| May someone please direct me to the Training guidelines so I know exactly how many words/paragraphs or whatever is needed to gain a certain amount of points. | |

| Training in techniques for bounts...i think this would be more relating to your doll's abilties saying as Bounts abilities are actually very unique but i would think i could be about you
A. Devouring Souls
B. Practicing with your doll
C. Practicing with your abilites as a bount such as their form of shunpo but that is restricted to rank 2...
D. Practicing and developing dolls abilities...
unless anyone has any objections that is probably what you could train on but since you dont have a specific form of set kidou like abilities like shinigami and quincies | |

| For Roleplaying. It is no longer a stat training area. It acts as a skill training area and it is helpful to make posts there to gain new rank... There is absolutely no way to god mod on this site by spamming training threads. It is your quality of Roleplaying that gives you experience... | |

| Yeah, we just voted this system in. It should lessen the number of meaningless training threads that don't involve other members. This system shall increase interaction and therefore improve character development.  (And I just want to clarify that I am not backing this system as a benefit to me. I had quite a lot of stat points on the old system.  ) | |

Do the Mods/Admins just scout talent in training threads and see if someone has enough 'skill' to advance in rank? | |

| I think it will involve IC development as well as your writing skills. For example, an academy student has to grow stronger and develop over time. They can't just spam a bunch of training threads and become a captain in a day. | |
