((Challenge me! I welcome all fighters to this topic, whether you are Captain Commander level or a mere normal Hollow, every combatant in this thread will be treated as if they were all equally maxed out in every parameter possible. This is a playing field that is unevened only by the abilities your character possessed and your personal rp skill. Feel free to use characters from other websites or ones from this one I don't care either way, I also welcome multiple opponents at once! Seen the previous foe fall before me and think you know exactly how to defeat me but need an ally to distract me? I welcome the challenge of two foes just as strong as me. I bet everything on my skill as an rper and am confident I can defeat ever last challenger. Anyone can join in at any time to back up another in a fight against me, you will be fresh and I fatigued from the fight however if I manage to kill all foes on the current field any ones who come after will fight me fully recovered.

Amido stood in the middle of a vast and seemingly endless flat plain under a sunny cloudless sky, it was a battle ground that would give advantage to none and fairness to all. The former king of Las Noches had his hands slid into the pockets of his electric blue coat as the winds made the over garment dance gracefully as if it had a life of it's own. He then removed one hand from the pocket to reach up and run though his medium length hair before scratching his head and smiling softly, "今日はいい天気ですね。。。" Amido said softly to himself as he took in a deep breath through his nose and exhaled to let his body fully relax and enjoy the good weather. He was wearing his usual metal bottomed geta sandals and long black, loose fitting pants that were held up by weighted white cloth which was also wrapped around either of his arms. Under the coat previously mentioned he wore a plain white t-shirt and his hollow mask sat atop his head as a lightning shaped crown of sorts. He was hear today because he received word that a rift in dimensions would be opening up and fighters from other universes would gather to fight to the death and Amido decided that he was no longer needed in this world and that he might as well go out with a blaze...

((there is the setting, Its not much I know, I'm kind of in a hurry and to be honest the intro doesn't much matter considering the nature of this thread. Let the games begin!))

Kuroi was sucked through the rift, as he was delivering his application for 0 squad the papers luckly stayed his end but now he saw the plain. Kurio crashed through, he felt the arrancar's reatsu and was puzzeled by it for a moment. Either way it was an arrancar, Kuroi drew his Zanpaktou and said, Defuorume, Teiden! and watched the haze grow around his blade...

"3 minutes until go time"

Kuroi jumped 15 feet up into the air and yelled Bakuto 62 Hyapporankan!!! Aiming it at the arrancar. Hoping it would give him some time

Kuroi said quickly careful not to mess up this long incantaion

"Limit of the thousands hands, respectful hands, unable to touch the darkness. Shooting hands unable to reflect the blue sky. The road that basks in light, the wind that ignited the embers, time that gathers when both are together, there is no need to be hesitant, obey my orders. Light bullets, eight bodies, nine items, book of heaven, diseased treasure, great wheel, grey fortress tower. Aim far away, scatter brightly and cleanly when fired.

Hado 91 Senjū Kōten Taihō!!! And of course he fired that at the arrancar too.

Amido was content simply enjoying the blissful good weather however it seemed that his purpose for coming here had arrived and the first fighter came crashing onto the field though a rift. He seemed to be a bit confused momentarily before noticing Amido and becoming "en garde" as they say. He was obviously a shinigami by the way the sword he drew transformed, Amido simply smiled and removed his hand from his pockets fully now and let them rest casually at his sides which just so happened to be his combat stance. As the shinigami jumped into the air he began speaking a familiar incantation that Amido recognized as soon as he heard the number, it was a bakudo shinigami used to bind their foes and any second now Amido expected the multiple binding lights to converge on his location from several sides. Being able to know what was to come was what saved Amido this time, if he had never encountered the spell before he surely would be in trouble however as the lights formed and converged on him Amido was already stepping forward and to the side a bit slipping through two of the lights just in time to have all six collide as the meet blank air as opposed to their target.

The shinigami would then begin some sort of incantation of another spell that Amido was not familiar with and so he didn't think it would be good to sit around and find out what it was, "Nice to meet you, I'm Amido Apolinar ^^" is all Amido would say maintaining a genuine peaceful smile as he rose one of his hand in the air and snapped his fingers. A powerful arc of electricity would form and Amido would then swipe his hand through the air causing the electricity to fly towards it's target as an arch-shaped blade of lightning and reiatsu that moved roughly the same speed as a bala. The Severing Arc was aimed for one of the shinigami's arms and wasn't at full strength since the name of the technique wasn't spoken however it still threatened to cut into a limb pretty deep as well as electrocute and shock whatever it touched. It's main purpose was to simply for the shinigami to stop preparing his spell and dodge, Amido could only hope it had a long incantation or at least one long enough for the very high speed attack to make it in time.

