she warned, rushing towards Ri the short Captain drew back her right fist slowly, jabbing quickly against Ri's gut with her left hand as she reached close enough. Kaiyo turned to her side as she aimed a roundhouse kick just above Ri's left hip. The girl remained in close quarters, waiting for Ri to attacks. Kaiyo's attacks were slower this time as well.

Ri realize that he may of overstepped the captain-subornation line with his earlier comment and he made note to apologize after the fight. He was stuck in his head to much and only noticed Kaiyo when she was to close to dodge.

The first hit winded Ri and brought him to a knee , he cursed himself for taking his mind off the fight. He felt Kaiyo leg strike his kidney but he used his right hand to brace himself for the impact then twisted his arm around kaiyo leg and went to pull her off her feet but as he did Kaiyo second leg came around , hit Ri square in the face and sent his flying over training area.

He bounced hard off the ground a few time before snapping back to reality and by roll he regained his stance and started taking deep breaths. He notice she hadn't drew her Zanpakuto yet just like their last fight.

Kaiyo's eyes widened with a momentary panic as Ri took a hold of her leg, the girl tumbled backwards in time with Ri, skidding along the ground before grinding to a halt on her left knee. Kaiyo jumped back up with a faint smile, 'Aren't you gunna attack me yet?' she quizzed Ri, wondering if tha guy hadn't wanted to because she hadn't drawn her Zanpaktou yet.

Kaiyo tapped the hilt of her sword as she walked a few paces closer to Ri. The girl's smile grew as she pushed off her left foot, running towards Ri, Kaiyo hung close to the wall, nearing just a metre or so away before she leapt to the side, pushing off the wall with her right foot as she spun round with a flying rounhouse kick aimed at the left side of Ri's jaw. Kaiyo rolled to the ground a she landed, standing back up straight as she held a combat stance. Her guard raised and her red headband still tied tightly around her right hand.

Ri stance was stable enjoy that he took Kaiyo's kick without losing balanced. His left side of his face turned red and so did his eyes. He stared at Kaiyo for a moment then with the slightest movement of his feet he vanished from sight.

He flashed stepped and landed just behind Kaiyo's right shoulder even though he'd aimed for her left. He quickly changed the angle of his strike to come downward diagonally left but he'd expect to end up at her left to the strike was only going to hit her right arm and didn't have much force in it.

Element of surprise: check. Kaiyo should have been abke to react fast enough, in fact she was slightly annoyed she hadn't. The girl didn't know Ri could flash step, so in the time her brain took to realise he was behind her, the strike was already well underway. Kaiyo spun around quickly on the ball of her foot, quickly pushing her body backwards to try and avoid the strike. The girl landed a few metres to the side of Ri, still looking surprised as she glanced down to her right arm. A slit at the top of her uniform fell down as a trickle of blood seeped from the small slice at the top of her arm.

Kaiyo looked up with an approving smile to Ri, 'Nice shunpo' she smirked. Kaiyo still didn't want to use her sword though, not yet, especially not since things got more interesting. The short Captain flash stepped slowly to the side of Ri, she wanted him to be able to follow her movements. Standing facing his left hip, Kaiyo dropped to the ground, sweeping her leg along at Ri's feet in an attempt tp drop him to the floor. The girl lunged her body upwards from the ground, leading with a palm thrust aimed at Ri's chin.

Ri had been expecting Kaiyo to sweep at his feet at some stage in the fight and when she did he was ready to hands and push off them to regain his stance but he hadn't expect the strike the chin.

Ri wasn't able to recover and was sent across the sparing area hittng off the ground. He didn't waste time and got straight back to his feet. He focus his mind and flash stepped behind Kaiyo and took his time striking but before his sword was near kaiyo he flash stepped to her front and continued the strike

Kaiyo followed Ri's movement carefully, twisting her body as she prepared to try and knock his sword out of his hand as he struk. Kaiyo frowned slightly as Ri flash stepped again, following his shunpo once more, Kaiyo had to change her reaction now, which was a minor annoyance. The girl slid her Zanpaktou half out the sheath as she brought it up to block Ri's strike, her blade still pushing against Ri's Kaiyo slid her's back into the sheath as she made a swift movement around Ri. Her Zanpaktou falling back into the sheath the girl placed her left foot at the side of his body, stepping to the side of his body as she spun around.

Kaiyo moved out her left elbow as she moved around Ri, using her momentum to aim a jab at the small of his back in her turn. Kaiyo took her stance behind Ri once more, notholding it for more than a second before she moved in closer. Shooting a barrage of fast punches against his back, she had to be quick, before he moved round with her Zanpaktou.

Ri tried to maintain his stance well Kaiyo used his back as a punching bag but eventually his left leg hand to move forward and he stumbled away from Kaiyo. He returned his to previous stance and twisted his back slightly which made a serious of cracks.

Ri charged at Kaiyo leading with his Zanpakuto , he was a few steps away from her when he trusted his Zanpakuto ,let go of it and flash stepped. The Zanpakuto continued on it's past for Kaiyo thought it had no strength behind it.

Ri flashed stepped behind Kaiyo this time he'd arrived on his mark. He swung his first for Kaiyos spine hoping to shock her for a moment. He was ready to step out of the way should she moved and let his Zanpakuto strike him.
