Increasing one's knowledges

Ri awoke from his slumber and without making much noise he dressed himself well removing some of his now unneeded bandages. He decided to increase his ability in the Kido field and so he ate a large breakfast and packed a large lunched.

By the time, the sun finally appeared on the horizon Ri was already standing on the familiar setting of the mountain plateau. He found himself on the same spot many times practicing his skills.

He had already decided on a kido to try to perform but this one was far more difficult then any other he would attempted before and was not sure what to expect from his attempt but he was determine to triumph.

Ri concentrated his mind on his the flow of his Reiatsu through out his body and sent it all into his right hand as he traced a circle out in front of his. This circle became a vibrant yellow round shield.

“Hado reel two” Ri shout as he pointed his left hand at a fist size rock that upon Ri’s command came soaring through the air. When the rock neared Ri, he moved the reiatsu shield in the path but that did no good.

The stone past straight through the shield that vanished instantly and allowed the rock to hit Ri into his left shoulder. Ri didn’t move as the rock wasn’t moving fast enough to hurt and so when it hit, it merely bounced off him.

Ri wasn’t discouraged he was happy with just creating the shields general form. He waited a few moments and then started gathering his Reiatsu once again in his right hand and began tracing a circle once more.

He let his Reiatsu fill the circle more giving it more of a sun light colour to the shield. He waited longer this time for the shield to solidified before finding a rock and then reeling it toward him at much fast speed them before.

He let his Reiatsu build up within the shield and when the rock came it hit off the shield and for a moment Ri thought he had failed once more but then the rock bounce off the fell to the ground. Ri kept the shield solid and by using hado two reel he sent more rocks and stone charging toward him but all of them were easily reflected.


“Ruler of the winds arise! gáircas” Ri called out as winds engulfed him and when they left his common place Katana was replaced by the large sky blue sword. He recast his shield in his right hand and held his released Zanpakuto in his left.

“Buile an Cas” Ri said as he swung his blade in a wide arc. The piercing attack cut through the air and made it was far left then came swing around and like a boomeranged it came back to Ri.

The strike came back and then collided with the shield in a large explosion of Reiatsu and wind. Ri shield was gone along with his attack but he was unharmed and smiling from side to side.

Ri only spent a few moment to calm down after the success of the first Kido but that was only the start of the day and so he went straight back to training and began thinking about the next Kido.

He decided to learn kido that had various uses. The kido was Bakudo thirty-four bond of black chains, a kido that can be use to confine a target or squeeze the life from them depending on the users goals whether they be to stop or kill an opponent.

He took longer this time preparing this one as it involved creating a object made from Reiatsu that doesn’t go boom on contact and that was something Ri wasn’t entirely use to and do he channelled his reiatsu through his arm and let it flow out of him.

“Bakudo thirty-four bond of black chains” Ri said as his reiatsu became a lengthy black chain that gave off a dark glow. He immediately started swinging it and aimed it to coil around a boulder but the moment it hit the rock is dissipated. Ri growled loudly at his own failure but didn’t wait to try again.

Taking a few steps, forward Ri whipped the chain at a large boulder, the chain extend to coil it’s self twice around the boulder and Ri by pulling ever so gently on the chain made the boulder crush under the strain.

Enjoying himself Ri crushed every rock of decent size around him. When he was done he laughed, he had no more target so he would have to move to another end of the plateau soon, he started laughing at this as he let the chain vanish from his hand.

He decided he’d have to move his training location and so decided to test out the full power of the kido. He summon the dark chains once more and coiled one end around his arm and let the other end extend as he start swinging it low to the ground destroy everything around Ri that should an inch off the ground.

As he swung the chain around he laughed menacingly as he watch the rock and boulder around him crumbly. He stopped his attack and allowed the chain to vanish. He decided since he wasn’t going to be coming back to finish the job.

He leaped into the air, his released Zanpakuto in hand and a cocky little smile on his face.
“Buile an Cas” He Roar as he swipe his sword twice in an X pattern. The sword launched two powerful blasts that stuck the plateau and carved its way into the mountain.

Ri solidified the reiatsu at his feet, kicked off it and fell over the side of the mountain. As he fell, down the side of the mountain he launched another attack hitting the mountain and connecting with his two previous attacks. The side of the mountain crumbled away and fell down into the lake below but Ri didn’t wait for that he’d already Shunpo’ed away from the now slanted mountain and he’d for a new training ground.