Kuroi saw the arc coming to him...He thought how it resembled his shikai's own ability... and stopped his incantaion. He would be injured if he continued. Kuroi shunpo'ed to the ground and Carried the energy he had been gathering into another kidou.

"My name is Kuroi Sora, 0 division, the last thing you will ever see is me. Hado 88 Hiryugekizokushintenraiho" he fired the blast at Amido by now it it had been 2 minutes. 1 more and he would be playing in his own battle field. He gripped Teiden, he felt him urging for bankai, he sensed the immense power of Amido...

If you dont bankai now you might not get the chance!
If i bankai now i will have no ace in the hole, and anyway not even my fellow captains can defeat me in my shikai.
Very well...

Kuroi started to gather more reatsu, which was abundant for him.
"Hado 32 Ōkasen!" which he also fired at the arrancar's body. Kuroi then took his zanpaktou in both hands and shunpo'ed 50 feet up, ready for any attack from the arrancar.

Amido looked down as the shinigami maneuvered to dodge the attack, thankfully it seemed to serve it's purpose of canceling the spell however the man wasted no time in firing off another after a rather rude introduction. The arrancar's eyes widened a bit as yet another unfamiliar spell that was obviously of great destructive power was unleashed his way, it was times like this that it paid off to be a speed specialist as Amido dived out of the way to narrowly escape the azure blue blast of reiatsu. He could still feel the heat from the blast on his feet as he dodged landing only to look to his left and see the shinigami fire another blast of reiatsu. All these spells were starting to get a bit annoying and this one was fired at Amido just as he was landing from a dodge, trying to escape yet again would prove difficult especially seeing that it was a wide range spread attack. Instead of dodging this one Amido would meet it head on.

This first hadou sent had now detonated in the distance causing a massive explosion behind Amido as he cocked his fist back as if he were about to punch the wave of destructive force heading his way. Amido quickly gathered reiatsu into his fist and then punched forwards releasing a concussive shockwave of air pressure. The sound of thunder would crackle throughout the field as Amido's attack broke the sound barrier for a moment. The display of power would serve as a sort of shield, the blast wave countering the bulk of the spell while the rest of it passed either side of Amido harmlessly.

The smoke from the colliding reiatsu's enshrouded Amido for a moment until a gust of wind cleared it away to reveal him unscathed looking up at his opponent with a blank expression. The emotions of peaceful happiness were gone from his face as he donned his battle expression, one that lacked all sign of feeling as if Amido were staring blankly into a void. His target appeared to be about 50 feet up in the air and was no longer on the attack, for now at least. If Amido was going to snuff this foe he would have to do so soon as he appeared to be a kidou specialist and thus was quite the dangerous opponent to face.

The familiar sound of Sonido would echo as Amido vanished from the ground and appeared in the air level with his opponent and to his left about ten feet away. Amido would swiftly point his finger at the Taichou and release a light blue cero instantaneously without a charge time. The cero wasn't quite as strong as a normal cero and instead of being deadly upon impact it would wash over whatever it hit dealing damage over time. This was Amido's specialized instant cero which dealt full damage of a normal cero overtime by firing longer. The trick behind the ability was to charge while firing the attack, surely it would catch the shinigami off guard as cero's usually had charge times and weren't quite as fast. Considering the close range and lack of distance between them dodging would not be an easy task.

As Rashir was walking, he found a rift in space. This rift piqued his curiosity. He decided to investigate the anomaly. He walked into the rift and saw that he arrived in a large plain. There was a fight between an Arrancar and a Shinigami when he arrived. He stayed far enough away that his reiatsu was barely noticeable.

As the battle continued, the Shinigami looked as if he was having a harder time throughout the battle. This may have been an act, but the Arrancar used Sonido and reappeared level with the Shinigami. It fired a cero instantly. Damn! Rashir said to himself. He used Shunpo to appear in front of the Shinigami before the cero hit him. Jinsei o nusumu, Sora Shukketsu... He released his Zanpakutou with these words and blocked the cero with the edge of the scythe. Odd... Cero are usually much stronger than this. He thought. He turned his head towards the Shinigami and said, Rashir Chikara, it's a pleasure. His face was entirely void of expression.

The cero began to push at him with greater force. It's getting stronger... It's breaking through! He told himself. He put forth much effort to keep splitting the cero to go around them in two streams. Move! He yelled at the Shinigami.

Kuroi Watched the arrancar move to his level and charge a cero and fire? what how is this possible... he then saw out to the corner of his eye he saw another being intercept the cero. Kuroi was simply amused by the Words "Move" as they came out of the intercepting man's mouth. Kuroi said,"Bakuto 81 Danku" He felt the cero ever increasing in power as his kidou blocked it for the time being but calmly said. "This is literally my battle field... or at least, it is now... Kurai Kazumi!" He held Teiden upside down and watched the Darkness((get the name now?)) spread across to cover a cubed mile of area... his reatsu compleatly shrouded in his shikai he was untraceable and unseeable.

He started walking to the left of his Danku and when he was out of the cero's firing line let it go... Kuroi pointed where he sensed the arrancar to be(this is exsactly where you are, see application in above posts) and his blade crackled with teh red light and he called out "Akai Denkou!" and fired it, and shunpo'ed away from the firing point because it was clearly visable even in Kurai Kazumi, going straight down to the ground.

Amido was surprised by the sudden arrival of another opponent whom blocked his cero by using shunpo to get in the way and his zanpakutou to split the destructive reiatsu's path. This gave the shinigami time to put up a barrier type spell Amido recognized as a powerful shield. Once his cero was done a mass of darkness spread out from his opponents location wrapping everything in an obscured black veil. If this was one of the shinigami's shikai then it was obviously an extreme one as the shroud had a density of reiatsu to it and this spread out for quite a far distance from what Amido could feel. It wasn't long before he could hear the first shinigami call out an attack name which was soon followed by a quick red bolt of lightning being fired Amido's way.

The Arrancar wasn't about to let an unknown attack hit him and swiftly swayed to the left and then descended about 15 feet. Chances are at least one of his foes could see him in this darkness and Amido needed to test this as he reached down to grab the hilt of his zanpakutou's wakizashi form, wrapped in an elegant purple ray skin with a golden hilt that had masterfully designed lightning bolts etched into it's surface. He drew the short defensive blade swiftly revealing it's pale glowing blade to the darkness and held it close to his body. The soft glow put out by Kenichi's own reiatsu and the occasional bolt of electricity that arced along Amido's sword seemed to give a small amount of light, but only just enough to tell what was right in front of him. He quickly sheathed the weapon once more as right now it was simply giving his foes a light source to pin point his location. Amido now let himself descend another 15 feet or so and dashed to his right a bit so he was now at a new location. For now he could do nothing but wait as he listened closely the his surroundings.

Rashir had not entirely been able to block the cero. It made him start bleeding in a few places and he was slightly burned. Thanks to his Zanpakutou, he was still alive and very capable of fighting. He noticed that the bleeding and gave a slight laugh. More power to me then... He whispered to himself.

Then a darkness swept over the three of them and became pitch black. Rashir waited for a sign to see where the enemy was. Then there was a red bolt of electricity that flew past him. This surprised him slightly, but it hit nothing. If he remembered correctly, the shinigami was behind him, so the bolt was fired either at him or at the arrancar in front of him. He hoped it was the latter.

There was now an extremely faint light in front of him, and he figured that it was the arrancar. He pointed the blade at the light and muttered, Ketsueki Dansu... The blood flowing from his wounds quickly solidified and formed spikes in front of him and sped toward the light. Before the spikes reached their target, the light disappeared and the target was likely to have moved. Damn... He then moved twenty feet upwards, as not to be found from his voice.

Kuroi waited as he finished his whispering incantaion, he found his target, this time the being who saved him, he would just get in the way

Kuroi yelled as he fired it he also took the time to prepare for a binding spell on the arrancar he went to the ground and landed softly, and amped his reatsu, which was only just barely hinted within Kurai Kazumi, for his bankai, he wished to finish this quickly to get back to his duties.

((You hate me? You're the one making it so I cant really fight you and have fun and are, from how your post reads, attacking your own back up :/ However I wont have to deal with you for much longer it seems. You've used quite a few kidou spells of very high level, some without incantation and even one with massive reiatsu bank's such as yourself will be feeling the fatigue soon enough. While I myself have used hardly any reiatsu and am still unscathed by all of your best efforts to damage me. I shall end you now in order to clear the field of this ridiculous darkness that impedes me from enjoying this thread.))

Amido heard the shout of the hadou being fired and while it was still a spell he did not know, he could guess from the number being so high that it was a powerful one. It was impossible to know what was after Amido this time however judging from the direction his opponents voice came from Amido would be at least able to guess where the attack was coming from. He took what he could only guess to be the best course of action and broke into a sonido causing the sound of the static like buzz to sound through the atmosphere once again, narrowly dodging the wave of kidou projectiles that crashed into the location he was just standing in. Amido appeared on the ground with another buzz, his kidou wielding opponents biggest mistake however was that he didn't make an effort to move after casting his spell. The location Amido appeared as his sonido ended was non other then right in front of the darkness enveloped shinigami, with blinding speed Amido swiftly drew both of his zanpakuto and slashed outwards with them in one smooth motion. Iaido the techniques of drawing a weapon and attacking all in the same movement was applied here for the sake of speed and getting the jump on his opponent. The dull glowing light that the reiatsu of his zanpakutou would illuminate the local area even if only for a moment, which should be just long enough for Amido to visually see his supposedly untraceable attacker. The attack was deadly but not too hard to dodge, however if it revealed Kuroi visually and then put him on the move defensively then it would have served it's purpose. Amido knew this move was risky as hell since the other shinigami would be able to see Amido's light as well, he could only hope that the spell sent at him would distract him long enough for this split second tactic to succeed. That was all Amido would need...just one split second...

((Sorry I took so long to edit. I couldn't go home for a while because someone got shot in the park next to my house... Sketchy, I know, but we can't afford to get a new house. And I'm sorry if I offended you guys.))

Rashir's patience had paid off. As he waited, the shinigami shouted the name of a high level kidou. Hmm... He's not even attempting to reserve his reiatsu. He thought. He looked towards the man's voice, and the spell was directed at him. There were spears of light heading towards him. Not good... Looks like I'll have to use it, if only for a moment. He thought. He threw his scythe at one of the spears and curled his body into a ball. His hollow mask formed over his face and he sped toward his scythe.

He caught the scythe and intercepted a spear with the blade. The spear had more force than expected but was stopped without too much damage. He thought he had evaded the attack, but the other spears sped in and converged with the stopped spear. The resulting explosion was incredibly strong. It left Rashir burnt and bloodied, even with him using his increased speed to try to escape. Shi no Jihi. He gasped as he let his mask break away. The reiatsu in the scythe, collected from the shinigami's spell, formed barriers over his wounds and grew tendrils to collect his blood. There was then a small flash of light below him. I better play this safe... These are strong opponents. He thought. He sped upward, then let himself plummet to the ground, creating a small crater. He strained to hide his reiatsu, or at least make him seem greatly weakened. His plan was to let them think he was defeated or weak, but he didn't know how this would end up.

Kuroi saw the light, it startled him as he saw the lighted blades swing at him, Kuroi did the natural thing, he jumped backward, but not enough, but Kuroi had said the word that had been on his mind when he got jumped,

"Bankai!"

The Kurai Kazumi collapsed incredibly fast, into the mouth of his blade, the flame already starting to burn as he leaned to the side getting cut by the first blade, but deflecting the second with his sword, Kuroi then shunpo'ed away about 50 feet. His left arm was hurting incredibly, the wound was a 9 inch gash that was about 1/2 deep, probably after ricoching off of a few ribs, Kuroi let his arm hang limp, to appear as of it being paralyzed. and turned to face The Arrancar, with his right side facing more torward him in a defensive stance, and said

"Sou Teiden, Kurai Hi Enchou!" Kuroi Swung his sword, the fire shooting torward the arrnacar like a whip like fashion.

Amido peered through the gloomy darkness and caught a glimpse of the silhouette of his target just long enough to hear him say, "bankai" and then see him vanish with the familiar swishing noise of a shunpo. Amido could tell from the feeling of his swords that he managed to make contact and successfully cut his opponent and by this time the collapsing darkness was past Amido and he could see light again at last. His original target appeared about 50 feet away and seemed to be turned so that Amido could not see the side that he had injured so at the moment he couldn't tell what kind of damage had been done.

Amido looked away for the moment to see the other shinigami plummeting towards the ground, since he was sure he wasn't being attacked Amido turned his attention to Kuroi just in time to witness him declare his bankai's name and attack with a long blade engulfed in black flames that moved akin to a whip. Amido would smirk and sheath his long sword wielding only the short sword now as he dodged to the right and turned to look back at the blade of flames this way now the shinigami who just landed on the ground and the weapon that was used to attack him were in veiw. Amido didn't want to be blind sided after all...

Rashir stood from where he had let himself fall and found that the darkness surrounding him had dissipated. His body had taken more damage than he anticipated, but he shook off the pain. He looked over at the shinigami and his sword had changed into a length of flames. So this is his bankai... He thought.

The shinigami looked like he had been very hurt, but he still looked ready to fight. He attacked the arrancar and missed. The arrancar had then sheathed his longer sword and stood ready for the rest of the fight.

Rashir then walked towards the two men. He sped towards the arrancar's turned back in order to get in an attack. He stopped ten feet away from the arrancar and let Shi no Jihi disappear. He pointed his scythe at the arrancar's back and said, Ketsueki Dansu... This time, he wasn't the only person bleeding, so he used both his own blood and the shinigami's blood. The attack came from both the front and the back. Spikes formed and sped toward the arrancar, and Rashir used shunpo to move behind the shinigami.

Kuroi was astounded to see his blood form into spikes and shoot at his opponent, he heard the trade mark sound of shunpo behind him and swung in on fluid motion, still letting his arm hang limp, and swung at the same time as saying"Kurai Hi Enchou!", Extending the blade as he hit the mid way in his turn making sure his opponent couldnt dodge backward easily, however he didnt extend the flames further than 15 feet there was no need... Kuroi then used shunpo to appear in an equal distance between the arrancar and the Shinigami

Kuroi then proceded to use his zanpaktou's flames to burn his cut, to stop the bleeding, although it hurt intensly... it would cauterize the wound so that blood thing couldnt implale HIM.

Amido watched as the second shinigami used some sort of attack that used both the blood of himself as well as the first shinigami. The blood would turn to spikes and shoot at Amido from two different directions but considering the distance between him and the projectiles point of origin it wouldn't require much effort to dodge. As the spikes rushed to clear the 50 meter gap Amido simply moved forwards moving out of the trajectory both spike volleys were on. The next events that soon followed were a mystery to Amido as one of the shinigami shunpoed behind the other whom responded by attacking. Amido was baffled as to why two allies were fighting against each other when he was the main target here but nevertheless he would take advantage of this opportunity to snap his fingers in the air several times creating 5 sparks of electricity which, with a swipe of his arm, turned into speeding arcs of lightning blades headed right towards the bankai activated shinigami who was just starting to try and cauterize his wounds. The arcs were nearly as fast as bala which moves at 20x the speed of a cero, even at this distance it wouldn't be more then a few seconds until the attacks reached their target.

Amido was breathing a bit heavily now though and it seemed as though he were sweating slightly, "looks like it's about time..." He muttered before pointing his finger to the sky and firing a bolt of bio-electricity up into the atmosphere.

Rashir had appeared behind the shinigami planning to end him, but the man reacted quickly by sending a whip of fire around him. In shikai he could not escape the attack. There are two ways out of this... And I choose the easier way. He said.

Rashir donned his hollow mask. The mask was white with black stripes going diagonally down the eyes and was shaped alike to a wolf's head. He used his power to sweep the fire away from himself. He had used the broad side of his scythe to blow the flames away in a single motion. He looked towards the other two men. The arrancar fired five arcs of electricity at the shinigami then shot lightning into the air.

He wasn't sure which opponent he should attack. The shinigami was weak, but several bolts of electricity were headed towards him. Those bolts would most likely hit the both of them if he attacked the shinigami. The arrancar had a slight opening, but looked as if he were preparing for a powerful attack. If he finished the attack before Rashir got the chance to stop him, it may have devastating effects.

He made up his mind. He used his full speed to get to the arrancar. He swung his scythe diagonally upwards towards the man using one arm. If the attack was blocked, he would use either the spark at the end of the scythe to stab the man or punch him in the stomach with his full strength.
